Not bad, but it could be better.

Pros: + Rooms have good light design with remote control for changing their color. + Staff are friendly and helpful. + lobby and rooms are beautifully designed. + apparently they have a swimming pool but I did not look for it. + Food was Good but there was not many options to choose from. Cons: - Sometimes they have wedding parties at the upper floors and because of that I had some party noise in my room but it was not loud. - There is no power outlet near my bed so I have to put my phone away from me to charge it. - I had to wait for more than 20 minutes in the restaurant because no one was there to take my order.

Its very good hotel with large rooms but unfortunately there is a wedding hall in the 4th floor and there is more noise😔

It is my first time being at Semnan and I cannot compare the hotel with others. I reserved a triple room for one person and it was a business trip. The hotel is clean, the room is large, location is good also. When I entered the hotel one passenger was complaining about extra charge of minibars. So it is a problem. It seems even water is not free. But the food is awful. I order chicken Kebab and koobide which were awful both. It was that so bad that I didn't accept my hosts request to have dinner with him and ordered from another restaurant. Also, the water was not hot and it was only warm.

It is a clean place and the price is really reasonable compared to some other resorts that I had to stay in. There's an aquapark adjacent to it which I couldn't use due to Covid 19 lockdown.

It's a clean and newly-built hotel, and the staff are helpful.

not a 5 star thing thats for sure but a cozy little place to be in the consideration

1- Upon arrival, the receptionist lady said that we had to pay the entire amount without any service, and my wife and I were very shocked. Even after I protested to her, she disrespectfully replied that this was the hotel's policy, and then we were very upset and we were disappointed, 2- Our bed mattress was instead king size, unfortunately, that was queen size and I could not sleep comfortably at all. 3- The electricity kept turning off and on and we were nervous about this. 4- The quality of the bathroom was very low and only its material was wasted 5- the hotel manager was very polite and respectful and I just appreciated Mr. Taj

It does not have good rooms, it is also expensive
