Very friendly staff, we went around closing time and they treated us very well.

Wherever I come to this location I feel as if I’m a burden because I’ve come to order food, no smiles, no nice greeting. I actually will go out of my way to go to a different location now. Bummer

Terrible experience with online ordering. Poor customer service. I’m Always have items out of stock. They take forever to make a simple sandwich because they’re constantly running to the back to grab ingredients. I would not recommend going here and will be finding another location to go to.

WAs there this morning and there was an older lady working. I used my app deal buy a footling sub and get second free. The lady couldn’t scan it and said it was only online but the app says I can scan in store and in fact yesterday I was at the Scott st one with my sister and she scanned hers in store just fine. She didn’t seem to know how to use the debit machine as it kept asking me for my subway card when I kept saying it was a credit card. I payed $30 instead of half of what I should have payed. I was not happy. There was also a worker that came to assess something and he pushed past the bread cart rubbing his jacket along all the bread.

This review is being written for Nicko who goes above and beyond every single time I visit this store. He makes sure to greet every single customer, is always pleasant and makes conversation. Overall with his demeanour you know he just enjoys being at work. He makes sure your happy with the end result of your sandwich and just over all is a fantastic employee to have. Keep being awesome Nicko.
