It
took
me
20
minutes
to
order
from
the
app
as
it
kept
crashing.
When
I
got
to
the
store
to
pick
up
my
order
I
saw
it
in
the
back
wiating
for
me.
I
asked
the
staff
if
I
had
to
wait
in
line
for
my
order,
they
asked
if
it
was
online,
I
said
yes
and
then
they
proceeded
to
ignore
me.
So,
I
waited
in
the
line
where
people
were
ordering
so
I
could
pick
up
my
order,
about
15
minutes.
While
I
was
waiting
in
line
the
staff
were
being
hostile
with
one
another,
which
i
could
understabd
because
they
had
a
promotion
going
on
it
was
very
busy.
I
got
the
the
donut
server
and
she
told
me
to
go
to
the
register.
So
I
went
to
the
register
where
they
check
out
two
people
who
were
behind
me
before
I
spoke
up
and
asked
for
my
order
which
was
already
done
awhile
ago.
I
left
and
took
my
donuts
home,
one
box
of
classic
glazed
and
a
box
of
assorted.
I
was
hoping
the
assorted
would
have
been
better
like
the
advertised
photo.
I
got
4
Boston
creme,
four
chocolate
iced
(
no
Sprinkled),
2
chocolate
glazed,
two
pumpkin,
and
two
jelly
filled.
That
is
over
half
my
box
filled
with
chocolate
donuts,
not
very
"
assorted"
in
my
opinion.
Over
all
I'm
very
disappointed
I
drove
20
minutes
each
way
for
a
less
than
great
experience.
