    This is my second time here and they are not responsible for the very friendly and professional reception. The first time I left it, I thought maybe they were having a bad day. However, it was the same today. First of all, my mom and I arrive 10 to 15 minutes before our appointment. I respect everyone's time, they waited for us for 10 minutes for the first time. It was half an hour today, our initial appointment was at 11:30 am, but 2 days ago they called me to deliver it at 11:15 am. We were there at 10:55. 11:32 He came and I went to them and asked them how long I should wait. There was a girl on the phone and an older woman came and said, "One moment I'm in the middle of something." Basically, they both lost me. So I got their attention and told them we had been waiting for half an hour. He gave me the excuse that some patients need more time with the doctor. I do not know how to do their job but I know time management and professionalism, he was not even close to this old lady twice. He also continued to talk about me. Oh well, I had to call them 3 times just to talk to someone, because they never leave a voicemail when I miss their call. And their phone lines are always busy. They need to make positive changes here. These were my bad experiences with them. I was only here twice and it was bad both times.

    The front desk staffs are good and helpful but we did not have good experience with the technician. We expect more cordial and respectful attitude from them. I normally ignore if it’s just once. It happened for the second time the ultrasound technician was rude. I know it doesn’t matter for them but I will never go back to this place for an ultrasound.

    Extremely unprofessional front desk staff. Younger lady working there gave me so much attitude and was completely unhelpful. Public health orgs have warned covid is in the air and numerous studies have shown the virus is not mild. Yet no masking by majority of staff nor by the Doctors despite a new covid surge. Nurse who helped me in the back had a baggy surgical mask on that was backwards and kept sliding below her nose. No air purifiers or fans in sight to clean and filter the air. No air flow either. I felt suffocated and at high risk of catching viruses. I feel unsafe bringing my family and immunocompromised Dad here. Dr. Tejani was such a huge disappointment! Healthcare workers should *genuinely* care for the patients they’re treating and whom they claim to be concerned about by *keeping up with the latest studies* and cleaning the air and wearing proper N95s to keep themselves and their patients safe! UPDATE: I’ve had delivery and handymen, as well as my accountant happily put on masks voluntarily though for some reason the so-called medical professionals refuse to wear one. Go figure.

    As a previous medical assistant with experience at numerous walk-in clinics across Ontario, I would not recommend this clinic. The receptionists are very unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. I asked the receptionist at the front if they received my online registration information, as I am looking for a female physician. She right away told me that the clinic is not accepting new patients. I was very confused because their website clearing states “new patients register here”. She said rudely, “The clinic is taking new patients, but we do not have a family doctor, only walk-ins!” I proceeded to tell her that I needed to see a female physician and asked her if I could consistently book with one female doctor. She said that I could book with one doctor. I agreed and asked her to book an appointment as I already registered online. I again mentioned that I did not receive a confirmation response from the clinic regarding my registration within the suggested 48-hour period. She told me to sit down. Then, gestured to a girl on the phone explaining that she takes care of new registrations and bookings. I waited until the “booking” receptionist had finished her phone call. Once she finished her call two patients entered. She proceeds to check them in and completely ignores me. She then says from her desk across the room, “I will take you after I check these patients in.” Two other receptionists were available and I was under the impression that she handles patient bookings, so I was unsure as to why she had to check-in these patients. Anyways, I patiently waited my turn. Then, the “booking” receptionist says while pointing at me, “Hey, come to the front desk.” I thought that was very unprofessional. At the front desk, I told her that I registered online and would like to see a female physician. She right away said that they are not accepting new patients. I told her that I have been notified from her colleague and needed to book an appointment with a female walk-in doctor. She pulled up my file and mentioned that I was in the system. Then she booked my appointment and asked the reason for my visit. I mentioned that I needed a certain test to be completed and was more comfortable with a female physician. She booked the appointment two weeks away. I asked about their policies regarding changing the date, etc. She said I could book online and that I would only need to give 48 hours notice for cancellations. I went home and onto their patient portal. I saw an appointment with another female physician available in the next two days. I am not sure why the “booking” receptionist couldn’t book me in sooner when this was clearly indicated on their patient portal. Fast forward to the day of my appointment (2 days later). Three hours before my appointment, I receive a call from the clinic and the receptionist said, “I need to cancel your appointment!” I was very confused and asked why. She said that I needed a referral from my family physician. I let the person on the phone know that the “booking” receptionist never mentioned a referral. Also, in two weeks, I was booked in for the same appointment with a female physician. I found an earlier appointment and booked myself in online through their patient portal. The woman on the phone said, “I need to let her (“booking” receptionist) know that for this appointment you need a referral.” WAIT…isn’t this the person in charge of booking?? Now, three hours before my appointment I am being notified that I need a referral. Not once did the woman apologize for the “booking” receptionist. She was rude and put me on hold to speak to another patient mid sentence. She was disrespectful and did not care that she wasted my time. Thus, if you value kindness, respect, your time, knowledgeable staff, and professionalism go to another walk-in clinic. I would not recommend!

