Location was absolutely wonderful short walk from Termini train station and the metro. Easy walk to so many of the major sights. Room was small, but nice & quiet, which we loved. Always stocked with drinks and snacks. Staff was great. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was very nice. Rooftop bar was great, we didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant but it looked good! Would love to come back and stay here again. The spa was absolutely magical, loved the pools, the massage, and the facial. Perfect stay in Rome.

We were there over the end of May and into June 2022. Hotel Artemide is a fantastic hotel in a great location - 10 minutes from everywhere (except Vatican City). We arranged with the hotel to be met at the airport which was a reasonable price and which removed any hassle at all. Nice car, friendly driver - full of ideas for where to visit, would highly recommend, particularly if you have a late flight. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly for our entire stay - special mention to the two restaurant managers at breakfast who couldn't have been kinder and more friendly (and funny!) The room itself was ideal; very clean, comfortable and with much needed air-con. We also had a great view straight onto the main street. We had a suite so the minibar was stocked up each day with alcohol, soft drinks and snacks. There was some traffic noise but it wasn't intrusive and it's to be expected in a city! If that all sounds good, it was room 301. Breakfast was very good too, it had the usual things but also extras - lovely cakes being dished up every morning too! When we return to Rome we will book this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel in the center of Rome. The location is walking distance to the main attractions. The rooms are modern and cozy, but a little bit small. I would have preferred if the rooms were spacious. Also it is worth visiting the rooftop restaurant (called Ambrosia rooftop restaurant)

Cannot say enough good things about this place. We stayed in the honeymoon suite (it’s our honeymoon) and it was beautiful with a private balcony and private jacuzzi!! Aside from the suite: The service at this hotel is impeccable— if you are a tourist, this is the place to be. Everyone speaks English, breakfast is included, and they can book tours for you in a minute’s notice. The rooftop bar is gorgeous and the restaurant is 5-star. The food was actually better than the Michelin restaurant we dined at. There is also a beautiful spa that guests can reserve in the basement… Wow!!! Definitely worth it, so relaxing. Anyway, this place is amazing, highly recommend.

The hotel is extremely comfortable and stylish. The highlights are its amazing spa, which I have reviewed individually, and its rooftop bar, where we were served by Veronica and bartender Maurizio. Both were incredible and, just like everyone we interacted with at Artemide, experts in hospitality. Maurizio's drinks were perfect, and served as the ideal end to a long day of tourism. The crew, from the moment you book, to when you step into the lobby, until the moment you leave, are super helpful, polite, and caring. If you are in doubt, this is absolutely a must-go!

We visited the Artemide for our 10 Year wedding anniversary and they couldn’t have made it more special! We stayed in the honeymoon suite which is beautiful with stunning views. Service was outstanding throughout and the rooftop meal included in our stay was amazing! Maurizio made some incredible cocktails and nothing was too much trouble! We each got a complimentary visit to the spa which was a lovely touch after long day out! Thank you so much Nicky and Adam

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! Our first trip to Rome was everything I dreamed about and this hotel is fantastic. First, the rooms are clean and modern and so quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from. The courtyard view from our room was like a dream and every day our room had plenty of snacks, drinks and our room attendant made sure our room was super clean everyday. If I get to come back to Rome, this will be the hotel I will choose again!

What a fantastic hotel. The service was impeccable, the rooms were extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent. When we arrived we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite, with a rooftop jacuzzi. The staff also offered to fill it up for us so it would be ready for our return to the hotel, which was an added bonus. It was very quiet at night, so it was very peaceful. We also had dinner at the hotel. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, excellent service, and wonderful food. Would most definitely return to stay here, if I end up in Rome again.

Good location near termini, metro station and bus stops. Super clean room. Very rich breakfast which I never saw in a European hotel before. Always smiling and helpful staff. Free minibar refilled daily. We were extremely satisfied with the stay. Kudos to the hotel management and many thanks to the staff.

