2/5 Court S. 3 years ago on Google
Last
night
we
had
a
chance
to
dine
at
Wildseed.
My
wife
and
I
had
come
here
several
times
before
and
we
actually
enjoyed
ourselves.
Last
night
we
celebrated
two
of
our
vegan
friends
birthdays
at
the
restaurant
and
did
not
have
the
same
experience.
I
have
never
written
a
review,
but
I’ve
been
compelled
to
give
some
feedback.
This
restaurant
is
fine.
Will
you
leave
feeling
inspired
and
satiated?
No.
Will
you
feel
good
about
the
customer
service
and
the
impact
that
It
has
left
you
with?
No.
We
spent
430
dollars
last
night
on
multiple
items
and
left
feeling
like
the
only
thing
good
was
our
cocktails.
I’ve
been
a
vegan
my
entire
life
and
a
chef
for
half
of
it,
we
vegans
and
everyone
deserves
better!
Suggestions
for
the
kitchen
as
follows:
Maitake:
don’t
batter,
crisp
them
using
high
heat,
lower
yield
but
much
more
flavorful
and
mushroomy
for
those
who
appreciate
that
boldness.
Beet
poke:
The
chips
that
come
with
are
flavorless
and
unnecessary,
and
the
poke
taste
like
basic
beets.
Get
creative.
Corn
cakes:
use
more
corn,
I
didn’t
want
a
grit
cake,
grits
are
dry
and
dense
and
if
it
weren’t
for
the
sauce
and
accompaniments
this
would
not
work,
think
fresh!
Pizzas:
Sausage
was
ok
but
as
we
sat
outside
and
the
cheese
got
cold,
it
turned
into
a
translucent
pastie
glue.
Test
out
other
cheese
brands,
you
may
have
to
make
your
own.
Dessert:
Chocolate
cake,
I’m
not
sure
what
was
going
on
here
but
the
cake
was
very
dense
and
a
indescribable
texture.
Service:
This
was
the
force
that
inspired
this
review.
Our
server
was
Juan,
although
probably
a
good
guy,
not
a
very
good
server.
Our
table
was
one
of
those
tables
that
did
not
know
what
they
wanted,
so
we
had
questions
about
the
menu.
Half
of
the
table
were
foreigners
who
had
only
been
in
the
states
for
two
weeks.
He
practiced
no
patience
which
could
have
gone
a
long
way
here.
He
outright
singled
out
a
member
of
our
table
for
being
indecisive,
called
us
an
“very
anxious
table”
and
then
called
my
wife
“egotistical”
for
trying
to
explain
to
him
that
we
weren’t
ready
to
order
yet
(better
be
glad
I
did
not
personally
hear
this
at
the
time).
It’s
a
type
of
aggressive
humor
that’s
really
inappropriate
in
a
customer
service
role,
in
my
opinion.
He
did
not
want
to
ask
the
kitchen
for
a
small
adjustment
with
our
order,
instead
brought
my
friend
the
wrong
dish
twice.
Two
other
servers
came
to
our
table
with
food
that
we
did
not
order.
I
wanted
this
to
be
an
amazing
experience
for
the
people
of
our
group.
You
pay
for
the
hype.
We
should
be
creating
food
that
is
good,
first
and
foremost
and
service
that
is
thoughtful
and
considerate
of
everyone.
