Nothing special, actually! We ordered the famous thick pizza and it sucked! It tasted like fake cheese and box dough. Ew! The thin crust personal pizza is what saved this from a one star rating. I liked the fresh ingredients on it. The service was not very friendly either, but I'll give them a pass because it seemed busy. Whatever. Maybe it was an off day, but judging by that cheap-tasting pizza, I doubt it! I'll give them another chance at some point and update my review accordingly.

Come for The Office pictures, stay for some of the best pizza you will have. I admit I was skeptical eating at a place purely based off hearing about it on my favorite show, but the pepperoni and sausage pizza was absolutely phenomenal and one of the best I’ve had (regardless of location) in quite awhile. The service was top-notch, and yes, they have t-shirts and merch you can purchase (which I did). Not in the most glamorous part of beautiful Scranton, PA, but absolutely worth the stop and meal. Will absolutely be back again!

We went there because of The Office. We would go back for the food, prices and service. Our waitress was extremely nice, sweet and professional. The food was very good, I loved my "award winning pizza". The place looks cool and they have some "The Office" merch as well as from their restaurant. Will totally go back if we find ourselves in Scranton!

Kevin was right. This place is way better than Pizza by Alfredo. We had a cheese pizza here and were happy. They also have The Office swag for those who are interested.

We went here during our Office Road trip, for obvious reasons... its the best pizza, not to mixed up with Pizza by Alfredo. Alfredos Pizza Cafe is the best! They have a signature style Pizza that uses American cheese, which I am not a fan of, but my husband got it and loved it! The waitress who started with us tolerated my stupid office references, which h I appreciated! hahaha I got a plain cheese NY style pizza, and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We ordered enough to be able to return to the hotel and have leftovers for lunch the next day. They also sell t-shirts that have the office reference on the back. The food was great and was reasonably priced. The wait staff were all pleasant. I would recommend this place and would return if in the area again.

Honestly I was a little disappointed from this place. Obviously it is famous from the show The Office so when I went to Scranton I had to visit. The pizza was pretty expensive (around $17 I believe) and it really wasn't that good. Way to much cheese that had a funny taste. The crust and dough however wasn't too bad.

My family is traveling to Hawley for the Holidays and were passing through Scranton. My sister's and I are huge office fans so we convinced them to stop and have lunch here. We came to try the famous pizza and our expectations were well exceeded. We got "The good pizza", a thin crust pizza, and a ravioli with homemade vodka sauce and it was just about the best food I've ever eaten. Our server Jacob made our trip extremely memorable and he even did a couple card tricks for us which was fantastic! You are in for a treat if he is your server! I don't think I will ever have the opportunity to eat here again since I live so far away but I am extremely glad we decided to dine here and was 1000% worth it!! I definitely recommend the place and the food even if you do not know about the office but I am glad our favorite show brought us to such an amazing restaurant!

After eating the pizza, my husband asked me, “Are you sure this isn’t Pizza by Alfredo’s?” The pizza was soggy in the middle, the cheese fell off the pizza and it was just too much grease. The stars are for the good service and the fried asparagus. That dish was actually unexpectedly good.

Home of “The Good Pizza” per the TV show The Office. I had their special thick crust 1/2 a try. Surprisingly good nonstandard pizza. Service was excellent if you are in Scranton and want some good fool, it’s an excellent pick. It’s also “The Good Pizza”

VERY good pizza!!! As Office fans we had to make this a place to eat and we were not disappointed! We ordered the Specialty pizza with deep crust and everything was sooooo good. All their dough is hand made to order so expect a longer wait time than normal, but I can't express enough how freaking amazing this pizza is!!!

We came here clearly because of the office and jokes about it most likely having mediocre food. The service was kind and I feel our serve cared about our experience and the resteruant but other than that it was bad. The mozzarella sticks we ordered we had to send back as it was warm on the outside but the cheese was cold and not melted. I'm sure it was fried, but considering warm outside and cold inside usually means it's microwaved. My wife got a pizza and the mushrooms were canned mushrooms, and I got the double stuffed pizza. When I looked at the description, my impression was that it would be almost like a pizza pie that is sitting on top of another pizza pie. It was really rosemary bread stuffed with cheese and was really oily and over seasoned, and I included a pick of it. I was more Calpine like than pizza. I ended up throwing it out due to heartburn from the amount of grease, and I really don't think I'd recommend this place.

This place was packed on Saturday night. I am so happy we called and made reservations. We knew exactly what we wanted and waited about 35 minutes for food, which I am perfectly fine waiting for the best pizza around. As always it was delicious and cheesy! This is a staple for us when we come to town. We ordered a pan cheese pizza and a double crushed white pizza.

Working through the bucket list. A nice menu with pasta, chicken, wraps and appetizers to name a few. Had pizzas. I had mushroom round and it felt like each piece weighed a pound. Saw other food coming out and portions are huge. Great service. Highly recommend.

I’m one of the many people who come to this restaurant because it’s the home of “the good pie” from “The Office”. The experience was good and the server was very nice and attentive. The American cheese on the pizza and the fact you’re all around giddy from the self guided “The Office” tour make it that much better. I’ll throw in here that it was in fact so good I called the following day to see if they could deliver to where I was currently located, but unfortunately it was a bit too far for the busy 4th of July holiday. I will be returning when I get the chance!