Great location within a few minutes walk of Roma Termini station. Metro stop is just across the road for visiting all the tourist sites, although they’re nearly all walkable as well. Room was very clean, excellent Heating/Air conditioning and water pressure. Kind staff let us check in early after our flight from the U.S. Breakfast is included and is over the top amazing. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very good for walking to almost all the sites in Rome. The breakfast was scrumptious, and there was a great variety, plus the service was good. There is an elevator. We were on one of the upper floors not on the street side and it was quiet. I booked a standard room, and while it was smallish, the furnishings were very nice, it had a free mini bar and a four piece travertine bathroom with a bidet. For what we paid, this hotel is an excellent value. The bath also had things like a hair dryer and magnified make up mirror. There was great shopping right on the street that the hotel is on as well. We had a splendid visit, and would definitely return to this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon last year and it was incredible! The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. They had the most amazing breakfast buffet and we had our favorite food and cocktails of our entire trip at the rooftop restaurant/bar. We would definitely stay here again!

Great choice for visiting Rome. Front desk staff were always helpful. Great service from everyone. Rooms are nice - on smaller size typical of European cities. Breakfast is worth it if you plan to eat a lot. They have everything. We walked almost everywhere from the hotel. Close to train station as well. We ate one night at rooftop restaurant which was excellent. I appreciated the stocked mini bar that was complimentary and the complimentary prosecos

This review is for Triple Deluxe Room # 206 during the period of 5 nights from June 19-24. 1) Room condition needs improvement. Room # 206 there is mold on the AC vent above sofa bed. Storage space for Triple deluxe for 3 adults only 2 drawers next to mini bar. If it’s Triple deluxe it needs at least 3 drawers. My wife had no storage and had to use clothes directly from suitcase. Shower Width is too narrow only 1/2 meter I hit my elbow twice to shower walls and I am just 65 kg 5 ft 8 inch tall. The shower width needs to be meter wide for comfort. Service: Breakfast ladies were super and very polite and pleasant. So was the front desk but the porter “ Adi” on evening shift was rude to us on 22 June where he scornfully told us to take the other old elevator behind the front desk. His tone was harsh and felt a lack of training on people interaction or his own attitude which caused us to have unpleasant memory of the stay. I felt there should have been another way to interact with guests in a more gentler fashion. So based on the lack of adequate storage space in the room lack of proper maintenance check of the AC vent with mold very narrow shower width and unpleasant interaction with porter Adi was the reason for this less than favorable review. The Ambrosia restaurant good choices and quality was good with even better presentation but the prices were high. The bar service at the lunch was very slow as we have to wait for 1 + hour for the food one one of the afternoons.

Hotel Artemide was fantastic. Even before arriving, I was corresponding with Valentina and she helped me feel at ease about covid tests and where I could get one to return to the US after my stay. The front desk, the valets, the luggage attendants, the breakfast personnel- this hotel is top tier and you can tell they value service and their customers. The breakfast buffet is amazing- fresh with lots of options like smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, bread, pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, and so much more. The rooms were spacious, as were the bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. They also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport the next day. I wish I could stay here again. I wish I could live here! Just book it, you will not regret it!

Make sure to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. We enjoyed our stay so much. Our room was ready when we arrived! It was lovely and so quiet. The staff was helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding. Do not miss the rooftop bar! Great view. All this in a convenient location. Thank you to the staff!

We had a great experience here! Staff is very friendly, food at Ambrosia and the rooftop bar are excellent, spa is also enjoyable and the AC is fantastic. The staff will try to stuff you to the gills at breakfast with extra treats and sweets and are lovely, they brought out a whole cake for my husbands birthday. We felt so bad we couldn’t eat much of it because we were already full 😂 Would stay again!

Hotel Artemide was amazing to us! We booked a room for a night, and upon arrival they gave us the best news. We were told that they had upgraded our stay to the honeymoon suite, free of any additional charges! We were surprised and excited. We discovered that the room had a rooftop jacuzzi! It was the best surprise because we had been walking all day every day for nearly two weeks in our study abroad. Let me add that we did go to Italy during the Winter season, and there was light rain, but we used the jacuzzi anyway! It was completely worth it. We didn't even feel the bits of sprinkles or the cold. The honeymoon suite is also in a more private section of the hotel, with only one neighboring room. That was such a bonus! There is also a restaurant within the hotel which serves amazing dishes! The staff was friendly, smiley, which is something that we weren't receiving from most of our encounters with locals, and honestly helpful, particularly with directions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to get back to our group. Thank you, Hotel Artemide, and staff, for making our night so relaxing and happy!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for my in laws’ birthdays. Rooms were clean, spa was lovely, and breakfast was top notch. Special shout out to Alessandro who made us and every single guest feel like a VIP in the breakfast room. We were also able to walk almost everywhere because of the convenient, central location. Thanks for your hospitality!

