Quantity: 5⭐ It always seems to be a giant, moist, & flavourful piece of chicken (Needs More Spicy Sauce). Quality: 4⭐ Always looks the same, very beautiful shinny bun, gorgeous colour sauce, crunchy pickles (They Don't Look Wet & Soggy), & of course the very large piece of Louisiana Style Chicken Breast. Always a wait for when you buy food. Regardless if they have a line up or not. Food quality is good , but by no means is it fast food. Orders via door dash or Uber eats also take extremely long compared to competition or other locations. Don’t come here if you are in a rush.

Amazing place and service. Clean and respectful staff. Regarding the food, the chicken is juicy and tastes nice. If you’re going with the sandwiches, I would recommend the blackened one. The nuggets and mashed potatoes are also great.

I was a regular here and I say was because I won’t be frequenting this establishment anymore. I’ve visited this food chain enough times to know the quantity of fries served. And I don’t usually make a fuss about such things. But being handed a half empty box of fries and being told that that’s the quantity they always serve made them seem a bit challenged to me. Your employees need to get “RE-TRAINED” (Looking at you Zara and whoever the shift lead was) big time. Makes no difference to me though. Customers should never leave your establishment feeling cheated out of. That’s how I felt today. Edit (Response to owner) False. I did not receive extra fries as you have stated in your response. Zara your team member in the prescence of your shift lead stated that the quantity of fries depicted here is the amount of fries recieved when a customer orders regular fries. Can you confirm? If it is indeed the case then my friend your location has been serving boxes of fries filled to the seams to me and my peers for the past year and to us it warranted repeat visits. Again I don’t usually do this over something as paltry as fries but this left a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that you remembered my entire order and still got the situation wrong just adds to the authenticity of the original review.

Food is usually good and fresh but it is NOT fast. Be prepared to wait. It seems like everything is nearly made to order, which slows everything down…a lot. This usually takes at least 5 times longer than any other fast food order. It’s good if you’re not in a hurry.

Last night I bought 3 pieces of chicken and all three were dried out, it seemed to be sitting from long hours. I know the taste because I am also working in food court.After eating I went for vomating. Overall taste was bad

I visited on November 7, paid for 10 specials, waited 15 minutes but didn't receive my order on time. I said I'd return to pick it up. After 3 hours, upon returning, they claimed not to have my order. When I showed the paid receipt, they began making it, citing they discarded the chicken after 2 hours due to no one picking it up. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the product. The manager didn't apologize. It's puzzling why someone wouldn't return for a paid product.
