This is the first time I’ve stayed here(4nights), looks like there were some upgrades… Chipped and moldy tile in the shower, carpets needed a cleaning in the room. The breakfast was OK, usually eggs were gone, specific fruits gone and it took quite a while for the food to be replenished. Staff are great, housekeeping was wonderful. They have a partnership with Westin camino real- meaning you can access their pool and exercise room for $10 a time. Make sure you clarify cost for airport shuttle, water in your room, fee for breakfast. Sometimes it is complementary and I’m finding out sometimes it is not.

We booked this hotel online but upon arriving there was multiple charges that weren't stated online, such as a third person for 2 queen size bed room. Service was good and helped us with our dirty room problems, but we paid a lot for not the best experience.

Pros: the rooms are big and look renovated, the safe are large enough for a laptop, the gym is tiny but the machines are in good condition, wifi AP in each room. Cons: same buffet breakfast all week long. As dicember 2019 the are doing renovations with drilling and hammering from 10pm to midnight. And despite the front desk trying to be helpful they cannot stop it is management order... Worst management ever!!

Terrible Room service, asked for soda 40 minutes later cancelled due to how long it was taking to get. I also didn’t appreciate that receptionist Carla kept saying it should be on your floor, or it’s going up as we speak…. 40 minutes later nothing. The A/C Unit didn’t work and when we asked them to resolve it they said they would send someone up. That technician told us it was electrical. We later checked with the receptionist to see what could be done because it was humid. Nothing was done. Slept in a hot and humid room.

Get rid of the carpets - the funky smell is pretty bad. That's it... If you this you'll immediately get 5 stars!

A nice & friendly hotel in the city center, good for business trips. A few comments: - bathroom linen are very very old, worn and dirty. Bedsheets as well - in the bathroom you can hear anything the neighbor is doing in his/her (bath)room - Breakfast room is very busy with only one staff serving

Great location, very safe neighborhood. They have security outside at all time's and I always felt safe even walking around. The rooms need to be updated, the carpet is old, and the furniture in the room needs to be updated as well as it's scratched and old. The front desk staff was great, and I never got to try the bfast, but they seem to offer a buffet at a extra charge. I loved the casino right behind the hotel it was fun.

Ultra clean. Excellent location, competitive rates, superb staff service. I lost my phone on a Uber ride. I was able to contact Uber and have them return my phone to the Biltmore hotel , where they hold the phone for me. Constantly communicating by email as have left the hotel already and a friend picked the phone for me. If you are looking for a hotel in Guatemala city, I highly recommend The Biltmore Hotel.

The hotel itself was lovely. Clean, good service, great amenities. The noise from the bar next door kept us up till early hours.

Good hotel, the room was large and comfortable during my stay. It is close to the airport and restaurants. The management is also flexible, I recently had to cancel another booking and they canceled for free, which I appreciated.

This is a good hotel, but have the worst laundry service. I stayed here for almost 1 year and the clothes after to laundry smell bad. Sometimes lose clothes, takes a long time to drop clothes off and the clothes come back dirty

Hi, My very first time in Guatemala country and in Guatemala City as well. I was researching hotels and places near the US Embassy. I was so glad I found Hotel Biltmore and stayed there. You would not believe how safe this place is. They have security all over the place and at every door and entryway. All employees were excessively courteous and greeted me with respect...not only that but they mean it. How I know they mean it? Hotel Biltmore is not only physically connected to Westing Camino Real but it is part of its coorporation. I have stayed at a Westin before. I have stayed at Westin Resort at Kirtland in Scottsdale Arizona and even though I payed 5 times the price at this place in Arizona, their employees there were nice, but they just do not transmit that hospitality into you as they did here at Westin Camino Real. Sophia at the front desk was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and always willing to help. We came to Guatemala to do some personal business at the US Embassy. The location of this place was at walking distance of the US Embassy, emigration physical exam doctors, and Cargo Expreso and only 10 minutes away from the airport in taxi, and they also offer free and secure parking. There are many restaurants around the area and also a mall near the hotel. Everything is at a 10 minute walking distance. They had a delicious Sunday Brunch and very comfortable rooms. They also have a pool at the Westin. I recommend this place so much that I ended up stay 2 more times in it for further business at the US Embassy. Thank you everyone at Hotel Biltmore for making our stay very royalty like!