This hotel is a gem. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Always willing to help. The breakfast crew, specially Alessandro and Salvatore went above and beyond to make my breakfast enjoyable. Very attentive and friendly and the breakfast buffet itself was just wow! I have never had such a wide and high quality range of food choices for breakfast in a European hotel. The rooftop restaurant staff again very friendly and attentive. The food there was the best I tasted during my entire stay in Rome. The location, walking distance to everything in a beautiful, wide street, yet the room was super quiet, absolutely no noise from outside. There was a feel of luxury and elegance in the room, very spacious. Free minibar and snacks, generously restocked daily. Lots of attention to the room facilities and decor. I will definitely go back here, because when leaving, I felt like I was leaving a newly found family.

Great central location in Rome, within walkable distance of all the key tourist sites. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful - they can provide toothbrushes and toothpaste and a shaving kit if you need. The hotel is beautiful and has a lovely waiting area with complimentary tea and coffee with cake. The hotel room was lovely and we especially appreciated the free stocked minibar that gets restocked every day. Breakfast had a wide range of pastries and fresh fruit and a shout out to Salvatore who always greeted us with a friendly smile. Highly recommended hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The BEST hotel! And that is mostly because of the staff. All are friendly and helpful but the main asset of this hotel are Alessandro and his breakfast and restaurant teams! We felt like visiting some relatives, like members of a family, not like guests of an hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated for all of the main sights in Rome and is literally 5 minute walk from the Metro. The room was clean and had complimentary mini bar. We were lucky to have a terrace which was secluded and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. Breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh choice. The hotel kindly arranged our airport transfer and while slightly more expensive than a taxi, this provided peace of mind. The Ambrosia rooftop restaurant was exceptional with a la carte food. Nice outdoor seating area. The hotel is very close to some decent bars/restaurants.

Went on a short honeymoon for 4 nights, Monday to Friday. An excellent hotel. Location is ideal, very central (walking distance to most things) but not too loud. Very tidy hotel, excellent service from staff and room cleaners. Spa on site is very nice. Breakfast is lovely, huge selection and the rooftop bar is very convenient for both food and drinks.

Hotel Artemide was incredible! The staff was amazing and beyond helpful. The restaurant's food and drinks were top notch. Our room was comfy, clean, and welcoming. We spent 14 days in Italy. We began and ended in Rome, at Hotel Artemide. In middle, we stayed in 4 other hotels. Hotel Artemide, by far, was the best, The staff, every single person we met, from Ivan at front desk check in to Alessandro, in the breakfast dining area, was simply amazing. Kind, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, respectful. Happy. We were treated like VIPs even though we were a just average USA couple, w adult son traveling. Ivan made our birthdays and anniversary extra special as we were celebrating both birthdays and anniversary on this trip. Alessandro was so welcoming it was a great to start our day with his big smile and chatting with him at breakfast. We were well taken care of every morning. The breakfast spread and made to order options were top notch. Fresh and great variety. The hotel location was convenient to everything, The rooms, were tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding were high quality. We had our best rest the whole trip in your beds. The complimentary mini bar was well stocked and replenished daily. We had dinner at Ambrosia, the roof top restaurant and it was fine dining (make reservations early). Housekeeping didn't just tidy up, they cleaned and made sure the room looked as if no one had slept there, on the daily. The front desk, Valentina and Sebastian and the others, were always so helpful arranging taxis and reserving cars, answering questions on how to get where and restaurant recommendations. We will return and stay at Hotel Artemide again. Finally, I must offer praise to the manager, Federico. You have assembled a great team, you have high standards and execute them consistently. Great job. Thank you, Brenda S., Ken and David.

