The hotel is pretty well positioned in the city for easy access to tourist attractions. The hotel itself seems nice and quiet, but it is way too expensive for what it offers. We expected a 4-star room, but what we received is a 3-star room at best, for the following reasons: 1. Cleaningness overall was not good (wallpaper peeled off and dirty here and there, carpet was dirty, some spots with dirt/mold in the bathroom and a very rusty and dirty bathroom heater, the bed cover sheet had some brown spot and i found some short hair on the pillow) 2. Comfort of the bed was a disaster - the pillows were too thin, there were 2 mattresses on the bed, while sleeping, the first one kept on sliding. I barely slept, and in the morning, my neck and back were in a lot of pain. Not to mention, that we went with our 3 year old boy, and he slept terribly, crying from shoulder and back pain 3. High humidity in the room - we all had runny noses during the night, which agravated the sleep even more. We paid for 2 nights but checked out after the first one, we were tired and disappointed. Some positive aspects: 1. The staff was nice (restaurant and cleaning staff). The cleaning lady offered in the morning to change the stained sheets and apologized for the inconvenience. It was not her fault anyway, and she did her best. 2. The hotel offers free parking spots, but they are very limited and very crowded (we had to go to public parking and pay per day) 3. The food was ok, but not as one would expect in a 4-star hotel.

This hotel is barely a 3 star and it is very expensive for what it offers. I compare it with hotels at the same price (600 Ron per night). I don’t understand how can you classify hotels with more stars with the lack of basic condition..our experience was very poor: no on-site parking location - space is very limited, we had to pay for the parking on a nearby hotel; the room was cleanish (a service lady changed our bed sheet per our request as we saw some strange spots), the bathroom was presenting several defects and the hotel’s restaurant is maximum average. We will never return to this hotel, we love Sinaia and we will come back for sure, but to another hotel.

It’s clearly not a 4-star hotel when you have mold in the bathroom. It’s a comunist hotel with a make-over as a 4 stars hotel. Doesn’t have enough parking spaces, the details in room(curtains, lamps, cabinets) are in a poor condition. A good point it’s the central location

Well located, diverse and delicious breakfast, great spa area open until 10 pm. The design of the rooms is not the best but the bathroom is spacious and the bed is large. Overall a very good experience during the weekend.

No drain in the bathroom, no curtain, no ventilation. After shower, you get a swimming pool in the bathroom. AC doesnt work in August. The bathrobe was eaten by moths. When I entered the room, the light in the bathroom was like a stroboscope. Because after shower, there is no ventilation and no water drain in the floor, the bathroom door doesnt close anymore. Sincerely, I stayed at better 3 star hotels. I Do Not Recomend!

Completely not worth the money - spa area is small and old, breakfast is poor, no parking available. I would not come back.

NOT a 4 star hotel! Pros: - the size of the hotel room - the food - cleanliness - good location CONS: - small bathroom, narrow bathtub - one VERY, VERY SMALL swimming pool (can get quite crowded) - very small spa facilities - limited parking space - impatient and rude receptionist and management

Hotel has a small spa with an indoor pool, two saunas, a saline room and a massage parlour. The premises were always clean and well maintained. The restaurant is okay, with a great variety of wines.

At least at our room 1307 the Aircondition was noisy and hardly cooling if not at all. Bed was too soft and a bit heavy furniture concept. Safe was not attached to anything. But the spa was great and even a professional massagiest....and yes great location to everything and lift to the mountains.

The room is big enough, the service is good, and the food is average, as everywhere in the area... The spa area is small, crowded, noisy and has slippery floors. Too expensive

Amazing stay, great food, wonderful atmosphere, good size pool and nice relaxing sauna and saline rooms.

This was a pleasant surprise, great location and really nice rooms. Breakfast was diverse and enjoyable.

We spent a weekend at this hotel. The room is big and looks good. You can find in the room the towels for the spa and a bag to carry them. The spa was crowded with lots of kids and we had to wait so we could use all the facilities. The restaurant has a lot of options for dinner. The desert are big and really tasty. Breakfast is good with lots of options. They had a parmezan wheel and a White chocolat fountain.

Nice hotel with medium to high prices, located in the center of Sinaia. Has too much furniture and golden decorations, but is ckean. The staff is very friendly. The food is various and tasty. It has sauna, salina, hidromassage and a pool. They are overcrowded some times, but nice to spend your time in.

A very very nice hotel to go to! Special shout out for the breakfast buffet!! So many food to chose from... Or not chose at all! But in this case, do not plan any lunch or dinner ;)

this hotel takes customers for idiots! At 9 p.m. we ask if it is possible to eat, we are told that yes, we settle down, we start eating, at 10 p.m. we ask for a dessert, we are told that the kitchen is closed, and 5 minutes later, we are asked to leave the restaurant! The bar was also closed, heading to our bed! no respect for the customer, don't stop here, run away!!!

very big room, very helpful staff the indoor pool is wonderful and the hotel is very clean. we had a nice time with you and the fact that you are speaking Hebrew was really nice and welcoming so thanks for everything

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star. The hallways look like an old communist building, the rooms, the same, very bad looking golden rusted appliances, the pillow was too big and made us sleep very bad. We only served breakfast, the food was ok but found 2 hairs in it. The spa was decent but again, attention to details - it did not look very well taken care of.

The rooms are ok but the bed is not comfy at all and pillows. The service is horrible, we waited 35 min for a 7up. This is insane! The location is amazing but the rest is not 😒
