DONT STAY HERE.. My wife and I were supposed to come and stay here on our trip for our honey moon. Unfortunately on my birthday we woke up with covid in Milan. We reached out asking to kindly get a refund or even a credit so we could come back another time but after going back and forth and being told that we would be helped, they declined.. I would highly recommend not EVER staying here because the customer service and care for the guest is slim to none.. and to think I wanted to hold a conference at this hotel in a few months … what a joke. I look forward to making sure everyone of my business associates, family and friends know never to stay here. Management is laughable

This hotel has the worst customer service. We ordered and PAID for a room with essential oil capsules (Skin Jay). Everyday without fail we had to ask multiple times for these capsules. I lost track of the hotel’s excuses. To top things off, we got the hotel to order our taxi to the airport. The hotel confirmed multiple times it would be 60 Euros. We were delayed by 5 minutes at the hotel because concierge wanted feedback on our stay. When we got to the airport the driver wanted to charge an additional 5 Euros because we were 5 minutes late providing feedback to concierge (at concierge’s request). I would not recommend this hotel. You have to beg and plead for things they’ve charged you for in advance. Extremely unprofessional and not a pleasant stay. Stay away from this hotel

I faced problems and they didn’t solve it, unprofessional staff. Even yesterday we arrived and there was no one there to get our luggage.

Very disappointed, I booked 3 rooms for 9 nights, when I checked in they made downgrade for one room without telling me or apologise to me 😅. I surprised when i entered the room that it wasn’t the one I booked, I told them that and they said it’s the one you booked I showed them the picture of the Executive room and then they told me ok it’s not what you booked but we are fully booked 😅 and we can’t do anything for you and check with manger tomorrow. I checked with manger next day and she said sorry about that but we don’t have availability for Executive room even tonight!! And I aske for upgrade and she said this is not what we do here..! After long discussion she said I will check and come back to you. She sent me email saying we will refund you for the first two nights through your agency 😅 and 3d night we will give the room you booked and we can’t give upgrades for your room instead we can offer you free breakfast!!! . This is my story through 5 stars hotel in paris!! Never faced situations like this before. Everytime hotel out of type the guest booke directly make first available next level type room, not the another way “downgrade” without even telling you or apologised. They don’t deserve even 1 star.

The room category we got was the apartment unit and it’s very spacious. It’s nice that there are free laundry machines in the building. However, service here is not on par with the price we paid.

The room and location are good but you have to train the reception staff to behave well،  we asked  to be on the same floor before we arrived and they didn't make it .they tray to let us pay more ...we reserve one apartment and 3 rooms and they treat us padly ...when I asked when it will be the checked in she told me from 3:00 pm not 3:00pm ...she was forced me to pay more?!! One day we found the housekeeper inside the room and she don't have the trolley or any thing to clean ...when we complain they said she lost her phone.....on 23 September they cutout the hot water without informing us ... One day I lost my door card the recepion man he refused to give me another one and he start to investigate me why I lost it after that he asked me to go up again  after he will open the door for me to let me search??! He was so rude...

The worst hotel over me. No good treatment or reception. Even the manager did not respond or cooperate with me. Two rooms were booked. When checking in, they said the rooms are fully booked, and we cannot provide you rooms, knowing that the full amount was paid. I was sent to a 4 star hotel far away, and there is not even compensation for A mistake or even a promotion, my advice is not to book it

We stayed 9 nights and changed 2 rooms. First, I need to say that the people at reception are not adequate for a 5 star hotel! Now allow me to describe the beds. The beds are on wheels! Meaning that everytime the person next to you, or even yourself, move around, the entire bed wobbles! And you can’t phantom what does it mean for a person with motion-sickness!! We asked for a softer pillow because the one they have is too firm giving us a headache, they said Sorry we don’t have! I would like to mention here that there is no miscommunication whatsoever cuz both sides speak the same language. Now let me tell you about the breakfast. It was so bad that we asked for our money back! Breakfast is till 10:30am and we were there by 9:50am and everything was already finished and cold! The irony is where we asked for a cappuccino and the lady said: The machine doesn’t work! OK! We asked for croissant and she said: it’s too late for breakfast we don’t have any!!😳 I found a hug tear on our bedsheet!!! And i found a burnt tear on the curtain!! I mean you pay almost $500 a night for what?? To sleep on torn bedsheets? To have a uncomfortable bed? To have a cold breakfast? To sleep on stiff pillow and get headaches? Yes they have a good location and yes it’s pretty, but 5 star?? I don’t think so! Every year we visit one of the Champs-Élysées 5 star hotels. But this one failed us big time!