    I came in for an appointment with Dr Virani, and was very pleased with her care. She was very thorough in asking a number of questions related to my medical and family history and took the time to explain her thoughts about my reasons for coming in. It's refreshing speaking with someone willing to take the time to explain. The staff were friendly and made sure I had what I needed for some further tests and booking a follow-up. In all, the visit was a welcome change to previous clinics I have visited and I'm happy I came here.

    Rude receptionist, Cardiologist Dr. Janmohammed himself was very rude so what can you expect from his staff. And Insane policy, wait time is 1-2 hours even after booking an appointment and if a patient is late by 20 minutes they want to charge $50.00 Very poor customer service skills of people working at the reception.

    What a horrible place. No wonder when you are on hold the message that you hear is all about how they will end the call if you are aggressive or rude. Well any patient would. I’m definitely not a patient here but my dad is. (Not anymore). He is an 84 year old blind man that needed to see Dr Janmohamed for a heart murmur. I called 5 times over the past 2 weeks. Left several messages for his personal secretary (that’s what it sounded like because every person that answered my call said only she could book the appointment) and nothing. They said she would call me back. They said she’s extremely busy. I guess she’s not a very productive/efficient worker if she can’t manage to call patients back. Even professionals (doctors) can call their patients back. I have no words for this place except I wouldn’t refere anyone to be seen at this establishment!!!! No stars here!!!!

    I have been Victoria clinic's patient for many years. I am very happy with their services.. Their doctors and staff are very kind, intelligent, and knowledgeable. Their place is tidy, neat and warm. Thank you for their professionalism and patience.

    I went to Victoria Medical Group and I had an amazing experience over there. All staff was very professional and friendly. I would also like to mention Dr. Sana Virani, who was amazing. She is very attentive and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend going there.

    Front desk & the way they book appointment is worst. I confirm 2 times day before & the day I went they said due to error, doctor can see you after 3 hours so you can wait or enjoy near by Tum Hortons. Totally unprofessional. If you book by website then you have to contact for follow up. Front desk is good for nothing. Totally unprofessional.

    This clinic is a complete scam. They used to be adequate until the pandemic hit, however now they continue to book you for over the phone appointments and fail to actually contact you. On multiple occasions I’ve been stuck having to arrange for over phone appointments because they aren’t able to provide enough opportunities for in-person appointments during the week. If they manage to actually call you at all it’s hours after your actually appointment was scheduled. It took me weeks to actually speak to my family doctor after multiple failed attempts on their part to actually call me for my appointments. Mind you I had to continually call the office back the following day after each failed attempt to let them know I never received a call from the doctor, (because my appointments were scheduled for after the clinic was closed) only to have to rebook my “missed” appointments a week later due to the doctor’s poor availability and have them fail to call me again. The clinic is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I’ve had to resort to finding walk-in clinic that shows far more concern and attentiveness to their patients. I’m currently in the process of trying to find a new family doctor. There’s no point in staying where I’m constantly ignored and being used for my OHIP submissions without actually receiving any medical attention by a no-show doctor. Smh. I’m beyond disappointed with this clinic.

    Ultrasound pregnancy Don’t go here, she won’t let me go in to be with my wife even though bans have been lifted. I have been excited for weeks to see my baby. Her response was no, you would not understand what you are seeing anyways. I am not there to bug her and ask questions, I just want to observe the baby. I have my mask and was not going to say a word. She still went against it. As a father, Don’t go here if you want to see your baby. She won’t let you when other places will

    The worst medical center. 1- Long wait time- I wait for more than one hour to see the doctor. 2- The laboratory had collected blood sample, but did not return the result to Dr. It means the laboratory thrown our blood sample in the garbage. I went to Alpha Lab for blood test then. 3- The doctor told us that he will refer us to a specialist. (It means there is something serious that specialist should manage it) But after 3 weeks I called clinic to check if Dr. Tijani referred us and unfortunately found that he did not. It is really painful to see how careless your doctor and his team is. It means, AGAIN I should book an appointment just to tell him "SIR! YOU DID NOT REFER US TO A SPECIALIST". Really disappointing.

    I’ve been here many times. I really like this clinic. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it because when it’s your turn, the doctors don’t rush you and make you feel heard and taken care of. Highly recommend.

    This was the best Ultrasound Procedure that I have ever had. The technician's name was Farhat. I found out that there were two people by the same name there. The person I mean is the individual with Muslim Hijab. She did a thorough Thyroid Ultrasound. I have done this exact procedure many times before and this was the best. So much so that I suggested right at the spot that I will leave a review and here it is! Thank you Farhat!

    Based on the reviews I've read about this clinic, I'm not quite sure what to expect. Despite their 4 star rating, there are a lot of negative reviews. I called inquiring about a family doctor and was told they're not accepting new patients. However I pointed out that their website allows for new patients registration. After explaining I was diabetic and required constant monitoring of my A1C blood sugar levels, I was told to proceed with the registration and that I would receive a confirmation in 48 hours and then would be able to book an appointment using their online portal....fingers crossed. I'm hoping to confirm an appointment with Dr. Virani as her reviews have been exceptionally good. Dr. Merali also has very good reviews. Follow up 5/20/23: I’m happy to say my experience with this clinic had been 5*. Dr Varani is the best MD I have ever had. Dr Galani has been amazing as well. The staff is very professional, efficient and polite.

