One of the three most delicious pizzas I have ever eaten was this. Besides the landscape was amazing. And well trained and polite staff. Highly recommended

The location is fine but staff are really careless and as customer we really didn't feel like going to some high class restaurant. They don't even know what they server when we ask about ingredients. Even though there are so many people working for service they don't give a good one, We asked them many times to decrease the Volume of music as It was too loud and hurting our ears but they didn't. The prices are too high for such lacking services; Overall I wouldn't recognize it to anyone if they asked for a good one

The food was cold and not good at all the service was terrible! Brought guests from America here and was embarrassed with the lack of service and poor quality. Best part was the bread save your money

The food and service was terrible. Such a waste of money and time. The view and atmosphere was spectacular but the quality of food was the worst ever. Be prepared to pay the highest prices in town were the highest in town. It was six of us and none of us likes the food. The staff was also awful. I have posted a photo of my Kooobideh Kabob so you can see for yourself what to expect.

The only positive thing was the location of the restaurant. The quality of the food was very, very bad. The staff was very unprofessional and careless and rude. Worst of all was the management of the complex. I'm very sorry to have chosen this restaurant. I do not recommend any traveler or Shirazi people to go to this restaurant even once

Don't manipulate yourself by checking the view of this restaurant who didn't even teach the personel the basic behavior, after waiting for almost 45 minutes after reminding the staffs more than 4 times they did us a favor and brought the drinks only while asking them how long it takes for the main course they didn't hesitate to even reply us. At the end we decided to leave and mentioned this to internal manager they forced us to sit and pay for the food that we didn't even receive and had no idea when it will be served !!! It's a shame that people dare to behave this rude to their own customer. This restaurant is not recommended if you want to have a good service and peaceful environment.

The WORST experience I've ever had in Shiraz! The price was crazy high and the staff was AWEFULL! They just put the plate and spoons there and leave! And while we were eating they asked us to leave bcuz they wanted to close!!

The only interesting factor is the location. The food is pricy and not so special. The staff and the service are ok.

The steak was dry and tasteless. I ordered my steak medium-rare but the steak was beyond well done. The staff were clueless and after asking for a medium-rare steak they took the steak away and brought back the same food as before. Maybe they found a way to reverse the cooking process...

It's OK nothing special. The location is the main attraction, prices are high, quality is above average and the staff are nice enough.

The food was awful and the service was not good at all. Ordered neck stew. It was served half served. Had to wait for bread n plates etc. unsatisfactory service. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

Ghar (Cave) Restaurant has both indoor and outdoor spaces where you can have your meal. The menu has a good variety with both iranian and international courses. The staff are polite and friendly and the time gap between your order and the service is very short which is really appreciated.

The place is beautiful and there is a wonderful view.. but an amount equivalent to the amount of food was deducted under the name of services!!

Mediocre because although the service was good and the view breathtaking, our cake smelled funny and had gone bad 🤢 One should go there just to enjoy the view w a cup of coffee. Nothing else.

Its my second time having dinner in Bakuya restaurant and I'm really joyful. I tried Shishleeg with rice and I can say it is unique in the country.

It’s a kinda disaster, we tried qashqaii part in nowrouz 1400 and we were 10 , we chose garden part because arbours had no cooling system. We ordered 8 dishes but waiters made us to change 2 of them because they run out of them, after about 40 min and so many call from us they brought one third the dishes and no one came again these dishes that had been brought became cold no one was responsible for these mess , after 20 min a wrong dish that we didnt order they brought , we complained about this to manager and they only apologized and nothing changed so we canceled after 40 min and came out and paid for them. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, contrary to the comments of the restaurant, it was awful, the staff was not coordinated, the cleaning of the outdoor restaurant was very bad, the uniforms and behavior of the staff were not suitable and they were not trained at all, the price was very high compared to the service, the dinner was ordinary, only the parking space It was good. It is not suitable for wheelchair users.
