Great location, beautiful store, energetic, friendly and professional staff—and the coffee, of course, is fantastic. Major Dickason’s blend, in particular, is excellent: Rich, dark, complex. The pastries and other baked goods—from chocolate croissants to snickerdoodles—are outstanding. Finally, the beans are the best; opening the bag at home and simply taking in the aroma of the freshly roasted beans has a become something of a ritual In our home — and is an intoxicating experience.

Not usually a fan of chain stores, but this is one I support, especially since they aren't that big and are Bay Area natives (their first store was in Berkeley). Love their matcha latte. Their bakery items, especially their breakfast sandwiches, are really good. At nearly every Peets I've been to (a dozen or so), the staff are super friendly - kind of amazing how consistent this is across all their stores now that I think about it. Finally, their app (though a little buggy) makes ordering easy.

Barista appeared very distracted or off as he made the drinks very poorly. The coffee overflowed and the espresso was barely warm. Unisex restroom didn't require a code. Plenty of seating inside

Good coffe and pastries!

Had a cup of english breakfast tea and sit by the beautiful window view!

Peet's has good coffee for most and they pay great attention to the crema and foam for their hot coffee drinks. My new favorite is their frappe (compared to Starbucks) as it tastes much better than the other with no ice.

I usually have a great experience at this Peet's but I feel that one employee, David, may need more training. As my cashier he was very slow putting in my order and had me repeat myself many times even though I only had two modifications, (Light ice and in a large cup. So I can add my own milk at home.) He was sighing and groaning while looking for the buttons to press. Then he also went to make my drink instead of the barista working, and he made it incorrectly, the wrong kind of drink in a small cup. Everything else was perfectly fine as usual. But I unfortunately usually have problems or get the wrong drink when getting my order taken by this person.

Today December 15 around 12:40 pm I experience an extremely rude cashier, I don’t know her name (hispanic girl) but she gave me an extremely bad attitude and poor customer service. She did not answer my greeting and when I requested a sandwich she pulled it out of the fridge and threw it on the table. After that she grabbed a tablet and was checking out something over there before she put the sandwich for toasting. When she gave me the sandwich she did it in a rude manner, I said thank you and she completely ignored me and didn’t respond back,again. I looked at her and wanted to say something but then realized: she must be feeling extremely miserable inside herself and hates her job very very much..

good coffee as always. some tables and a high top seating against the window and some outdoor seating as well. some power outlets but not a ton at the high top. place also sells food you know a standard Petes. good people good service.

This cafe was terrific and cozy. The baristas were very friendly and one of them helped me choose the best coffee to try. And it tasted very good! I was only there for a brief period but I got to enjoy the atmosphere. I wanted to buy their mug only if the color was different. (It's just my preference.) I visited there during my vacation trip. I had Americano with Almond milk.

Great coffee, Hollywood eye candy.

Great place to hangout with friends in the afternoon! I had a lovely time there before COVID 🤷‍♂️
