i have been a patient at this clinic for more than 13 yrs. I moved to the West and wanted to change at some point but the warmth nature of the staff has kept me!! Dr. Hamid is fantastic: very welcoming, professional and has a perfect mastery of her job... You feel well immediately after she consults you. Kudos guys

Dr. Gurumurthi is the best , like once you build that rapport with him he has your back and very understanding, and also compassionate to his patients including myself. I am a young lady but he treats women with upmost respect. I really love him as my doctor he never abandoned me not once . Shumyla and tina are the best i love them as well very accommodating and knowledgeable women.

Dr. Anuradha khans is the absolute worst doctor I ever came in contact with. This is a local walk in clinic by my house so I would go there when needed and she just does not care for how you, interacting in a positive manner with his patients, your health concerns and a solution. I will never come back

Absolutely fantastic front office - very friendly and helpful - they seem to genuinely care and also have great senses of humor (which is refreshing - I always leave laughing). Dr. Gurumurthi is tough but in a very cool way. Easy to talk to but gives it to you straight and holds you accountable - I appreciate that. The office is also flexible on appointments.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the doctors and front end staff at this clinic. Teena and Shomaila are the most compassionate, understanding and supportive staff I have ever interacted with. The level of service is outstanding. I had to complete blood work and Shomaila’s shift ended at 3pm, she stayed till 4pm to ensure she completed my blood work. The dedication to her job is evident!! This is just one example of how dedicated the team is to servicing the community. Dr. Gurumurthi is a very compassionate, reasonable and down to earth doctor. He actually takes the time to listen to you and comes up with a comprehensive plan and next steps. You are part of this plan and he values your opinions and thoughts. I feel valued and appreciated when I to this clinic! Next stop, the IDA pharmacy! Dolores is the face of the pharmacy! She’s always there and is an absolute sweetheart. I have forgotten to fill my medication a few times, yet Dolores will do everything to get my medication ASAP. Thank you all for your unwavering dedication to the health profession! It’s great knowing I’m not just another number at this clinic, but a valued member of the community!

Dr. G is an amazing Doctor! I almost don’t want to write a review because I don’t want to share him! 😅. He is a kind, caring, gentle doctor who follows up on his patients’ health. He takes the time to listen and discuss health issues. I highly recommend him (but don’t tell anybody!) The staff at the clinic are very friendly and helpful in getting you in to see the doctor and also in processing referrals and booking appointments.

Last fall I moved to Scarborough and now consider myself very fortunate to have found Dr. Gurumurthi to be my family physician. As a senior, I truly appreciate Dr. Gurumurthi’s gentle, thoughtful and caring nature. He is well spoken and a good communicator. I find him proficient, patient to converse and explain, and thorough in considering what testing is required to have the best picture for assessing courses of treatment. I have needed some referrals recently and the office seems to arrange these quite quickly. The Markham Kingston Medical Centre is conveniently situated on the south east corner of Kingston Road and Markham with plenty of free parking. The admin staff, Sumaila and Teena are equally pleasant, polite and friendly. They also do bloodwork and other testing right in the clinic, so it is very convenient. Feeling comfortable in seeking medical advise is so important and that is how I feel coming to see Dr Gurumurthi at this clinic.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been able to reach my doctors, Dr. Chan and Dr. Gurumurthi both by phone during Covid and in person in the office. I am very satisfied with the care that I receive. .

I have seen Dr. Arrazaghi and he was one of the best specialists I have ever seen. He is compassionate, caring and covers everything to find out what is wrong. I have been sick for 5 months and now am waiting for a nephrologist appointment. Dr. Arrazaghi is helping save my life and would recommend him to everyone. I would also like to thank Tina who is always helpful and cares about her patients. Dr. Jindal is my family doctor who I appreciate very much. Both Dr. Arrazaghi and Dr. Jindal combined will make sure I make a speedy recovery and back to my old self.

My experience with that medical centre has been very pleasant for almost 10 years. You can get your blood work done there , you could see the specialist, family doctors , walk - in. It is very convenient ! I am very lucky to have dr.Khanna as my family doctor-she is young and knowledgeable ,on top of latest medical science news. Yes , sometimes you have to wait but it is anywhere you go! Reception girls are always very friendly and helpful and very professional. Very comfortable atmosphere .

Dr. Gurumurthi, has been my Doctor for a number of years now. I find that he is a very patient person. The other Doctors I encountered have been very good with dealing with my health needs. The receptionists are very professional and courteous. I'm lucky to have this team. I know a lot of people who can't even find a Doctor right now!

