this was the disgusting pizza received half of it doesn’t have sauce… i go in nicely and ask for a refund since i don’t have time to wait for another one. the manager instantly seemed annoyed. she doesn’t know how to do her job or give refunds and was super rude and didn’t sympathize or say sorry for their terrible pizza. she didn’t want to give me a refund she said my card didn’t match but i showed her my card and my apple pay… i had to go back in again because she said she refunded me but she didn’t so they basically stole my money. when i went in again i heard her mutter “f sakes” and then come up and started giving me attitude saying i’m not showing her the right card. absolutely disgusting customer service. this location has always sucked the part timers are sweet people but the manager is nasty. all she said was “do you want a credit then or call your bank and have them cancel the transaction because i’m not gonna do anything”

First and last time trying little caesars. Ordered a well done pizza and received floppy dough that was very doughy. My stuffed crazy bread was raw with what was basically a hard cheese string in the middle. Wings were bomb though. Pretty disappointed overall.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas, the 2 types of crazy bread. Let’s start with the pizzas, our medium pizza the pepperoni was burnt but we could deal with it, our second supreme pizza was a disaster, when we went to go pick up our pizza they must have thought it was another pepperoni pizza and just tossed the mushroom, peppers and sausage, I have never had so many toppings before on one pizza. By the time we got home all of those toppings were on the side of the pizza. Overall the pizza was whatever. Now the crazy breads, the person working the front of the house, said our bread was done, good thing we looked because they forgot to put in our other order of crazy bread. We got stuffed and regular crazy bread from this location before and it was much better. The stuffed crazy bread was also burnt and did not have much cheese inside at all which was a let down and the regular crazy bread was just soaked in butter with not much flavour. Overall I spent over $40.00 here and it would have been worth it to order from Pizza Hut which would have been just as expensive but better quality. Also found it strange the crazy bread was in paper home hardware bags..

Dinner time and no hot and ready pizza. Excuse was they had to make 10 pizzas. I thought the whole point was “ready “ shouldn’t they come first? And please ask your cashiers to be a little more presentable. A hoodie (hood up) 🤷‍♀️?

Went there as they usually have pizza ready and I was in a rush. As usual there was my fav pizza ready and waiting. In and out in 2 minutes!! Pizza was good and for the price I think its good value...its not the best pizza I have had but certainly the best for the price and convenience. They also have dipping sauce, pop and other sides of you like. Staff were pleasant. Its in a small strip mall so plenty of parking...can get a little busy at peak times. Great place for FAST pizza. NOTE TAKE OUT ONLY

Raw under cooked mush. I ordered ahead. When I brought it back to glendale ave location, no one was trained on the cash register to return me my money. I paid cash. Strike 3 you are out. Spend millions on advertising that is false. Shame

Ordered two of the pretzel crust pizzas and when we ordered the lady asked us if we wanted the cheese sauce. We said that we did and she put it in the order. When we get home to eat it both pizzas have marinara sauce even though they both say cheese sauce. First and last time in a while that we will be getting their pizza.

I had ordered a vegetarian pizza and instead they gave me a cheese pizza. When I confronted with a receipt, they denied making a new one, then they insisted it will take over an hour, if they were to. However, they did refund the money and only charged me for the cheese pizza. Overall, a terrible experience and customer service, and no regards for customer needs, despite the fact they messed up the order. I will not be going to this location again.

Went in around 11:30 am and asked if they had the lunch special ready. She told me no, it is a 15 minute wait. Only have a pepperoni and crazy bread ready. Not sure why a lunch special Not ready for lunch, but didn't question it. Should have left, but got the pepperoni with a dipping sauce. I thought she had put the dip in the box, but I left and didn't get my dip. Maybe i could have picked it, but she also could have let me know I forgot it. The pizza tasted terrible and over priced. I ate one piece, threw the rest in the trash and went to Wendy's instead. Disgusting pizza and I will NEVER order again.

Worst pizza ever had! Ordered 2 medium pizzas and both looked irregular! Also, they were not properly sliced into pieces nor topped uniformly! Do not recommend!

Ordered a few pizzas here, in advance through the app. Twenty minutes past the time I requested, I got the notification that they were ready. It takes 10 minutes for the employee to come to the counter, where they then tell me my pizza isn't ready, but nothing more than that. Now it's been almost 45 minutes since my requested time & they are telling me part of my order (a pizza combo) is ready. Still have no pizza.

Absolutely terrible. price of a hot and ready is now through the roof. Went to get two crazy breads. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes and sit in the lobby and listen to the manager scold their employees over a simple mistake. This location is so terribly run. It's hilarious

Ordered on skip the dish, they close at 10 and I ordered before 9, and the said no we don’t have garlic bread? Really? Sounds like they don’t want to actually do their job. Not happy now I’m getting nothing after my long day.

I like coming here for a quick pizza to go. My favourite dips are the cheddar jalapeno and creamy garlic. Their Italian cheese bread is sooooo good. I love getting it as an added treat. I don't expand too much beyond that as some things on the menu are a little pricey. The staff is nice too.

Ordered on-line and this is the third time the bottle of pop was paid for and not delivered. The driver blames the store and vice versa. The customer service line takes way to long to fix it. Never ordering again .

Little Caesars' $5 Hot and Ready was a staple of mine and my wife's Brock days. The convenience and price made it impossible to beat. Unfortunately, what used to be $5, hot, and ready, is now just hot. Over the course of one month, we visited this location 3 times. Each time, the cashier was rude and snarky and told us it would take 20 minutes for a pepperoni hot and ready. I understand that times are busy, but each time we visited was at a different off-peak time of day, so this seemed unnecessary. The cashier also puffed and made it quite obvious that we were inconveniencing her. While I was waiting, a customer attempted to buy a hot and ready and decided to leave after he was told it would take 20 minutes. The cashier almost seemed happy about this! When it comes to the pizza itself, the taste is always consistently good. However, the person who spreads the dough never pushes the pizza to the edge which causes there to be literally no crust on the pizza. They also place pepperoni way too close to the edge, so it just burns off. This was the case all three times this month. The cashier (the same rude one from above) speed cuts the pizza so you end up with a whole bunch of different sized slices. I understand that you can't expect luxury of a pizza place like Little Caesar's, but it almost seems like they are aiming to make the worst possible pizza and provide the worst possible experience. We still love the taste of the pizza, but the consistently poor overall experience has convinced us to try another location.

I ordered from Little Caesars off of Glendale in the plaza with the Sobeys, today. Little Caesars was a huge disappointment. This was our first time ordering from there and we will not be ordering from here again. The pizza was under cooked, when we asked for a regular cooked. The crazy bread didn’t even look like crazy bread. And it was raw! We put it in the oven to cook it longer to see if that would help. And it didn’t. It tasted like it was old dough. We tossed it in the garage. I would give zero stars… but that wasn’t an option.

I ordered a custom 12in crazy crust pizza and crazy bread when I got home and opened the pizza it was not crazy crust, we called and the person who picked up was very rude, she firstly said “we can give you credit” and once I asked if I could get it remade she said “I don’t see where it says crazy crust on your order” after I told her what I ordered exactly she said in a very rude and annoyed tone “ well I guess I can make a new one it’ll take 15-20 minutes” It made me and my boyfriend upset that we ordered a pizza and when it was made wrong we got attitude and ignorance. It’s disgusting behaviour and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again.
