Bought a double quarter pounder and my son almost eat mold... Check your food before you leave the drive thru!!!!!! when they are busy they don’t pay attention to details and they are not friendly.....

This place is so unprofessional the lady who is working at night has a nasty attitude and hangs up the phone when you ask about door dash. They give your order to somebody else. And have the nerve to laugh on the phone after leaving it off the hook.

The workers have to understand other people's food orders for when people like me order from the front register, Like for example I ordered two Big Mac meals, usually that means two Big Mac's two orders of fries 🍟 not one order of 🍟 because they missed out on that order but I went back up to get my second order of 🍟 and two drinks.

I actually wanted to give -0 review! I happened to be on the Southside of Scranton so I said let me get a sausage muffin with eggs and 2 ash browns, I got to work it was kind of busy I only took one ash brown on top and ate it ; around 4:00pm when it slowed down I said to myself I have a sausage McMuffin to eat I went in the bag and it was a bag of hot cake syrup, whipped butter, Grape jam, disposable forks and knives; there was no sausage McMuffin; I'm hungry and angry 😡🤬;so I only got the two hash browns I paid almost $8 I have the receipt, it's not even about the money the point is it's going to be a different shift right now I can't even call and complain and I hardly go to that side of town! I should have know better; we used to live on that side of town and I know that location always screw up the order I should have checked my food before driving away! I'm never going to this location again! This McDonald's location really sucks! You guys need better training!!!

Employee Customer service is awful at this location. I've come here several times employees always giving me an attitude and the wait time is very long. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love McDonald's but the management and employees at this McDonald's are HORRIBLE. I'm going to stop coming to this McDonald's because all the other McDonald's in the area have better customer service and care about their customers this location is out of control.

I frequent this McDonald’s location, however tonight I had a very bad experience. I asked for two McDoubles only ketchup, and they decided to put pickles on it. On top of that, my quarter pounder with cheese was very dry, it’s almost like they put no ketchup at all! overall, you have the potential, be better!

I had a mixed experience during my recent drive thru experience. While the staff were friendly and courteous, I was disappointed to find that my order did not have Chicken McNuggets ordered. The screen was not even showing my order list, just a staff speaking thru the speaker, speaker were not loud enough.

When someone orders no onions don't add onions I always check my childrens food before giving it to them as my son has an allergy to onions well needless to say they are gana kill someone one day. If ordered with no onions don't add them. Waisted money and time.

I've been here a few times and every time at this location something is incorrect and the staff are rude. If I feel the need to go to McDonald's I'll go the extra distance to a different location.

If I could give the food zero stars I would. It was absolutely terrible. I got two large fries and the were like getting a small. The burgers were hard as a rock. I also had to go around the drive thru 3 times because I was missing food. This is an all the time occurrence with this McDonald's. Go to keyser Ave McDonald's they are 100% better.

the drive through girl that was there last night with the yellow shirt and a disgusting attitude is the reason for this. did a mobile order told the code they said 2nd window so i pulled up and they gave me a different order. i said that’s not my order and repeated the number again . she said well it’s not up here so i don’t know what to tell you . while i literally saw another girl making the drinks i ordered. she then said ok come inside and while i was pulling away i heard her mouth talking about me when i did absolutely nothing. i walked in and told them the inside people the code and they had it. that girl is so unprofessional and should’ve asked what i ordered or asked someone for help and not give me attitude. it was busy and i get it but still no reason to put it on me.

I work the overnight shift. So saying that, not many places are open for me to get lunch at 3 am besides mcdonalds. Everytime I order delivery through this mcdonalds, the order always gets canceled after the doordash driver has already been waiting there for ten minutes. I'm getting pretty fed up with this as it takes a whole week for me to get my money back and an empty, hangry stomach that I now have to deal with. I'm through with wasting my time and money just to be disappointed everytime. I won't be trying again.

This place is very dirty and unprofessional.The food is always cold , they leave something out of my order every single time nothing is ever fresh 30$ for a grimace meal and my milkshake was plain vanilla my sandwich was a mess they just throw toppings in the container and my sandwich was cold . absolutely disgusting.

Grandsons love there happy meals drive thru is always busy doesn't take long tho was surprised of time of service

I am very dissatisfied with the food, I ordered grimace birthday meal Big Mac and I told the counter person that I wanted extra Big Mac sauce on the side in a cup never got that there was no lettuce on the Big Mac and I ordered two cheeseburgers with my partner and there was no pickles or ketchup or onion on the cheeseburger just the Burger bun and cheese ketchup packages with sticky not good

Ordered 6 cheeseburgers and 3 large fries at drive thru. Get home, there's only two fries in the bag. All cheeseburgers were dry. Obviously from sitting. Not the first time they've left something out. But I wasnt driving back this time after getting home. Place is awful.

Hard to really rate a McDonalds. For this one, the food was hot and expected quality, the wait time was minimal, and the staff friendly. So overall a good example of a how a McDonalds should run. Only docked points from atmosphere because well, no one goes into one for the atmosphere.
