Th prices in house are different than th prices on the menu. I paid $100 for 4 items, which would have been fine if I knew ahead but th prices on this website are incorrect. Also, they don’t have orange chicken or fried rice. Apparently it’s custom and costs extra.

Very poor customer service. They are very short staffed, we waited for almost 30 minutes to try to place a take out order. The hostess, kept on ignoring us and sat other guests who came after us. We felt like they did not want our business, very disappointing. My family and I have came here many years, pre-pandemic. The food is generally above average and the prices are on the higher side. We live nearby and prefer to support local business, instead of driving to Daly City or the Peninsula for our dim sum fix. They need to step if their game before we can support them again.

Decent average dim sum restaurant if one lives in the neighborhood and doesn’t want to drive out to Chinatown or Milbrae. It is convenient for locals. There is a small parking lot but one can find parking on the streets a couple blocks away.

Came on Mother's day. With it being a holiday I understand most restaurants will be busy and pack so I expected some extra wait time. However, after placing our order we did wait for about a hour and half before leaving because none of our dishes arrived including the soup. While some tables around us did get a dish or two of what they ordered. I'm assuming they were overwhelmed due to not having enough staff. I've been here before and the food was not bad, but after this experience I'm a little hesitant to come again

Do not come here this place gave me food poisoning and charged me 60 bucks for it! This place has no morals at all. Served some cold stir-fried broccoli that gave me food poisoning. Had to spend the night in the ER throwing up the whole night. Worst yet there prices are a ripoff and are not the same as the menu and they try to charge set amount of tips without even asking. Do not come here beware!

We came here specifically for the new vegan dim sum menu, and it was delicious! We ordered the Siu Mai (my favorite), sticky rice, vegan shrimp dumplings, wood ear mushroom salad, steamed BBQ pork rolls. There are more options than what is featured on this little menu. Very happy to have vegan dim sum. Highly recommend.

We went in to try the vegan dim sum, and really want to return with a bigger group for the weekend brunch. It was all so good and the service was attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back to try everything else on the menu!

Great place overall- quality is decent for most dishes we tried. Prices are reasonable. There’s some parking spaces right adjacent, making it pretty convenient.

I had my wedding here this past January and it was amazing! They were very accommodating to what my husband and I were looking for. Anytime we went in, one of the managers were ready to sit down and talk. I love their space! An entire floor where all my guests would be able to see the stage, plus an entire floor upstairs to change into my many different outfits. I had a few guests who cannot eat seafood and the restaurant were very accommodating and told me to choose the other dishes. I couldn't make up my mind and they chose for me. According to my brother, the non-seafood table had really good food, so I'm glad it worked out. The day of the wedding, my wedding people (Florist, Band, Decor, and lights) were able to set up with ease. After the wedding, I heard from my guests that this restaurant offered the best service they had ever gotten at any Chinese banquet wedding. Thank you Imperial for making our big day more beautiful!

HaGow was avg at best. What Chinese restaurant doesn't offer chili oil? They forgot an order and we had to leave to catch a flight so had to cancel but they made it difficult to close out. No bueno

The website needs to be updated to show that they don't have Door Dash. I made an online order for pick up. Upon arrival, told very rudely/angrily that they don't have Door Dash orders. (I got refunded by DD.) I won't patronize them.

Really good Chinese Restaurant. We got greeted and sat right away, we got the house tea and the dining Captain dressed on a tuxedo came in and offered the specials, we ordered the War Won Ton Soup, Chinese Broccoli with Ginger Garlic, House Chow Mein, Steamed Rice and House Special Fried Dungeness Crab. The Soup was expertly served by the Captain making sure we got equal parts of Won Ton, Meat and Veggies. The star of the show was the Crab special, we cracked the shells eat the meat and whatever was left behind, the hints of scallions jalapeño and garlic complimented the savory pieces of sweet and tender crab meat and batter left behind by the Crab shells, it’s addictive and it leaves you wanting more even after you finish. There is a server going around on a cart with all kind of Dim Sum to choose from. Parking is next to the building.
