Best Sushi in town. Been a long-time customer. Quick amazing wait service who can speak Vietnamese, Mandarin and basic-Cantonese. There is a good fresh variety of food for both lunch and dinner menus. Clean washrooms with a nice open design. Very limited free parking in back-lot. Daytime metered parking lot, street and garage available very close by. Bus Terminal Across the Street. Free WiFi but very slow. Cash discount. No credit card surcharge.

We picked this location randomly amd we were extremely impressed. The service was quick and friendly and the addition of the robot servers was a surprise and very neat The food was well presented and delicious especially the sashimi!!!! The only advice I'd give is to refresh the seating as it's becoming cracked and worn looking. If it weren't for that this place would have 5 stars from my family

This is our favourite place for takeout Sushi! You can't beat their prices for the amount of sushi you get. Perfect for a Friday or Saturday night get-together with friends, or a family night! Plus, we always have leftovers for the next day. Once you try it, it'll be your new favourite place!

I ordered takeout due to covid restrictions and picked up. Was ready on time! Parking is very limited in the area which is a downer for quick pick ups. I ordered the Spicy Avocado regular roll, Chicken teriyaki roll, the Yam tempura roll & cucumber avocado roll lunch which came with a salad and Miso soup. The miso soup was ok. Salad was very tiny but the dressing is awesome. The rolls were delicious. Everything was packaged well for takeout. I find it a little pricy for takeout even with a discount on online order.

This place is so good I loved the bug in my water it gave it extra flavour. The fingernail in my roll was a great addition to to the platter. I really enjoyed the slow service.

Great Place to eat sushi of high quality. I have noticed that staff do everything in gloves and clean fast after all guests who leave the restaurant. The staff is friendly and very patient. We were with a toddler who made some mess ( I apologize for this). The staff was very friendly. The waitress brought a cup of warm water for the baby and extra napkins. I know it is small things but we didn't ask for them. But it means to me that the staff is very attentive.

I was struggling giving this place 2 or 3 stars and let me explain First of all, I am happy with the service I got. The staffs working there were attentive and friendly even they were busy serving takeouts and dine-in at the same time. Another highlight was the robots bringing the dishes to your table. It was fun to watch those little things going around. The food is not good unfortunately. Tempura was soggy, sushi rice was a bit too hard and dry, and sashimi was miserably thin. The lowlight is the maki roll - there was too much soy sauce on top of the roll and made the roll too salty and dark. I felt like an injured octopus had crawled over the roll and left lots of its ink. Glasses for our drinks were not clean either. Not sure it was just water marks or something else but my daughter had to wipe the rim before she drank. So was the water bottle the waiter was holding to refill. In general, it is a below average dining experience for similar all you can eat sushi places. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Beautifully designed restaurant in the heart of downtown St. Catherines. Great selection of food. We ordered bento boxes- chicken and beef teriyaki and they were great- freshly made and generous portions at a very decent price. Besides chicken or beef, the bento box included miso soup, big side salad, 8 California rolls, rice and shrimp and vegetable tempura. Service was very fast and servers very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back

Quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a sufficient amount of options on the drink menu. There are some decent options for those who aren't big on sushi such as myself if you just want to come for Chinese food. Not a lot of dessert options, but then again, that's not what they specialize in.

First time having a robot server, very interesting! Food was good, service was good, fast and friendly human Servers too. I have ordered delivery from them before and find they are very consistent with quality, haven't been in person for some time, so it was nice to eat in the restaurant.

The food was amazing but the portion sizes seem to be a bit too large for an all-you-can-eat. I definitely recommend taking it easy on the ordering. Atmosphere's nice, the overall price and experience was reasonable. I definitely recommend it but I also recommend that they lower their portion sizes.

A very pleasant environment, modern, lively, newly renovated and beautiful. The food is very good, great would be a slight overstatement, but enjoyable nonetheless. The big surprise were the robots running around serving tables. A lot of fun.

We dined here this evening to celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday. The service was great and most of the food was pretty good (loved the spicy chicken curry). I didn't care for the mango salad and the dessert they served my daughter literally had mold on it. The prices on the menu are completely out of date and all the menu items were much higher than listed.

good atmosphere and prices. The crab Rangu is my favorite thing ever. Been a while since I have been here so not 100% sure they still have it, going to be back in town for the holidays so looking for places to eat. Will definitely be coming here!

never had such a horrible experience at any restaurant, ever. everything was warm, including the raw sushi and rice, everything tasted incredibly off. like it was from days ago. i almost threw up. wouldn’t be surprised if i’m sick after this experience. will never be coming back. i rarely write reviews but this was one time i feel the need to warn others of of this experience.

Great food, but only thing was my friend asked for vanilla ice cream and she got coconut 🥥 ice cream. Was delicious 😋 I ate but she wasn't happy and didn't want to re order it. Please make sure vanilla is vanilla and coconut 🥥 is coconut. Other than that I would love to come back. Thank you

Overall not a good experience. Cleanliness poor, floors were sticky when walking and visibly streaky, dishes were sticky. Sushi wasn't fresh and not flavorful. The worst part, the owner got into a verbal confrontation with the cooking staff. First start off as a conversation then yelling excessively. Once confronted by us to remind him of the unprofessional treatment of staff and as an individual, the justifications were unacceptable. Certainly not recommended.