    Worst service you could possibly get out of their reception. No communication, appointment papers are kept for more than 30 mins before the receptionist process it as she was busy with her phone. They changed appointment time with no communication the second time we went there. They need to fix their reception service!

    I was in a time crunch to get medical clearance for a holiday. The ENTIRE team at the group went way above expectations to make it possible for me to have the necessary tests!! They gave me realistic wait time expectations, were considerate in explaining what was needed, were thorough in their investigations, and most importantly (to me), treated me like a person that mattered, not just another patient. Can't thank them enough!!!!

    Never ever go to this place they are very rude especially a girl names Rabia and other girls are also rude. Last week I went there the doctor was not there they west my time and did the test 2 times until the doctor come to office. Another thing that I give back the machine for stress heart it was good conditions she took and after while she come that this is broken and they charge me $30 that I broke that thing which mine was good they changed to old one to take money So I suggest that never go to that please swear to God that all of them are rubber not a doctor.

    I don’t have a family doctor so I got an appointment with Dr Virani and she is an excellent doctor. I will be coming back here. The clinic is large, clean, well run and the doctor took great care of me and I felt safe and not rushed.

    The services that I receive from Victoria medical clinic is excellent. Doctors and the staffs are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I had wonderful experience with this clinic since my first appointment and the reason for this is the knowledgeable staffs they have. Ms. Karuna is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a health professional that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend the Victoria Medical Clinic and services from their well endowed staffs!

    Excellent medical office, a wonderful and friendly staff. Dr. Hanif Gilani is incredible. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in a very clear manner. He’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. I would recommend Dr.Gilani to anyone seeking a kind and brilliant doctor.

    Victoria Medical Group has an excellent team. Despite how busy they are at the clinic. They’re humble and empathetic. Rabbia, Ling and their entire team at the front offer great support. They heard and understood the situation and immediately accommodated a consult. Dr. Merali is excellent. Him and his assistant offered great care. It’s one of the best clinics.

    Well, misleading information about Doctor availability. I’m in the medical administration field, and the reception needs a pay upgrade. Went through filling out forms, requesting an appointment and multiple calls only to be told there’s no one available. Not even in a week. Or the following week. Why did you take all my information then? Anyway, call Wynford Family Clinic. Way more professional. Find somewhere else.

    MY MOM WAS SEEKING FOR A FAMILY DR. WE WERE ABLE TO CONNECT WITH DR SANA VIRANI AT THE VICTORIA MED GROUP. SHE IS A DEDICATED AND EXCELLENT DR AND WE ARE SO GRATEFUL AS SHE IS MOST CARING.THE STAFF AT THIS MEDICAL CLINIC IS ALSO VERY COURTEOUS. I HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS ESP WITH VALENTINA AND THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE BY EVERYONE AT THIS MEDICAL OFFICE IS COMMENDABLE.     Yesterday around 6:30 pm my husband and I went there to get first shot of covid-19 vaccine. The office is new and spacious, with a lot of parking. We got a warm welcome from the staff. Before the shot, doctor explained everything patiently (my husband has hearing issue) and very professional. We are very satisfied and want to express our thanks. Really impressed!

    Recently had vaccinated at this location and experience was nothing but positive. Place is new conveniently located with ample parking. Place is well organized and staff is very seasoned experienced and friendly. Appointment was timely honoured and process was well organized and post vaccine was very informatively managed. Strongly recommended.

    Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. The entire process for getting the vaccine was so well organized and the staff was highly professional. I walked away, very impressed with the overall experience and both me and my wife look forward to receiving our second dose at this same location.     Im a senior in my 70s and I visited Victoria Medical Centre at the Curlew Building recently for the COVID vaccine. I had a very pleasant experience right from the beginning till the end. The whole visit took aprox 25 mins (15 mins for monitoring after vaccine). The front desk staff were very professional, courteous and welcoming. There was no wait time, straight to the room after registration where I was taken care by Dr. Tejani. I was put at ease and the needle was painless. Monitoring was done in a very clean and well observed area afterwards. The Centre is very clean, all the staff were very professional and welcoming. All my fears of vaccine/ COVID fears resolved as a result of the excellent care and support I received. I like to specially Thank Ms. Ling, Dr. Merali, Dr. Tejani and all the wonderful staff at Victoria Medical for the great service they provide to the community maintaining highest standards and professionalism! Great job and keep up the good work! Best wishes

    I just got my blood work this morning and the staff who did the blood work is very unprofessional after drawing my blood she took her cellphone and did not give me the bottle for my ürüne sample when I ask her she answered to check my name , how do I know if I still have a urine test ,is this how you treat your patient in your clinic

    I have been visiting Dr. Gilani for several months now. The office is run efficiently and have never been made to wait. I must say Dr. Gilani has the best "bed side manner" I have ever experienced in my 70 years. Yes, a doctor who listens and actually remembers who you are and details about your life. Highly recommend.
