The
experience
and
service
were
overall
good
but
the
food
was
mediocre.
I
went
there
on
a
Sunday
morning
around
11:45,
and
there
was
no
line
to
get
in.
I
got
two
carnitas
tacos,
and
upon
ordering,
they
told
me
the
tacos
came
with
beans
and
Pico.
I
said
it
was
ok
thinking
they'd
be
on
the
side.
Speaking
as
a
Mexican
from
Mexico
city
that
grew
up
in
Socal,
I
was
unimpressed
by
a
few
things.
First,
I
don't
think
their
tortillas
are
fresh.
It
seems
that
they
use
prepackaged
tortillas
from
the
grocery
store.
On
top
of
that,
the
tortillas
were
slightly
cold.
Secondly,
they
put
beans
and
pico
de
gallon
IN
the
taco,
but
give
no
limes,
cilantro
or
onions
(I
didn't
ask,
but
also
didn't
see
them
anywhere).
The
meat
was
already
dry,
and
the
beans
just
made
the
taco
drier.
It
didn't
make
sense
to
me
that
they
would
even
think
to
put
the
beans
in
the
tacos.
The
Pico
was
just
ok,
and
the
salsa
was
not
very
flavorful.
Overall
I
was
disappointed
with
the
food,
and
I
did
not
think
it
was
worth
10
dollars
plus
tip.
I
don't
think
this
restaurant
deserves
the
hype
it
gets.
I
haven't
tried
the
burritos,
and
I'm
thinking
that's
probably
what
people
regularly
order,
but
I
think
that
if
a
restaurant
has
a
4.6
on
Google,
I
can
reasonably
expect
all
of
its
food
to
be
a
4.6,
not
just
one
item.
