Hecka Gross now.it should be zero stars.my burger bun was burnt the burger had a whole bunch of mustard and it was sloppy and gross. Who ever prepared bother burger left catchup/mustard prints on the white paper that wrapped the burger i mean cmon. Epic fail.. i would have fired someone foe doing that. I didn't eat the burger it looked gross and was gross.hire new people...every body who goes in that store isn't a homeless person who doesn't know what good food is.i.prove the quality. Terrible is an understatement for this place. Every order from both locations on Geary have been wrong every single time. Doesn't matter if it's delivered or take out, it sucks. I've spoken to the GM and then went back after a month; same old bs. If you must have Jacks, go to the Bayshore location, better food, better service; there is a reason the line goes down the block at this spot!

The restrauant visited may be outside still under go renovation. The Mini Taco is petty new and nice.

What can I say it's Jack in the box. I had tacos. They're Jack in the box tacos and they were very Jack in the boxy. This location however staffed by people who are great at their job. And I know it's not an easy job... five stars for them four stars for the tacos

Guilty, guilty pleasure! As fast food goes, I love it! I don’t know why, but you mentioned Jack in the Box and I start salivating. I went to treatment for my addiction to their cheap tacos. When I came out I felt like a whole new life lay in front of me. And then I saw that damned clown. I couldn't help myself and I wheeled into the takeout lane. I wish I could say I was Taco Free today, but I'm not. I even tried switching to the double cheeseburger meal to no avail. I always ordered a pair of tacos with it. I don't think I'll ever get past this addiction. At this point I'm not sure I want to get past this addiction. If you see me hanging out with the clown, have pity and buy me a couple of tacos.

Ordered breakfast here, staff were very friendly and in a good mood which is always nice. Found our eggs and bacon to be very dry and flavourless but we liked our breakfast biscuits, the hotcakes and our hash brown. The restroom was only accessible to customers and they were cleaner than I thought. The rest of the dining area seemed to be clean and relatively tidy.

HAIR WAS IN MY FOOD WONDER WHY LOOK AT THEM NO HAIR NETS NOTHING!! Counting money at the front counter !! ATTITUDES !!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! She wanted TO FIGHT THREATEN TO COME OUTSIDE!!! Will be calling corporate!!!!

Good value and food was tasty. Service was decent and very fast. Not the nicest food available in the city but worth it for some cheap fast food.

The location and service were great up until I received my order and pointed out the excessive amount of sauces. Then I got an attitude from the cashier who said it wasn't his job to hear complaints and then called the cook so I could tell her. Then she gave me an attitude and said, "Okay, next time." Save your money or eat at Pinecrest across the street. They are delicious!

I had the chicken nuggets and they were really tasty. Someone in my party had the chicken strips and it was a ripoff, $18 for dry chicken. The burgers were delicious! Service was really disappointing, staff were paying a attention but they were at least fast. The atmosphere was terrible because of the construction and it was really dark but maybe it will be better once they finish the job.

Good fries, burgers not so great. Building is being renovated so it looks a bit abandoned, music isn't playing. Atmosphere was odd.

This Jack in the Box was clean, quick, and efficient with not only my order but all of them. The food was fresh! Best Jack I've ever been to.

Good fast food. However, you can not park here. Must bring someone to jump out and pick up your food. Order online, probably not the best option. They canceled my online order, so beware.

Had their Breakfast Jack's 3 of the 4 mornings I was staying nearby as this place was super handy. Enjoyed every one of my perfectly prepared breakfasts. Yes, the area around has a high homeless population, but I was never bothered by any of them and felt safe enough. Staff are quick, cheery and happy to help. Great for a light breakfast.

Don't count that against them. They are holding their own against the chaos and distractions that are by definition, "remodeling". True to form, food was great, service impeccable and any foibles with the event were solely of my own accord. Unintended or otherwise.

Night crew is awesome 5 stars all the way. They always get order right and are polite and fast. Day crew is slow and worst of all rude and confrontational. Stay away during the daytime unless you want to hassles by the manager who frankly doesn't know how to do her job.

Tacos were okay for the price. But that doesn't say much. They were pretty oily and soggy. We tried to go the night before around 12:30 AM. They are listed to close at 1:00AM, but they wouldn't let us in. Revise your hours if you won't be open until 1AM.
