Pe lângă profesionalism, devotamen fata de profesie, grija, seriozitate in calitate de medic/asistent, am simțit ca trăiau alături de noi, erau parte din povestea noastră prin empatie, speranța, respect, zâmbet cald, dându-ne încredere și liniște. A fost o călătorie plină de emoții, cu tot felul de stări, trăiri, însă cu ajutorul lui Dumnezeu și a dnei dr Cezara Bucur și dnei asistente Monica Constantin, am reușit...Nu am cuvinte sa exprim ceea ce simțim. Va mulțumim pentru tot sprijinul, atenția și profesionalismul de care ați întotdeauna dat dovada și va dorim sa simțiți recunoștință tuturor pentru binele făcut cu atât de multă străduința!

I highly recommend the Columna Clinic!! I especially recommend Mrs. Cocei Diana and her assistant Mrs. Simona Cazacu... together with the whole team. I live abroad, but I can say that at the Columna Clinic I was treated 100 times better than here.

Let me also offer an explanation for this asterisk. Today I was in the clinic and I specified from the very beginning at the reception that I wanted to pay the company at the end of the consultation and get a tax invoice for the company, which did not happen. I was given a normal invoice and after this event I specified again that it is not ok. I was told I had to call the call center to register with the company name and I waited about 6-7 minutes for someone to answer and the person didn't know anything about what to do in this case. The call center person asked me to wait again until she found out what to do and I waited a few more minutes. The people from the call center asked to speak with the person at the reception, I handed them the phone and they talked after which they said that I have to wait for them to enter my data into the system. In total I waited 30-35 minutes and the invoice was still not ready. So I was told that I could leave and pay in 3 days because I had no way to pay by card if I was not given the invoice by the company. I was told that it is being resolved and that the invoice will be sent to me by email these days after I pay the amount of the intervention, so that I can have the "pleasure" of receiving a call from the reception a few minutes ago and being told that in fact I will not receive the invoice on Company. My prayer: I should have been notified when I was at the front desk that today's medical procedure will not be billed to me by the company, because we each have a schedule and we can't waste time on the road because of a piece of paper that I rightly believe is it is due to anyone who asks for it. I don't think it's ok for a piece of paper to call the call center, to talk to people who don't know what it's about, to waste time in the reception and listening to the robot, only to be told after 3 hours that it can't be done nothing and that the invoice will remain per physical person. Thank you!

Happy with the service and staff. The doctor involved, the nurses try to help you and give you courage. I had great faith in the specialists in the laboratory. The girls at the reception are attentive, the nurses who harvest are lovely and at your disposal. I recommend! It was a difficult road but it was worth it!
