I’ve seen such a welcoming maids and polite guys in other 4stars hotel in all my trips around IRAN rarely! Unfortunately i didnt have a good window view in my room, however it was neat and acceptable. Just a little point, i wish i could find some coffee in my room instead of tea! It was an awful experience due to poor customer service and hospitality. The front desk staff were very rude and inexperienced in the way they handled the check-in. As a result I ended up not staying at the hotel, all while being tired with two teens. So, we had to leave the hotel and they charged us for one night which we did not even spend a night at the hotel. The Hotel Manager was not willing to work it out to offer us to stay or even reimburse the amount back to us. They were very insulting and didn’t know how to properly handle the situation respectfully.

The room is fine, the girl at reception was very helpful and provided some tourist information to us, as we couldn't get to the city centre due to political demonstration. So she advised on alternative places to visit. Breakfast was disappointing compare to other hotels we stayed.

I have never stayed in a four-star hotel in Iran better than Elysee. The location is far from downtown, which is nice and quite. All the staff are kind and friendly. They're proffessional and everything is clean. We also request laundry service at off-hours and they were so helpful. The breakfast is good enough, though it could be tastier. Coffee shop is good and mini bar is fine. Free parking is available but i think there may not enough spots available during busy times.

Probably one of the best 4 star hotels I've ever stayed at. Superior service, highly trained and super hospitable staff. The hotel itself is very well made and decorated, rooms are so neat and clean. It's very obvious that these people are absolutely serious at what they do, things are done like clockwork here. The only drawback may be that it's quite far from Shiraz landmarks, though it is located in a very high class neighborhood. I couldn't be more satisfied and 100% recommend this hotel.

I’ve travelled across 3-4 different cities of Iran, and its safe to say that this was one of the best hotels in Iran for sure. The staff is absolutely incredible, humble and friendly. The room service is just perfect. Merlin’s Bistro downstairs has great food. The view isn’t bad either. Would definitely love to revisit.

I was there around Ordibehesht (April) fir just one night. It's clean, cosy, near to modern part of city and far from most of the sightseeing. I was there for business trip and I had a pleasant stay.
