It's worth for money. I spend usd 50 here, and i get proper bed linen and buffet breakfast. Best Iran hotel so far i experienced.

It was really awful! No one accompanied us when the room was delivered. Hand over the key at the reception and they said your room is on the second floor. The room, bathroom and toilet were very dirty. You couldn't sleep from the sound of passing cars and the streets around the hotel from night to morning. It's like you're sleeping on the side of the street. The behavior of the staff was disrespectful and the hotel food was awful! I really don't know who gave this hotel three stars! This hotel does not deserve a star.

Surprisingly decent hotel conviniently located close to the motorway. The restaurant is also quite nice. If you visit Semnan you should probably stay here.

Friendly staff with nice services but cleanness of the hotel needs more attention. Food was good with reasonable price.

Semnan Tourism Hotel is the best hotel in Semnan, but if it was a little cleaner, it would be great, and its bad thing was breakfast until nine in the morning, but in general, it had good food, place and staff.

I recommend this hotel.although furniture and design were old fastion,the staff were polite and professional.breakfast had no variety ,but it was fresh and clean
