Went on a Saturday, put our name down for a party of two at 12:06 and received the text to return at 12:35, so 30ish minute wait which we found fine as Dolores park is just a short walk away and so are a bunch of other coffee shops, etc. Easy to entertain yourself. We really enjoyed the food, I got the New England burger and I ate it all pretty quickly, can’t really go wrong with a burger w/ millionaires bacon. The mimosas are also great, I got a pineapple one, and I loved it

What an incredible brunch spot! We enjoyed a sunny day on the generous outdoor patio. Wait wasn't too bad give we were at peak brunch time. I can't say enough about the delicious menu. The Millionaire Margarita! The bacon flight!! The stuffed French toast!!! Prepare for the best possible food coma. Look forward to coming back any time I'm in the city!

We have been to the sister restaurant, Sweet Maple, a few times and we are fans, but we decided to try Kitchen Story today for the first time. The wait was longer than we are accustomed to at Sweet Maple, but the food is comparable. I'm not sure which location we prefer, so I think I need to try a couple more menu items to be more decisive. This location is closer to where we live so I'm hoping to make it our new favorite, but the jury is still out.

Great brunch spot! I got the mascarpone stuffed French toast with eggs, and chicken mango sausage. Everything was delicious! The staff were very helpful and quick to help if you need anything. Would definitely recommend for a fun Saturday or Sunday. A wait can be expected; but my friend and I put our name in relatively early and just went on a nice walk in the neighborhood. It's worth the wait if you're not in a rush.

We got seated quickly. The food was so good! The bacon was my favorite 😋 . I had the ricotta hotcakes with banana 🍌 and walnuts. They were so good! They truly don't even need syrup. All of the food we ordered was good! The customer service was also so great! Highly recommend 📍🌁

Nice brunch place. It gets packed on the weekend but they have lots of seating and quick service so the wait is not long. Had the French toast, tasty and not too sweet. Definitely shareable. Bacon is sweet and savory.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kitchen Story, located on Sanchez Street in San Francisco, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My wife and I decided to indulge in their delectable offerings. She ordered the eggs and Millionaire's Bacon, which was cooked to perfection, while I opted for the Deep Fried French Toast. Both dishes were simply divine - bursting with flavor and cooked just right. The location of Kitchen Story is not only picturesque but also very convenient. Situated right next to the elementary school where I will be working next year, I am already looking forward to becoming a regular patron. One of the highlights of our visit was the reasonable pricing. The quality of the food surpassed our expectations, making it well worth the cost. Additionally, we requested a coffee to go, and although they mentioned they normally avoid doing so, they graciously accommodated our request this time. In summary, Kitchen Story on Sanchez Street is a must-visit for anyone seeking delicious food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by for an unforgettable meal.

When I tell you “mouth watering yumminess” that’s exactly what I mean! Oh my goodness! The French toast look like Texas toast but with San Francisco goodness! The eggs are amazing, full of flavor and veggies and the bacon…. Well worth the calories. I definitely felt like a millionaire (hence the name Millionaire Bacon) hope you #enjoy and don’t forget to take it all in, this is your life, make sure you don’t miss the small stuff. Oh yeah! And thank the servers a little more for me, they were beyond great.

Got here at by 9:10. 3 tables were already sitting down. Once it was 9:30-9:45. It started to fill up. I’d recommend coming early since no reservations are allowed. French toast - It’s a top favorite here so I decided to try it. It’s huge! Definitely can share! presentation 10/10. The grapefruit made the top soggy though. if you like mascarpone on toast. This is for you! I did not expect so much mascarpone in the middle. I didn’t taste much of the toast but more of the mascarpone making it all soggy. It overpowered it for me too much. Omurice- egg couldn’t be split but it tasted normal still. Rice was spicy and potatoes were soft. Wish it was a bit more toasty. Bacon - presentation was nice with the flavors being displayed. There’s 4 different flavors. Parking: expect no parking, just walk or bus it here!

Eggs were well cooked, the pork wine sausage was good, and the potatoes were good. The bacon was wrecked - far too crispy. The butter had some kind of sugar in it, maybe honey. Not to my personal tastes but the other people at the table seemed to quite like it. I'd have no problem going back if I were meeting friends in the area, but I certainly didn't have anything worth traveling for.