Wow!! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome STOP, this is the place! This hotel and its staff are the definition of hospitality! The front desk staff will booking any tours, reservations, and travel you may need. Alessandro and the breakfast staff were amazing, trust me get the breakfast package with your room, it's worth it! We loved watching the new arrivals walk into the breakfast room each morning and stop in their tracks at what lay before them! The rooftop restaurant and cocktail bar are no different! Maurizio and his staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and the cocktails were some of the best in all of Rome! This is the only place we will ever stay in Rome, they have ruined all other hotels for us, nothing even comes close.

Excellent hotel, pleasant staff and professional room, it's true a little tight but for the time we spend there is sufficient I recommend. Great welcome, really well-equipped room, gym and spa in the hotel. We really recommend it because it is very clean and of high standard

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days whilst we explored Rome. The location is ideal, close to everything you could want. The staff are all so friendly, the breakfast was very nice and we always had our cappuccinos topped up! The rooms are cosy but very nice and modern. What was a really nice touch is the mini bar had soft drinks and snacks for FREE which were topped up daily. You don't normally see that nowadays. Finally a special mention to Maurizio who was a marvellous mixologist at their Ambrosia bar who not only gave us a very nice restaurant recommendation the first night but also made us a lovely cocktail from his personal menu (as pictured). Absolutely would recommend.

If you are looking for 5 star facilities and service in central Rome at 4 star prices, then Hotel Artemide is the place you want to consider. We recently stayed there for five nights and had a great time. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar in the room was a plus. The breakfast spread was spectacular. The staff are great at making the guests feel special. Special thanks to Elisa and the front desk, and the staff at the breakfast area for making us feel so welcomed. The only small issue we had was that our room was on the highest floor and there is a small outdoor area where the restaurant staff smoked, which resulted in the smell of cigarettes entering our room. I am sure if I would have brought up this issue with the staff, they would have moved us to another room, but we had already settled in.

Just back from a fabulous stay at your hotel, the room was great with a mini bar that was topped up daily and the room was spotless clean. The toiletries that where supplied made it very handy so you don’t have to bring any. Beautiful roof top bar and all of the staff are very friendly. A special mention would have to be given to the breakfast manager Pasquale and his sidekick Salvatore. The food at breakfast was top notch and Pasquale and Salvatore made it more enjoyable. John and Bernie

Fabulous stay! The hotel is wonderful. Our room was small but wonderfully appointed. The staff is magnificent! So helpful with every need and always smiling and pleasant. The rooftop restaurant is a MUST! Maurizio will make your visit extra special. His smile and fun nature are sure to add pleasure to your visit. We will miss you Maurizio! We really enjoyed the location as we could and did walk everywhere with ease! I will definitely return to Hotel Artemide on our next visit!

In the centre of Rome with everything in walking distance.

We had a great experience at Hotel Artemide. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our hotel rooms were very clean and well stocked. There is no charge for drinks in the mini fridge and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the extra cool air from the AC in each room. It was refreshing after enjoying sights in the really warm weather.

Stayed in Rome at Hotel Artemide and absolutely loved it. The hotel is clean and exceptional the staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant above the hotel is excellent had my birthday dinner there it was honestly one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had. The hotel is great for recommendations if you don’t know what to do in Rome, it’s in the middle of the city so close to everything imaginable the Vatican, the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain, and so much more. The breakfast is out of this world. Absolutely loved it. Just sad we didn’t do the spa if you’re looking for a hotel in the middle of Rome close to everything look.. no farther. I can’t wait to go back already planned the next trip.

A nice boutique hotel Located within a 5 min stroll from Rome’s Termini station - this boutique hotel is a great base to explore the delights of Rome. A very unpretentious entryway at street level leads you to a spacious lobby & reception area. There are seating areas offering coffee/tea all day. Staff are friendly, helpful & sincere in their desire for you to have a good visit. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite - spacious & very modern. All the mod cons one could desire have been fitted into the room & the usb connections to recharge phone, tablets were great. Spacious bathrooms with very nice toiletries. Breakfast was a huge spread of all sorts of goodies & eggs anyway you liked could be ordered. The staff are super attentive & make some of the best cappuccinos in town! Breakfast is hearty & delicious - big enough that we ended up skipping lunch on most days! Get the transfers to/fro airport - at Euro 60 per way, it really is the best way as its only marginally more expensive than a taxi. The restaurant on the top floor is excellent & is booked out every night so ensure you make your reservation when you check in (lobster & seafood pasta were sensational & price is very reasonable). We had a great stay in this hotel & would highly recommend.

