Not much point in duplicating the other comments, except to say all the good things are in fact all true - we stayed for 3 nights, which involved a lot of work on their part due to cancelled flights, adding a night, cancelling a night, and so on. Pino and Catherine made it all happen effortlessly - Pino even came and picked us up at the train station after midnight! The big headline, besides how excellent the place is overall, is the location - it's central but just off-center enough to be very peaceful and quiet, and a short walk to the Trastervere section with all the slightly more local restaurants for dinners. Finding this place at random turned out to be a blessing - we'd never think of looking for another hotel when we return.

STOP! Don’t look anywhere else…this is the absolute perfect place! Brilliant location close to the Colosseum, great eating area over the river and the Trevi fountain etc at the top of the hill whilst still being a quiet area for sleep. Pino and Cathrine and the best hosts, so incredibly helpful with suggestions, reservations and looked forward to our chats every morning and afternoon. The suites are so comfortable with everything you need plus extra thoughtful touches which made our stay in the most romantic city in the world a 5⭐️experience. Will be back again with the whole family. So sad to leave. Thank you Pino and Cathrine

I can only recommend this place. The service is amazing. My lady even received a small gift for her jewels, kindly provided by the owner. Our room was really nice and the location of the hotel is extremely convenient to get access to all the magnificent attractions of Roma. Don’t look elsewhere.

We stayed at the Suites on the last leg of our Honeymoon in Italy and could not recommend them enough! The host, Cathrine, was very thoughtful and helped us get settled after our a long day of traveling. The suite was a large corner room with beautiful views of the Roman Forum and the restaurant below; there were even snacks and an espresso machine in our room, which we loved! The location was perfect to walk to all the must-see sites of Rome - from the Trevi Fountain, to the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and so much more! Our host recommended fantastic restaurants across the river within walking distance that served us some of the best food we had while in Italy! We can't say enough good things about our stay here! 10/10
