Kadus was one of the best hotels I stayed in during my time in Iran. Yes, it isn’t really a 5 star hotel, but I’d comfortably give it a 3-4 by international standards. It has a grand valet forecourt with palms and arches, reminiscent of the French Riviera. The lobby is handsome and grand and the reception staff are attentive and pleasant. My room was clean had a big view of the avenue in front of the hotel; bathroom was clean. My room was serviced every day and laundry was quick and easy. Room service was excellent. The major reason I recommend Kadus, is it’s partnership with a restaurant complex next door. It has some of the best Persian food I’ve eaten in Iran and a vast array of different stews, Gilaki variations, kebabs, starters fresh juices, live music and a wonderful ambiance. You can even sign your tab to your room and pay at the end of your stay. This restaurant also connects to the hotels room service. A great establishment

This is a 5 star hotel... at least that what they say ;)... first of all to be a 5 star hotel you need to seriously improve rooms and facility in general. In rooms bathroom is a mistake.... who had an idea to put a toilet together with shower (literally thy are in one place) should be sent for re-education program ;)... on the other hand staff is really good ladies at the reception speak fluent English and are very helpful... food is good at the breakfast... you have nice looking 2, 3 restaurants next to the hotel... form comfort point of view they are really nice... hard to say in terms of food while where we were there we couldn't order what we want they didn't have it ;) although it was on menu. So we took a cheesecake with Nutella and tea ;) was not that bad... so I can recommend this hotel but for sure I wouldn't give the 5 stars ;).

I am so honest with everyone. Travelling from Mazandaran to Rasht from Mizban hotel to Kadus was just a nightmare. Where in the world they are considering this hotel as a 5 star..... I have no idea. They do not know what the stars mean and except the food in the restaurant, the rest was an absolute a nightmare for us. It wasn't a perfect stay, noisy air conditioner and dripping faucet didn't allow us to sleep comfortably first night. Breakfast buffet was subpar considering that it's 5 star hotel, no swimming pool and spa either. The wifi was broken and useless too!
