ABSOLUTELY LOVED this place and RELISHED every bite. I was on a 16 day, 6000+ mile road trip from Chicago and being vegan (for 26 years), this place was AWESOME. Even though parking was hard or non-existent nearby, it's still worth all the effort to get here. The mango salad was super fresh! The eggplant tofu was so full of flavor and savory! The guru's curry was the best of the best with amazing flavors of the coconut milk and vegetables! My Mom loved the pesto divine (super healthy and tasty). Great options for dessert and I loved that every bit as well! This is just the type of place I wish I could bring back to the Chicago area.

TLDR: pretty tasty Chinese style vegan food at reasonable prices I wanted to try this and compare it to Enjoy Vegetarian. I like the food here as well, the sweet and sour “pork” was very tasty but the honey walnut “shrimp” was a little off especially for the sauce. The rice was missing a little bit of crisp on the bottom of the rice but it was s very good. Service was friendly, quick and efficient

My first time at this vegan restaurant. Tried: the steamed white rice, chow mein, creamy mushroom soup, and the crispy mushroom, plates - they were all so delicious 😋. Definitely recommend this place. There is street parking, possibly free and some to pay for. There are restrooms available inside the restaurant. Chill vibe, pretty quiet except for the sound of the kitchen. Pretty clean; friendly staff.

Awful service and food was mediocre. We waited over nearly two hours for simple fried rice and pad Thai. It also took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We thought the food would be worth it after waiting so long but it was awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. The place had a cult feeling to it too, really weird! Go somewhere else if you want good food and not have to wait two hours for your food.

I came here for a vegan banana split and I am so happy I did. Wow the ice cream here is amazing! I recommend trying the cherry and vanilla. They also have mango and chocolate flavors as well. I can't wait to come back. Very good prices and quick service.

Great Asian style vegan food! The steamed bun and crispy wontons were incredible! Food came quickly and the service was pleasant. Would love to eat here again, but was delighted to try it on our road trip!

I’m not even vegetarian/vegan, but this is one of my favorite restaurants ever! Incredibly delicious healthy food, friendly service, and they’re so cautious and caring about allergies! Lien and Lien are incredible and even stayed late to ensure my order was perfect. I wish I could eat here every day!

Delicious vegan food, excellent service, and interesting ambiance. Our go-to is the rich and delicious Bun Hue Spicy Noodle Soup. The wonton soups are reliable. And the Au Lac Fragrant Claypot Rice is a flavorful combination of textures.

Everything was just so delicious. Highly recommend the bin hue noodle soup 🍲 and the BBQ sesame sticks. The seaweed soup and soy jerky chow fun were pretty good too.

Food was not great, super soggy and tasted frozen. Presentation just makes the food look not appetizing. There are flies floating around everywhere, and the water seems unfiltered? If you are looking for good vegan food I would go else where.

The szechuan green beans were delicious !! Decent portion too comes with tofu strips and super tasty sauce. 17.33 after tax, hefty price for what it is but it really is the area + inflation + and how it goes now. Def recommend !

Love this place! Their vegan phò and spring rolls were delicious. Don’t have to worry about the broth. Picked up a package of spicy vegan “beef” jerky. Some was in the phò. Have visited other stores in Orlando, NY, etc. Their mission is world peace from kindness to animals.

I live for the Bao here. The woman who serves us is so such a kind soul, always puts a smile on my daughter's face, she gave her a slice of vegan cheesecake for her birthday and she felt so special.

The portions are good for a fair price. The service was questionable, but they got the job done quick. As for the food, I got around 3 tofu pieces in my entire dish, so that was disappointing. There was also a shrimp imitation somewhere in there which was kinda gross. Besides that, the flavors were alright and potent. I recommend this place if you don't have extremely high standards, but still want a good meal. (I ordered "No.7: Crispy Noodle")

Still no dining-in, but the food is freshly stir fried. I asked for no carrots, no soy sauce or tofu due to my food allergies but they forgot and still left shredded carrots and used a little soy. Luckily my allergies for these items are not severe but definitely check it before leaving.

This was a bucket list check off. The atmosphere was zen. The service was excellent and fast. I enjoyed the tofu entree and desserts. I am looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this vegan restaurant.