Kitchen Story SF has been my culinary haven since its opening. It's a place that has redefined my relationship with food, particularly bacon. As someone who typically avoids bacon, their Millionaire Bacon is an exception I gladly make - it's that remarkable. The aroma of their dishes greets you even before you step in, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. However, this popularity means that a wait is almost inevitable. For small groups, expect a waiting time of about 15-30 minutes, but rest assured, it's worth every minute. When I first saw the price for four pieces of bacon, I must admit, I was skeptical. But all doubts were instantly dispelled the moment I tasted the Millionaire Flight. It features four thick, long slices of bacon, each uniquely flavored, and each a

Not sure I’ll ever enjoy a Bloody Mary the same way again after pairing one with a decadent piece of millionaire’s bacon. Possibly the best brunch cocktail I’ve ever had! If you need a bit of booze to get through your hangover from the night before, this is the place to go. The food was whimsical and creative, and the service was quick and friendly. We had no problem getting a table for four on a Saturday morning, although the restaurant did stay pretty full the whole time we were dining. The atmosphere was fun and the restaurant is within walking distance to Castro street shops—we enjoyed perusing the shops after finishing our brunch. Will definitely be back soon!

The BEST breakfast/brunch I have ever had ever! Everything was delicious. The service was incredible. Everyone was so nice. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items next time. This time we had a Benedict with chicken mango sausage and an omelette that was to die for! And the flight of bacon!!! Soooo good!! The coffee was good! My partner is gluten free and even the gluten free bread was fantastic! Everything! Yum!

It was a Saturday morning when we went. There were a few tables available when we arrived that quickly filled up shortly after. My friend and I both ordered the Millionaire's Benedict. She got the ube latte and I got the salted caramel. We really enjoyed our brunch. The following week end, some of my other friends went upon my recommendation and they loved it, too!

I am from out of town and a friend recommended this place. The food was delicious! I had the raspberry lemonade mimosa, french toast and the millionaire’s bacon. I can honestly say it was the best bacon I’ve ever had and I’m sad that I won’t be able to have it back home lol

Spotty service and very average food. I don't know why this place is so highly recommended. I got the Athens omelette, which barely had any taste and smelled weird. The slightly sweet spread on the bread didn't go well with the dish. Husband didn't like his belly rancheros either. Ricotta pancakes don't stand out either. You can get better brunch pancakes at Zazzie. Pretty expensive and the servers forgot to bring my coffee, even when I reminded them. Definitely do not recommend this place :/

Came here roughly when they opened, there's no wait if you do so. If you arrive roughly an hour after opening, be prepared to wait for some time as the line gets big. At first glance, the pricing for 4 pieces of bacon looked kinda outrageous, but after it came, expectations were shattered by reality. The Millionaire Flight has 4 pretty thick long pieces of bacon, each one flavored differently, all which were pretty good. The ribeye omurice was also pretty tasty, only caveat I had was, it didn't really look like omurice but rather rice with a not separated scrambled egg on top of it. Other than that, the flavor was pretty on point. The deep fried toast however, was somewhat of a letdown, comparatively to all the rave reviews for it. The center of the toast is almost like a huge chunk of butter, too much for my taste.

I had the chicken mango sausage egg Benedict plate. I didn't like the chicken sausage? It tasted like something from fast food place, kind of dry. It also had no taste of mango. Other than that it was pretty good. Also, bottomless mimosas were legit strong, I was surprised. I would go back but get something else to eat.

Absolutely fabulous. We got there at a perfect time. We didn't have to wait to be seated. However. once we were there for like 30 minutes there was a line of people outside. They do get busy which means the servers are running around, but they try their best to give you excellent service. Millionaire’s bacon is seriously the best bacon. I would highly recommend it. I ordered the Belly Rancheros. It was definitely something different. The food had amazing flavor, and I enjoyed the robust flavors.

If you’re getting bottomless mimosas make sure you’re ready for it! 1.5 glasses was totally enough since I didn’t eat anything beforehand and so I didn’t make it worth $23. I got the overnight cook pork sandwich and it was fantastic! The portion size wasn’t too large and the sandwich was full of flavour (even without the aioli!). Great place for a group event :)

Every items on menu is really good. The bacon is must have for every plate. Its smooth sweet with rich of chunky thick pieces. Their burger is a but hard to eat but good to try. Omelette is rich of taste. Staff is friendly and great service. Cheers