I trully deeply LOVE the hotel . Expecially my FAVOURITE MR SAMUEL ., He’s absolutely amazing ! : and other ladys to ! I really happy with the room ! . They all really help on evry single thing for me . Housekeeping lovely ! All is amazing. TQSM to LA CLEF . Gona miss u my mr favourite SAMUEL😁anyway I was staying for 10 days ! N lovely day evry day in la clef ! 💋

Rooms were good initially, but house keeping is very poor. They only do the bed and replace what is missing, other things are still the same. Even bed sheet is not clean.

We just spent a week at this marvelous hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and romantic. The staff was excellent and worked to make us feel at home. The hotel is located on a quiet street just off the Champs Elysees near the Arch de Triomphe. The location is convenient and central for walking and bus lines. Our experience was excellent in every way and we are very particular!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in December 2023. We are a family of four, with two children under the age of 8. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, which was great with plenty of space and two separate rooms. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and perfectly located off the Champs and near the George V metro stop. We would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed there and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We even got checked in early. Definitely staying there again!

This property is perfectly located with clean rooms that are like new. The staff is extremely professional, helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a property that is very well located, clean, comfortable and at a reasonable cost, this is the one!

We had the most perfect stay in La Clef Champs-Élysées. Luxurious rooms, super clean, very high anti-COVID hygienic standards, high quality furniture (the interior was beyond) and a very well (!) equipped kitchen. The room‘s equipment (hair dryer, shoehorn, ironing set etc.) and bath’s equipment (shampoo, lotion, comb, shaver, even a toothbrush and toothpaste and a whole lot more (all by L‘Occitane) were very nice extras. The hotel’s location is simply great (central but quite - as it‘s in a side street). All staff members have been very friendly and helpful at all times - reception as well as concierge and cleaning service. We stayed for four nights - two nights in an executive room and two nights in a room with kitchen (both room categories were great! We booked on the day of our arrival and were very happy to get the last rooms available and easily change them during our stay). The staff made the change of our rooms very easy for us! To sum this all up - our stay was simply perfect! We are very much looking forward to our next stay in Paris and will definitely book La Clef again! Merci beaucoup!

The hotel is amazing and the location is very practical i really liked the hotel so much. Unfortunately, the reception representatives are a bit rude.. i ask her to bring us extra hanger she answered saying im not the one who brings you the hangers i will ask someone to bring you in an aggressive tone.. which is very obvious. However, no body show up to the room with any hangers until now!! I would definitely come back again if the service changed t

I spent about 7 nights here. The staff are superb and do their utmost to make your stay comfortable. I actually tried to ship a dumbell from the US that Air France initially lost. When it was later delivered to the hotel while I was put sightseeing, it was working for me in my room.

The rooms are super beautiful, clean and modern. Location is ideal, however the problem with the service it’s unbelievably bad. Reception are so unprofessional the hotel policy fits a police station more than hotel. The front desk needs to be trained how to deal with guests.

Fantastic hotel with a great location, friendly staff and an exceptional restaurant. I would highly recommend choosing here for your Paris stay. Bénédicte was extremely helpful with reservations, advice and taxi bookings. We will stay again.

Shockingly, there are thieves in this hotel !! Someone took my Dyson Hair straightener after the first night I stayed there. I reported it two nights in a row but nothing was done. My business trip was packed and I didn’t have time to pursue it but it’s insane how a 5 star hotel can condone this. Never again, and please be careful !!

Beware of your belongings. The housekeeping at this hotel are thieves, they stole my wallet from the closet. After several calls and emails to the hotel management, no action was taken. Stay away from this hotel.

Stayed over Christmas with family in 2 rooms. Beautiful, clean and very modern rooms in a beautiful parisian building, very nice staff and team. Nicely located in calm Street, walking distance from the Champs Elysees and the Seine River. Delicious Chinese restaurant also located in same building. We will return, thank you to the lovely team.