What an amazing place, everything was amazing from start to finish. We ordered the romantic package (which I questioned if it was worth it) and it did not disappoint. Everyone was great, from the front desk, to the room service to the bartenders, waiters and breakfast staff. While we stayed, they delivered a bottle of Prosecco to our room for my husband’s birthday. The location is perfect, near the Colosseum and the Tuscany tour we booked. This was such a memorable vacation and a wonderful hotel, we will surely return!

Most friendly staff imaginable, great location, within a 15 minute walk from just about everything including train station and Colosseum. Rooms are modern and tidy. If you've ever been to the Vdara hotel in Vegas, it has a similar style. Also a great touch with a fully stocked fridge that's complimentary. Haven't seen that before. Finally, awesome breakfast buffet.

We have recently visited Hotel Artemide. We could not fault a thing. The Hotel was situated in the Heart of the City. There was an excellent choice of food at breakfast and very tasty too. The Spa Day including Massage & Facial was very relaxing and professionally carried out. Customer Service was great booking us the various Tours and Taxi Service in Rome. All Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The Hotel Room & En-Suite were beautiful and, as requested, on the first floor with a shower. Unfortunately we had left some English money in the Safe when going home. So the Reception Staff acted promptly and we received our money back within a few days. I highly recommend this Hotel as a 5* rating.

Excellent all the way around! We booked the honeymoon suite for 4 nights and had a great stay. The location, service, and room were all top-notch. It's a '4 star' hotel, but this was absolutely a 5-star experience. The front desk staff were helpful, friendly, and prompt. We got several fantastic recommendations from them on food and shops in the area that made our stay extra special. The rooftop restaurant is amazing and was one of our favorite meals of the entire trip. Shout out to the bartender on the roof, he was excellent and made our many trips up there fun. If we return to Rome we will be staying here again!

My son and I had an amazing time in Rome and Hotel Artemide made it even better! Everyone is very nice and helpful. The staff at breakfast went above and beyond and made our dining experience in Rome the best from any other restaurant we tried honestly. We booked the Junior Suite and we had a stocked fridge with drinks and snacks. It is walking distance to everything except we did take a taxi to the Vatican. The area is clean, safe with nice clothing stores and I bought a cute leather purse across the way. I wish we could have stayed longer but even a few nights before our cruise, it felt like home. They helped with transportation to the hotel from the airport and to the cruise port. Highly recommend and will be staying again!!

Just left after five wonderful nights. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of almost all of the major sites. The room was spacious, spotless, (we had a deluxe) and very quiet at night with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet every morning was delightful and varied. We had one dinner at the rooftop restaurant which was fantastic and I will review separately. The best thing about the hotel though was the service. From the young ladies at the breakfast area, to the cleaning ladies and bellhops, and the people working the front desk. All were friendly and made us feel welcome. Paolo at the front desk was particularly helpful with recommendations and his pleasant demeanor. We are returning for one night after two weeks traveling in northern Italy and looking forward to staying there again. Look no further than this place for your Roman holiday. Book here.

Loved this hotel. Staff is amazing- from bell boys to concierge to service team. Rooms are small but very nice. Clean facility. The breakfast was AMAZING! It's in the middle of all the locations we wanted to see. Walkable to all the attractions.

Absolutely fabulous! Small but lovely room with a gorgeous bath! Such a comfy bed, wonderful front desk and concierge staff. Perfect location, walking distance from Rome's central train station. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Gracious service with warm personality. Would stay here again for sure!

Our stay was very good. The room is very nice. Water is hot. Breakfast price is reasonable and food was good. Location is perfect. We walked to most attractions. The buses and train are very easy to access. Use the Uber app to get a taxi so you do not get ripped off. Stayed 3 nights. We would come back for sure. Lots of good dining all around.

  • 5/5 Christine P. 7 months ago on Google
We booked a comfort twin, and the room was small but clean and comfortable. No issues with road noise. The bathroom had a full-sized tub/shower, although it was narrow. The excellent breakfast buffet was bountiful. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of all the center city attractions. Out of four hotels we stayed at in Italy, this was the only one where the WiFi actually worked in guest rooms.