The other doctors in the clinic may be great, but Dr. Hamid is not worth joining as a patient. I had my initial consult in April'23. I am on a medicine which is fairly common and have been for almost 4 years. Six months later, I went in to ask for a prescription renewal - it took Dr. Hamid an hour and a half to attend to a personal phone call and the one patient ahead of me. Then when we met - she didn't even know I was her patient (she thought I was from the walk-in side) and requested me to fill in a form to become her patient (despite already being told I was her patient six months earlier). After this, she informed me that she will only offer 1 refill, after which I will have to come back for another appointment; despite not changing my medication or amount for 4 years. My previous doctor would see me within 5 mins of my appointment time and would allow me a year between visits which seemed about right given I have been on the same dosage and medicine for years. I am in the process of moving to another doctor who actually respects people's time.

I have been going to this centre since 2007 and never had any unpleasant experience from either the Doctors or office staffs. Dr. A. Khanna is my family physician and I must say she is one of the top notch caring person giving advise and counselling even beyond her professional field. People at the front office are outstanding right from the beginning. I already introduced my relatives and they are highly pleased switching their physicians. Thank you Dr. and her great team!!!

Dr. Khanna is such a wonderful and relational doctor. I have been going to her since a young teenager and now I bring my little family to her. I would recommend her to anyone as she is so knowledgeable and organized within the framework of her practice. He arranged to do extensive tests of my mother to evaluate her conditions and finally the doctor assessed my mom very professionally. He also have deep knowledge and the best part is we receive follow up phone calls periodically from the clinic. Front desk customer service representatives are also very polite and professional. Me and my family are clients to this clinic for more than 5yrs. The front desk staff Teena and Shumaila are amazing, kind enough to adjust your appointment and also booking the best specialists if you are referred to. Dr. Jain proudly manages his clinics at 3 or more different locations in Scarborough (ON) facilitating the patients with the presence & in attendance of almost all kind of Medical Specialists right on all of his clinics locations. Me and my all 8 family members have been visiting Dr. Jain’s clinics since 1997, so much so that my toddlers have now turned adults. Medical Services provided at Dr. Jain’s all clinics are so much “satisfying” and attitude & behaviour of all the staff at clinics is so “Professional, Friendly and helping” that you don’t even need any interpreter to explain your problem in any ways. Me and my whole the family is thankful to Dr. Jain and his all staff (without naming any specific individual “they all are the BEST) for their such a long term professional help and extended relationship. What we have found out during over two and a half decades long term relationship, is, that all the physicians at Dr. Jain’s all the clinics are very much equipped with a very special professional expertise to instantly provide the patients an “referral” to the right specialists mostly being attended (by the concerned specialist right there) at Dr. Jain’s clinic itself. Today I was with him at 3545 Markham/ Kingston Road Location to discuss the results of all my test reports, the tests that had been done after a 3 year years long big gap due to COVID19 pandemic situation. I was highly surprised to see the speed and very timely delivery of all the service and reports results? Today the way Dr. A. Arrazaghi , the Cardiologist Physician took about an hour time in so thoroughly explaining all the reports results to me including discussing other available OPTIONS too. Although all the doctors are supposedly very good in general .. BUT … I must say Dr.A . Arrazaghi is one of the BEST Cardiologist Consultants that would be rarely available to a patient like me. I am feeing myself lucky to have him as my current consultant. His both assists named AMIR and IBRAHIM are also such an articulate and impressive professionals personalities. They are by far the most kindess, considerate and loveliest ladies I have ever met in a work place. I was introduced to Dr. Gurmurthi after a bad shoulder and rib injury. I was then able to have him become my family doctor. I'm a public servant and do have to say I consider him to be the Dr. Patch Adams. I have had several family DOCTORS but they dont even come close to his kindness and professionalism. I would also I like to thank Dr. Arrazaghi and his associate for the kind service and great news provided regarding my heart. (I'm glad I still have one). Dr. Thaneshan Gurumurthy has been our primary care physician for over a year, during this time we’ve had nothing but good experiences with him and the staff at Markham Kingston medical center. The Doctor has been consistently available and patient with the myriad of issues we’ve had while providing appointments relatively quickly. The staff has been very helpful as well, with appointment follow-ups and documentation. Although we ended up with Dr. Gurumurthy by chance, in hindsight I’m glad we did.

I found Dr. Khanna and her staff really courteous, who know well how to respect and take care of their patients and clients. Upon my return to Canada, I needed to find a new family Dr. after my previous Dr. had retired. I have now been a patient of Dr. Anuradha Khanna for just over 2 years. Markham Kingston Medical Centre - specifically TINA has always been super responsive and accommodating to all my family's needs and appointments. Having specialists also available through the same clinic is also super convenient and a time saver. But through it all, tbh - Tina is the reason what keeps me coming back there.