Didn't taste as good as it looked.

This was such an amazing value for the price. But quite frankly, even if the price had been doubled, it still would have been an amazing value. The food quality and the services also are excellent. And it's fun because of the robots that come by with your selections in a very timely manner.

The important things like the sushi was good but some of the side dishes I didn't like the flavors, like the skewers were actually curry flavor unbeknownst to us when we ordered. The robot servers were pretty cool.

I won't go back. Perhaps change of ownership since I've last been? Misrepresention on food compared to menu pictures. Too many interruptions with server constantly coming to table to remove one empty dish. I'm there to have conversation with friends that I haven't seen in a long time, time to catch up. Washrooms were definitely not up to standard.

Great food, great portion sizes, and currently a discount on orders (pickup or delivery. I haven't eaten in so I don't know if the discount is there too). The online ordering system needs to be updated though. Some items just have titles and don't have images or descriptions for some reason. Most are fine though.

This has been our go to sushi spot for the last 3 years. We absolutely love it. The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food is fresh and the service is fast. Robot servers are pretty cool! Regular staff are excellent with clearing empty plates and refilling drinks. The dinner all you can eat menu is HUGE! There are a plethora of interesting dishes and a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend the garlic beef, salmon sashimi, BBQ eel sushi, tom yum soup (delicious!) and the creme brulee is lovely (get two because they are teeny tiny but so good!) The only disappointment was when we ordered ice cream based on the photos showing soft serve swirl (chocolate/vanilla) and what arrived was regular ice cream (one scoop chocolate, one scoop vanilla) They don't have soft serve so don't be fooled by the photos :) if you want good ice cream, I suggest Kawartha dairy. Cons: -Location (drug use and homelessness) -Only street parking nearby (albeit free) -False dessert advertisement

I believe seasons is one of the only places around here where you are fully served through the robot waiters; while this is cool and all, the novelty wears off after about your 3rd late dish. The food was nothing to be impressed with, and in fact it was largely lacking in quality a lot of the time. The wait staff were very nice while I was there, but ultimately food makes or breaks your experience after all. I don't think I'll be returning to Seasons unless it's my only option on a day filled with cravings.

This buffet is fantastic and delicious! Robots service your food and make adorable tones as they travel between diners. You will need to pace yourself and eat with small plates perfect for sharing with friends and family. Enjoy every dish from appetizers, mango salad, entree, sushi, and desserts.

The food was ok. Used to come here all the time. You would leave crave it again. But this time not so much. There portion sizes got smaller and their robot kept taking tight corners and hitting our table. Definitely needs to be synced again.

I've normally never had a issue but this time the sashimi made me so incredibly ill.. When i got home my container had not been properly shut so it leaked all over the bag then to discover my tuna was well out dated..

On a whim decided to try this place as they had an online order discount. Definitely worth it. Food was hot and delicious. Great portion sizes. And a huge shout out to the lady working the counter. There were skip and Uber people coming in and shouting over each other and waving numbers in her face and she remained calm and polite the whole time. Definitely recommend trying them and I will order again for sure

Everything about my experience was mediocre at best. They only seemed to be understaffed, which lead to slow service. They have a delivery bot and it still took 15 to 30 minutes to recieve any of the AYCE orders. When the food arrived, it was low quality and hastily thrown together. Considering there are multiple other sushi restaurants within a couple blocks, I cannot suggest going here. It seems to me that most of the problems stem from understaffing/low quality ingredients. I would give 1 star, but I gave 2 because I do enjoy the appearance of the inside of the restaurant.

$92 For disappointment. My wife and I have been enjoying this place for years. Sadly, the overall quality has greatly diminished. We were accustomed to Seasons being on the pricier side, but their food has suffered in quality. They have replaced their staff with robots who obviously don't need to be paid, yet my bill was somehow $92 for just the two of us; the most expensive I've ever seen it. And they still expected a tip. The Sheer audacity in assuming They can cheap out their quality and ask for more money has left a sour taste in our mouths that won't be fading away any time soon. Consider our business lost.

My boyfriend and I came for a sushi lunch and we have feelings. The atmosphere felt very off and not at all like a sushi restaurant. We came for lunch service and the food was mediocre at best, we enjoyed the appetizers for the most part. Now for the reason we came, the sushi. We felt as though all the sushi tasted the same, the spicy salmon and spicy crab rolls were not spicy, the shrimp tempura and California roll tasted almost identical and the only stand out roll was the chicken teriyaki but my boyfriend found a piece of cartilage in his. We ate our sushi, order dessert only to be misled by the images showcasing soft serve ice cream and it actually being individual scoops. Overall we were unimpressed and will most likely not be returning customers here again.
