šŸ‘šŸ‘ I was very lucky that I found this gem in the middle of Shiraz. My stay at this hotel/hostel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and they were always willing to help. The place is small but gorgeous and the courtyard adds charm to the overall ambience. One thing that I could suggest... I was very lucky that I found this gem in the middle of Shiraz. My stay at this hotel/hostel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and they were always willing to help. The place is small but gorgeous and the courtyard adds charm to the overall ambience. One thing that I could suggest though is to provide toilet paper but bidet spray is available.

My room was in the annex on the other side of the building. It was clean, but the lighting was horrible and the window very small. There was no Wi-Fi and there was no towel in my room so I had to go get one. This is definitely a hostel more than a traditional house/hotel. The doors are very thin, posing a security issue and I could hear the sounds of other guests laughing, banging and sometimes screaming until 1am most nights. The communal toilets were dirty and smelly, and rarely had toilet paper. For a $8 per night hostel it would have been satisfactory, but not for the $28 per night I was charged. Very disappointed and suggest trying other places.

Clearly the best room I had in Iran, especially for ā‚¬7. Very beautiful patio. Perfect location. If your room is underground, it can feel a bit like a cave. There's no atmosphere like in some other Iranian guesthouses, because it's basically a hotel, but that gives you some privacy. Good restaurant at the top. The staff can be a bit sloppy, not having change on 2 bucks or forgetting to give your passport back, but very nice

This place made our stay very beautiful. We spend ed 6 nights there and we enjoyed every day. The stuff is awesome. So friendly and nice people. The did everything for us. We asked for something and they did it. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Wifi is working. On the rooftop is a restaurant wich serves very good dishes, also for vegetarian. Thank a lot guys! Hope to see you soon!

Very nice personnel and management (thank you for helping us find the rose water Noghls!), clean rooms, and perfect location to explore Shiraz. P.S. The restaurant upstairs caters to both vegans and vegetarians and was my favourite in the whole of Iran.

Convenient location to the old town. It is next to the authority so it is very safe. The breakfast is in a healthy style. Staff are willing to provide advises while some may not be effective. For example, I finally got my sim card from MTN seller but not the advised mobile phone shops.

Very nice place to stay in Shiraz. Close to all sights (most on walking distance). Very friendly and helpful staff, suggesting sights that we could visit even considering the weather (it was raining). They arranged a tour to Persepolis for a very good price. Besides very helpful with changing money, booking bus tickets etc. the upstairs restaurant is also recommendable!

Super friendly staff and immaculately clean. The location was perfect for the places I wanted to visit while in Shiraz. Biggest surprise of all: you can actually find parking close to the hostel ( if you are driving). Added bonus; there is an unrelated restaurant upstairs that has excellent and unusual Persian cuisine.

I stayed there just one night. Nice hostel, nice breakfast included, people were also very kind and nice despite all the fact I missed there something - maybe vibes, atmosphere...? I got a big dormitory just for myself which was great. The room was cosy and clean, but I can hardly imagine how it would be with more persons since there was no space where to unpack, leave and store thing. I missed something like that in the bathroom as well. But I think itĀ“s more about me, I just prefer something different. ItĀ“s good hostel for reasonable price.

The main hotel is very pretty, but the hostel part/dormitories is in a different building around the block, where the services are not the same (no internet access, rather lightly equipped kitchen). Rather ok value/money in any case.

My wife and I stayed at Sepheri traditional house for four nights. The room with two single beds was small, and the bathroom was quite small as well, but it was clean and tidy. Regarding the reception staff, I have mixed feelings. One of the receptionists really made an effort, but the other two seemed completely uninterested, as they were browsing their phones and watching videos. Nighttime peace was not guaranteed three times, and we had to remind the receptionist about it. The breakfast was quite average compared to our experiences in other places in Iran. The owner was very helpful in assisting us with buying bus tickets and other matters. Sepheri traditional house is in a very good location, and the price is reasonable.
