Delicious Thai food, never a wait for a table. All the dishes we tried were tasty. We highly recommend the Appetizer Sampler.

Ordered the Champa Sampler (rice ball salad was the best but everything was SO FLAVORFUL and good!), Kaow Poont - Lao's Vermicelli (coconut soup was great and wasn't spicy at all), and Pad Kea Mow - Drunken Noodles (much better than I expected and has a sweeter flavor than I've ever had). Food was a great mix of flavors and textures, and I would definitely order from here again!

A decent option for ocean ave. Recommend the chompa sampler appetizer which in it self could be a meal. The house special catfish with eggplant is super saucy but very flavorful. Food four stars, service three stars.

Delicious southeast Asian food. I especially like the curry there it was very flavorful with rice. Some dishes were a tad too salty for my taste but it was good with the rice. They have a bar for drinks

Pretty decent Thai takeaway. Flavors of the noodles were great, texture of the noodles are pretty good too. Could see myself coming back whenever I crave Thai food. Prices are quite reasonable too!

Just Order fried chicken spring rolls and they were dried out, hard and burnt. Definitely don’t recommend ordering these. So crunchy and hard, Not edible. You cant even tell what is inside the spring roll. Soooo mad I just wasted my money buying these

Straightforward Lao/Thai standards (including noodle soups) served at this cozy establishment on a side street off Ocean. Kao Sow noodle soup, heaping portion of noodles served in unctuous broth, with ground pork and choice of protein. Pretty good, but not the absolute best in the Bay Area. Will be back to try other dishes!

It's the way Americans like it..sweet sweet. The chicken satay had turmeric flavor which is 👍. The fried rice was a little soggy for our taste... to be continued....

Pretty good food at this location. The Nam Kaow rice ball salad was very popular at our table. The Penang curry was also nice with sticky rice. Fried noodles (pad se-ew and pad Thai) had limp, soggy noodles and dry, dry stringy meat. Basil fried rice was not served warm. Pad ped pla dook (spicy catfish) was nice.

This place was added to our visit-again list. Three of us left with supper full three tummies but still hunger for more. Nam Kaow was in Appetizer category but it was very filling because it was filled rice and lao sausages. It is very different from any other asian food. I love the crunchy from the deep fry rice ball and peanut, the right amount of acidity that made it go well with cilantro and lettuce. The papaya salad went very well with the rice vermicelli. The stir fry flat noodle (Chow fun) is filled with basil made this variety more flavorful.

It is one of the best restaurants in South SF. I will definitely make an effort to go back next time I'm in the Bay Area. The foods are amazing, so fresh and delicious. Each and every dish is so good. We had so many foods, but the stand out is the noodles.

Had the drunken noodles which were great, delivery. Big portions, could have used a bit more flavors. Great value, fast delivery.

Great place to have incredible bowls of soup and much more. The waiters are helpful and friendly. Food tastes great. My favorite is silver glass Tom Yum soup and they know how I like it. Cannot go wrong with this place. And it is open every day.

I remember when they first opened and everything was great. I order from here once in awhile when I'm craving Lao food and don't feel like making it or going to the East Bay. Foooood: - The sampler is always my go-to but the Lao sausages were not good (need more spices) and the Nam Khao was underwhelming and didn't taste fresh (always skimping on the som moo too). - The Lao-style papaya salad was dry and just so plain. I love when it's juicy and dark but that wasn't the case here. It's always so inconsistent. - The pad thai was also dry and didn't even come out hot. The noodles were also still a little hard. My partner ordered duck with it and they gave a very small amount and in the form of tiny pieces of chopped up duck. Overall, food prices have gone up while quality has gone down. I probably won't be coming back anymore because I know it's not a reliable place for good Lao food.

tried it the first time it was mediocre. gave it a second chance it was WORST. ordered the special sticky rice and served a mess of wet rice looked like a scraped leftover with unidentifiable radioactive liquid mixed in. I wii NEVER EVER STEP NEAR THE establishment again ( and they charged $60 total for the junk plus 1 beer). Lucky I ordered a Heineken

Food could have been really good but s lot of dishes I'm use to being served hot we're room temperature. Room temp sausage, cold undercooked green beans in the curry. Crispy rice salad was great!

The food was delicious. I thought the cuisine was going to taste like Vietnamese food but the flavors are different. Also well priced. Will definitely go back again.
