Horrible communication and management. They unreasonably demanded payment on imaginary invoices with no proof as to which restaurant, who signed for it, what the person ate.. and kept my passport hostage for one whole hour at check out and after a lot of discussions, it turned out, they made a mistake! Wasted an hour of our time for no reason. Rooms are dated, bathroom stinks, bed hard as rock. Not worth the money for barely 3 star hotel. Stay elsewhere!

Not recommended at all especially during high season. Breakfast was awful (without even a simple fried egg let alone fresh juice)! Shower was tricky and bath tub was not working. The worst part is air conditioning! You will be suffocated as their cooling system is off in autumn and winter! The only good point is its view (if you are lucky enough to have a room at upper level and with city view) otherwise you have an ugly view of a hill!!! I am really confused who gives this hotel 5 star?

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I can’t even consider it as a 1 star hotel. Starting from the rude treatment of the receptionist s to the dirty rooms and the crudeness of the staff working here. Even for the room house keeping you have to beg them to get your room cleaned. I never recommend anyone to book in this trash.

Not sure why someone has a good experience here. The room air is absolutely heavy and unbreathable. The air conditioning is not adjusting the temperature, because they have a central heating/cooling system that doesn’t allow cool air in spring. The room air is absolutely heavy and hard to breath. The toilet is clogged and they didn’t fix it properly when I called room service. Actually there is no proper room service in the realm of hotel business. If you call the cafe -and ask for an orange juice, you’ll have to go and pick it up. The room itself is not super clean. Look at the splash of blood stain on curtain. Overall the quality is more like a regular on the road Motel, not as a 4/5 star Hotel. Don’t book here and get fooled by the high rise and the view.

CHAMRAN GRAND HOTEL is the great cheating people in order to steel their money by trapping them like asking the payment for swimming pool and fitness facilities which this is not normal practice to any other hotels worldwide. The hotel demands for the guest to pay unnecessary payment for using fitness facilities which is not happening around the world. The guest are asked to pay huge amounts during departure and retain their passport where there will be no alternative except to pay. I have already reviewed the comments of people stayed in the past and it seems that Chamran Grand Hotel take money from people by force by retaining the occupants passport and they have to pay. People must be alerted to the cheating of this Hotel and they don’t have any written policy on the charges.

It is by no means near a 5 star hotel. At best maybe a 2 star hotel. The carpet is super dirty. The furnitures are old and rusty. The staff are not as sharp as they should be. The breakfast was below average. The bathrooms need major renovation. The curtains need to be changed or at least cleaned. It seems like the management do not even care about this hotel anymore. It suffers management issues I guess. Long story short, IT DOES NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY THERE.

This is a mistake for foreign travellers... hard to get proper info in English... almost impossible to get additional services like massage... :(. Try to get taxi there ... service is terrible... avoid this hotel!!! On the other hand food is good ;) but to eat there you don't need a room.

We Stayed in Chamran Grand Hotel because of its Location, but the experience was not like a 5 start hotel. Rooms, bed, pillows, old TV system, breakfast were not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. I didn't tried other hotels in Shiraz but I will not try Chamran Grand Hotel next time

Bathroom was worsely constructed and so much water was collected near the door. The windows were not attached properly so the wind and dust entered the room. The price of dinner didn't worth that much,together with high volume of music in the saloon. Beds were as hard as stone! Only the enterance , panoramic restaurant and the view of the room over the city was interesting.

the owner of the hotel use his anger towards the staffs who works there , verbally and physically abusing them , even he recently caught on camera for slapping to face of one of the staffs there, and later had to apologize about his manner in front of media in public ! please do not support this hotel .

The pool and gym was closed without any prior notice to passengers. The bathroom needs repair and renovation.The carpet and table in our room was burnt. It doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel to me.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. I can barely give it 3 stars. It’s location is far from main attractions. It’s hard to find reasonable transportation. Although they advertise hotel transportation to and from the airport, they do not offer it. We paid 150,000 tomans to go from the airport to the hotel and they refunded only 90,000 tomans. They said we have to get our own taxi to the airport, which cost 200,000 tomans. They advertise online and all over the hotel that they have 3 restaurants, a lounge and a coffee shop. Only one buffet restaurant was open which served 3 meals a day, most of the items were used for all 3 meals. The wifi anywhere in the hotel is extremely weak and vpn doesn’t work there. Even using data it’s impossible to go online in the hotel. I had to go away from the hotel building to use data to go online. The first day my room was unbearably hot. They changed my room reluctantly and with an attitude to one across the hall and gave me a fan! Then 2 days later when the weather got cold, the heater in my room didn’t work! I just gave up and slept with a lot of clothes to keep warm. The bed is so hard, it’s like sleeping on the floor. To cut a long story short, I didn’t have a single positive experience at this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. I can tell you so much more, things told to me by taxi drivers who heard stories from other guests, as well as hotel employees. We paid extra to be on a remodeled floor (18) but even that floor is like a 3 star hotel. Don’t be fooled by all the advertising.

Excellent room, cleanliness, taxi services and breakfast with great options. Staff is supportive for any query and support for tourist. I stayed there one week and really enjoyed Siraz. Beautifull city with good heart people.

good rooms and friendly staff. the service is pretty fine and the rooms have mostly view to the highway or a mount on the otherside. the restauran specially the on in last floor has a panoramic view and good quality of food and helpful staff. there is a cafe which also it is in 23 floor and has always musics. that is a good experience. there are some cafe on the first floor and also swimming pool and a gym and a traditional restaurant.