Great pizza and a all around amazing experience. We are huge fans of the office and it's so cool that they have merchandise available right there. It does live up to the hype, the power went out a couple times because of the freezing temperatures but it was still one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Staff asked us where we were from and were very kind. 10/10 must go.

Of course we went there because of the office! HOWEVER, The pizza was actually awesome and a generous portion! The fried ice cream was just alright, we wanted to try it. The service was awesome, the staff are around and lovely The place can use a bit more lighting but it’s not the biggest deal Overall totally recommended! We need to keep this spot alive Also buy some memorabilia!!

For the fans of "The Office" TV series, this is the home of the Good pizza!, was not disappointed! Had the Arancini and Sausage stuffed mushrooms with melted Mozzarella. The marinara sauce with the Arancini was perfectly flavorful, the sausage stuffing in mushrooms real Italian hot sausage. Of course had to have pizza, had the Stuffed double crust white! CHEESE GALORE!

Very unique, and out of this world delicious. Get the pan pizza with sausage and onion wait however long it takes, and get ready to eat a slice of heaven. Super gooey cheese, crispy, flavorful crust, shaved sausage, and a damn good sauce too. I came here because of The Office of course, and had absolutely no expectations whatsoever, sorry Alfredo's! But, you absolutely stunned me and I sincerely can't wait to come back.

My family and most of our friends have been fans of Alfrados and bringing them our business for well over 2 decades and are usually quite satisfied with their food/drinks and their service however we did not have a great visit today 2/21/22 from noon to 2. The pizza we waited at least 80 minutes for came out practically cold but since we had waited for that long having drinks we needed something in our stomachs so we a decent amount of it even though you could tell it was sitting around quite some time before it came out to our table. When we asked to speak to a supervisor/manager we expected some level of apology; we weren’t looking for a free meal but a sorry, perhaps a round of drinks or a measly 10% discount would have been enough but the ‘manager’ expressed that had we not eaten a decent amount of it that he could have ‘possibly’ done something about it but it was too late for anything to be done. It tasted fine but it wasn’t warm. We will often wait for their pizza because we like it and know it takes time but it will always come out hot and it’s usually worth it. This was a very negative experience which unfortunately ended up coming off of the waiters tip as it certainly felt like he choose to let it sit for a while before serving it to us. When we asked to speak to this manager’s supervisor he said he was the owners son and we could go no higher up the chain than him. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths and since we couldn’t go higher up the chain and the only sorry we got was sorry you ate too much of it so nothing could be done I had no other choice but to publish this review. Normally we are quite happy. We refer friends and family to this establishment and hold family parties here but today was extremely disappointing. I noticed we were not the only table/customers there that were not satisfied with their service today. Do better for the patrons that have supported your business over the years. Thank you.

Service wasn’t great. The pizza was very good and priced well. The mozzerella sticks were $9 for 5 of them and they tasted like the frozen kind from the grocery store. I came because I’m a big fan of the Office. I would recommend taking pictures and ordering takeout.

Was driving through Scranton for the first time and found this place randomly. Had no idea it had some small notoriety because of the office, as I’m not a fan of that show. However the pizza was delicious! I would recommend the square cut Sicilian. The price is unbeatable the quality of the dough is great and I loved the cheese and sauce. Would definitely go back again and I would recommend to anybody.

We have been enjoying Alfredo's immensely! Food is fantastic and prices are excellent. Also, the menu items have an interesting variety. Pizza is superb too. Rapidly became a regular destination for my wife and I.

100% your go-to pizzeria and cafe in the Scranton area. 34$ for two take-away whole pizzas, not bad at all! All the staff was smiley, kind, professional, and attentive. 10/10 added human value, that makes the greatest difference. They kept us updated about the status of our order constantly and we honestly appreciated the genuine attention. As we entered, Mr. Martini in particular gave us a very warm welcome and took his time making us feel at home away from our home, Italy! Easily ordered one pizza without cheese (I'm lactose intolerant) and another one with mozzarella for my partner. The staff baked fresh pizza for us in record time (20 mins). Both tasted great! Additionally, they offer access to a huge free parking lot, tables in and outside, and sell various merch (also inspired by the series of course). We loved the overall experience that exceeded the expectations of two long-time The Office's fans. Definitely worth it, Kevin was right and we won't forget about it - Alfredo's pizza all the way. Thank you guys! Grazie mille!

The waitress were very nice to us. I ordered the gnocchi blue and my husband got the NY steak. The gnocchi was delicious super creamy and cheesy. We also ordered the doble crust white pizza which I liked but I had to scrape a some of the herbs outside because they were a little too overpowering for my taste. The portions are nice and generous.

You Need To Know? Alfredos has a cozy but large environment. Wait staff was plentiful & courteous. Our food was southwestern mac & cheese, Chicken Corn Chowder, & a tray of there square pizza w/ Xtra cheese. Pizza was doughy & cheese! The dough was airy though not to heavy & filling. The cheese was the stick to the roof of your mouth cheesy good! Mac & cheese was yummy but in need of more spice if your calling it southwestern. Chowder was excellent! Now You Know!

Service was good. Pizza was not my family's favorite but others seem to like it. The restaurant is charming, comfortable, and clean.

Giving 3 stars to the great server and the presentation. How we, We had an issue with an appetizer. The management is not very accommodating. The salad was overloaded with romaine that was a little old. The pizza crust was good but the flavor was not.
