Very
disappointed,
I
booked
3
rooms
for
9
nights,
when
I
checked
in
they
made
downgrade
for
one
room
without
telling
me
or
apologise
to
me
😅.
I
surprised
when
i
entered
the
room
that
it
wasn’t
the
one
I
booked,
I
told
them
that
and
they
said
it’s
the
one
you
booked
I
showed
them
the
picture
of
the
Executive
room
and
then
they
told
me
ok
it’s
not
what
you
booked
but
we
are
fully
booked
😅
and
we
can’t
do
anything
for
you
and
check
with
manger
tomorrow.
I
checked
with
manger
next
day
and
she
said
sorry
about
that
but
we
don’t
have
availability
for
Executive
room
even
tonight!!
And
I
aske
for
upgrade
and
she
said
this
is
not
what
we
do
here..!
After
long
discussion
she
said
I
will
check
and
come
back
to
you.
She
sent
me
email
saying
we
will
refund
you
for
the
first
two
nights
through
your
agency
😅
and
3d
night
we
will
give
the
room
you
booked
and
we
can’t
give
upgrades
for
your
room
instead
we
can
offer
you
free
breakfast!!!

Never
faced
situations
like
this
before.
Everytime
hotel
out
of
type
the
guest
booke
directly
make
first
available
next
level
type
room,
not
the
another
way
“downgrade”
without
even
telling
you
or
apologised.
They
don’t
deserve
even
1
star.