Had A Nice Lunch with a old high school friend of mine and we had both never been here before and I have been meaning to want to try this place for years. Now I have and the atmosphere is very Elegant and and the People are Kind and The Food is quite good but I had a problem that day with some soreness on my Tongue and it kinda hampered on my taste buds fully enjoying the meal. But I will come back to this place again.

I had the Guru curry, it was perfect. I drank the broth at the end. It was so good. Great tofu, perfect Broccoli, potatoes and carrots. So damn good. Currently my favorite vegan spot.

Great tasting vegan food. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. At the time we were there, it seemed like they could have had another staff to help take/bring out orders. Otherwise, it was good.

The food was exceptional. We were a party of five and shared dishes. I could choose from everything on the menu as a vegetarian. I 😘 ved the tofu dish, eggplant, and string beans dishes. I love this restaurant and will go back soon.

Love Loving Hut and I've visited this chain all around the US, Europe, and even several locations in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Each location has been different but I've never been disappointed. I ordered from this location through DoorDash. We got the BBQ steam buns, Won Ton Soup and Bun Hue Spicy Noodle Soup. Everything was absolutely amazing!! I was working and couldn't eat right away, and even an hour later the food was still hot and so delicious! They do Take Away very well, especially important during COVID.

Out door seating (park let). Just grabbed a quick bite on my way to a meeting. Nice service and good meal. Appears popular to locals

I had the spicy tofu with white rice and it was super delicious and flavorful!! It was quite a big serving too, luckily I was very hungry and was able to finish, but you definitely get your money’s worth! The wait for my food was about 15 minutes and unfortunately there’s no indoor seating, but there’s two tables outside, and there’s also some benches nearby. The lady working there seemed very nice and friendly, but also a little rushed. Overall a delicious place and I definitely want to come here again since they have a large menu and lots of choices

The food was so tasty! I would definitely eat here again, for the food alone. The service was also great! Our server was so kind and helpful.

There is an outdoor seating for the nextdoor restaurant, but the nextdoor restaurant is closed, so we ate here. The food is packed well in takeout boxes. Will come back if he go to Golden Gate Park again.

Loving Hut is an amazing place to go for lunch for any vegetarian or vegan. The food tasted fresh and very well seasoned. Service was fast and friendly.

Kind of disappointed. The Google map says the restaurant is open for dine in but it’s not. We came from San Jose to try but left without trying because it was cold outside Anne couldn’t order. The serving person was nice to us. Hope they keep the web service updated.

Walked here after spending the morning in Cal Academy. When we got there they had a table blocking the door and were doing take-out, but had no problem allowing us to dine-in. This all vegan Chinese restaurant was excellent and the it appeared to be family run. I had the Szechuan Green Beans and my husband had Pad Thai. We both loved our meals. My husband is vegan and Gluten Free and I am gluten free and finding a restaurant where we can eat is a challenge. We will come back to this place every time we are in town!

Chinese (style?) food with proper wok hey! Get the chow fun! And the sweet-and-sour-something-fried (forgot the proper name for the dish). And the deep fried mushroom.

The food is amazing here! I wish I had the crunchy noodle dish my Mum had and was also recommended the won ton soup

  • 4/5 Steven D. 1 year ago on Google
(The place is open for dine in now) Decent vegan food and nice waiter, bit overpriced tho (or it could just be SF prices). Was relatively light in taste and feel. Had the pot stickers and stone pot rice

Got takeout. First tine. Dishes were very hit or miss - pad Thai and chef’s fried rice: bland. Pad Thai noodles were mushed together so it was either over cooked or had been sitting around a long time or both. Spicy lemongrass deluxe didn’t have a ton going for it, where was the veg?, but had decent flavor. Eggplant tofu was ok but I’ve had versions with tastier sauce. The spicy mambo was the only really well seasoned and tasty dish. Can’t say I’ll come here again. There’s a similar restaurant down in South Bay that is always good called Merit. I guess I’ll just have to drive down there more often!

Part of an international chain of vegan restaurants with such an extensive menu, there is something for everyone. I had the spicy lemongrass soup and it was Spicy but oh so good 🌶️

Very good food here. All vegan. Polite staff. The only thing is they do not offer eating inside of the business you have to eat outside next door. But will definitely return here it was good food

Wow. I am blown away. The crispy noodles and potstickers were both phenomenal. I'm not the kind of person to get that worked up over food, but I am so happy I found this place, that was an amazing meal. Very generous portions too!
