I was on the way to this place Suddenly they called me at almost 17:00 i was 20 minutes from and sayd that they have no room they bring it to someone else. i said why? they say that i should came at 14:00 and now i stay without room with my 2 children and wife. They have my credit card by the company I ordered from, even if I didn't show up they could still charge me. But apparently they had a better deal that they decided to drop my order at the last minute.

- No air conditioning unit in the bedroom - I reserved one suit with a swimming pool and once I came was under maintenance without notifying me with the same high price!!!!

Run away from this place. Very bad experience overall. No wifi, no room service, etc

The hotel's location near the mountain provided breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that allowed us to truly unwind. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and their attention to detail truly impressed us. We can't wait to return to Sapanca Casamia Suit Hotel for another memorable stay. Restful, amazing and very clean place to stay at in Sapanca. The view from our bungalow is stunning . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are very clean and well maintained. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to everyone looking for calm holiday!

Great turkish family managing this suit.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Every this is so clean. We have a dog even they were even very kind to our dog.🐕 Each suit has a own barbecue🍗🥓 and they lighted the fire each time that we asked for.👍👍👍
