This location is not busy because of dismissive customer service. When it's time to return/Exchange something, they will give you a hard time saying that the product doesn't belong to this store and they cannot return it without apologizing to the customer. They'd say you have to return your purchase to the same store you bought it. There is no greeting or smiley face to the customers, seems like they are just doing their jobs for money only. It's ok not to accept returns from different store, but at-least make customer's day by smiling or apologizing instead of ignoring them like you don't care. I have always been going to Vaughan Mills or other professional locations, but never had the chance to visit like this terrible store. First impression is the last impression. I wonder how the owner ignores and never takes necessary actions to improve customer service. They need to fire those terrible staff/ manager or at-least give them annual training, so they would treat customer respectfully.

Great location but limited stuff on the racks. Love the welcome and goodbye service. Staff is very nice.

I was there today and I took a Cristal Bowl from the shelf it was 12.99 when I went to the cash the cashier said it's a wrong label and the price is 29.99. I wait for her for 15 minutes and I didn't got a Bowl from the sales item she supposed to fixed the price for me that's a rule in Canada "price accuracy policy"and everyone knows. I asked her to talk to the manager she said No She was the supervisor ...when I arrived home I called the manager and I explained to him and he didn't help me at all that's the worst customer service ...

Less collections than used to be. Good prices. Location is great. There's almost anything you need Around there. Good lighting and clean flooring. the staff are happy. There was no line up. They frequently clean the shopping carts.

I've been coming to Canada from Germany for about a year and two months. and am a regular customer of this Winners branch at 10520 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3C7 . Recently something happened to me at this Winners branch that I will never buy from this branch again because the manager of this branch is a rude lady from Iran and she is a liar👎... I was told I mean I can't return items that I bought in another Winners store, and that's a big lie👎.. Because you can return the purchased items at all Winners stores, no matter what you bought from which Winners store. It is very important not to lose the receipt and you only have up to 1 month to return the purchased item with the receipt. I hope the rude manager of this mall so Winners branch gets dealt with. rude staff. told me to go to the homesense in hillcrest mall to return a lamp. they have a home section in this winners, every winners with a home section returns home products whether they were purchased at homesense or not. staff is too lazy to take 5 seconds to make a new price tag. store wasnt busy either. always deal with rude staff at this specific winners location.

first time shopping in this store. I bought 2 pants one jacket and a hat. the items placed neatly on the rack. the prices are good. Definitely will come here to shop again

This location is a lot smaller than other locations but it still has very cute clothes. The selection for home decor is a lot less as well. Overall, a very nice staff!

Hi Winers customers at 10520 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3C7 The manager of this agency is a woman from Iran and a liar👎👎👎...my wife and i are Iranian..I bought shoes for my wife's birthday at Wiener agency in Mississauga, but I bought a bigger size..three weeks later. On 08/04/2023, i went to this center to return or change shoes, but the employee of this center refused to return or change shoes, and we had to go to the manager. the manager toll we have to return the shoes to the same center where we bought them... My wife and i went to Mississauga and returned the shoes... and we found out that the manager of this center lied to us... We have to complete our complaint .... We will refer to the main center of the Wiener store to complete our complaint.

I begun shopping at this location a few years past, i've only just realized I haven't left a review. The store is amazing for quick to go shopping. My average items I buy are clothing. However, the location offers toys, foods & beverages, and more. There are racks and racks of clothes, additionally they are an outlet, so all of them are discounted. One of deals i've found recently was a clothing item at over 100, that was selling for 20.

It's a smaller store in Winners/Marshall store size category. However, their collection is somewhat surprisingly quite better than larger stores when it comes to clothing and handbags. Furthermore, due to smaller size you will come across items that are gems, which you would rarely see in larger stores with higher foot traffic. Checkout lines are almost always long and slow; but, staff are helpful and pleasant.

This location always has good selection and great finds. Go during the day when there isn’t too many people , Lots of parking too!

Good selection to find well made to outfit well tailored outfit brand names styling. Keep the tags on to return items they are known to do the best to work with you more than other stores but unless you're absolutely sure make it easy don't cut tags too early after releasing the money hound. I shopped max for $300 worth of pants shirts and dress collars.

I was in this location today, I don't know how to describe my experience.,everything i picked was Chipped and colors are gone(the manager of the store told me they got it like this 🙄) And shoes like been used and very dirty!!! I have never been to any winners like this, so unorganized.

Winners has everything in it. From full length dresses to pants and shorts and bikini wear, all is available. I love going here. Some kind of sale or deal is mostly always on so you can save money. Good quality clothing and accessories. Beautiful house decor options are available, cosmetics, purses, scarves, night wear; just about everything. Fitting rooms were open the last time i visited. They have separate sections for men, women, and children. The place is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend it.

A place to find most of brands with low price

A peak inside the men's washroom, one of the greatest inventions of all time. I use a paper-towel to open washroom doors on my way out, which are sometimes not found in public restrooms. This is a great way to save paper towel supply and the man-power of cleaning up dropped paper towels that are left on the floor after door-openings (I carry mine out and use a garbage can, or will hold the door open with my foot and drop it in the restroom garbage can if it's close to the door) Thank you, Winners, for installing this device. I wish they were standard in all restrooms. :)

Not the nicest looking plaza, but is home to some good local businesses, ranging from pet store to ice cream shop.No Frills supermarket is moving from this plaza to a new location.

Warmly greeted when entering the store the staff was knowledgeable about their products and gave good suggestions for items I was looking for . It is clean and well maintained. I always enjoy shopping there.
