I’m sorry but your chicken made me sick. Why does is smell like it’s rotten? I couldn’t even eat everything. It feels sticky to the touch, the meat is dull and undercooked. Should I get any food poisoning, I’d report your branch. When people call to complain, you redirect to voicemail?? I don’t think anyone who thinks of their safety and health should order from here. I can’t tell if it’s the same issue for other branches but your chicken is rotten! Update: we went back to complain and they admitted the chicken being old. They gave us the fresh ones just 4 as replacement.

So this is in regards to customer service experience. I love popeyes and the flavor. And I have eaten at many locations. Not sure if this franchise owner is cheap, but anyway. I ordered a family meal for take out and it comes with two large sides. I get home and they basically put half the chicken in one box and half in another on top on the side of onion rings. They hid the fact that they didn't have enough onion rings by stalking chicken so the box didn't feel light. The large order of onion rings had 5 rings. And I only got 2 dipping Sauces for tenders for a family meal of 4. Was extremely disappointing, but whatever I figured I can contact with them to have them give me a refund for the onion rings. Long story short, they won't give me one and are basically gas lighting me into saying I ordered a reg onion ring. But I have a receipt and we only ordered a family meal. The restaurant was also extremely busy and they did not have enough staff to manage orders coming in. Took 40 minutes to get my food. Lesson learned here: Probably either come when is quiet and check your food before leaving or don't come here at all. I wouldn't even dare ordering delivery.

Where do I start? I've been going to Popeye's since the 90s in New Orleans, Louisiana. Excellent chicken, excellent service. This Popeye's not so much. The larger lady who takes orders does NOT listen to what you are saying and asks you repeatedly a question you already answered twice. Also, check that you get the correct change when paying cash as twice I had to correct her - shorted me each time. She can be very rude. Not the person they should have taking orders period. If you get home and realize your order is wrong (learned the hard way to check my order before leaving) you will NEVER get through to them on the telephone. I generally order spicy tenders which are hit and miss with blackened ranch - if they have blackened ranch as I'd say 50% of the time they don't have it. Again they need someone else doing their ordering because blackened ranch is popular - if you can get it. It's a shame this location has major issues as it's the only one in the city.

I got a popcorn shrimp and red beans and rice from Popeyes. The restaurant was good and service was ok. Got home the popcorn shrimp had barely any shrimp in it. Was just tiny and I mean tiny pieces of breading it was horrible. Would never recommend it even had a weird taste.. The beans and rice was good. Waste of money will never buy again

The deluxe chicken sandwich really tasty. Popeyes never made me disappointed. However, my favourite thing, chicken tenders sold out today when I visited the store.

By far the worst chicken . Every time I make an order the chicken tender is super old and stale, it’s basically just bread crumbs. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo and I got home to see that I only received 2 pieces. Even though I ask for it to be made fresh , it never goes through their heads and they end up giving chicken that’s been sitting there for hours . They need better workers. I used to love coming here but never again.

Confession… I’ve never been to a Popeyes. Was quite excited to try it. Having just been to a Mary browns for the first time… expectations were high. Instantly disappointed. Restaurant just seemed, dirty. Had so many people running around accomplishing nothing. Few of us standing there waiting to have our orders taken… staff seemed to interested in talking than taking orders. Ordered a chicken sandwich with poutine fries. Around $12. Chicken tasted salty? Best way to describe it. I know the foods more subjective. Poutine was alright. They had no ice. They were handing it out from a cup? Cherry coke was water. Again, people just standing around. Girl dropped a chicken sandwich on the ground. Took to long and another employee to say through it out. Not saying she wouldn’t have… but she took too long. Sadly… or not… won’t be going back to any Popeyes. Mary browns gas my fast food chicken heart. Go there. Cheers,

Waited over an hour for our delivery. While tracking my order I noticed the driver had a few stops along the way. By the time we got our order everything was cold and the mashed potatoes we ordered were not there. The staff at Popeye's had placed two cold bottles of pop on top of the boxes of food. The boxes were wet and the food was cold. I paid just under $60 for two people, including a tip. When I tried reaching the store, nobody answered the phone and their voicemail was full. I will NEVER order from this location again and I will make sure to tell as many people as I know to avoid wasting their money here as well. This is now the second time this has happened from the same location. I let the first time slide because I thought maybe they were just busy. Not this time. No excuse!

We ordered food at closing time . Food was made fresh for us and staff was very welcoming. Had a good chat. Place was clean and a great experience.

We ordered 4 sandwich combos, chicken and pies. Food was hot and tasty and the staff worked hard and fast to complete our order swiftly. Staff was polite,respectful and kind and I highly recommend others to satisfy their chicken cravings at this location. Thank you to Sonia and the popeyes team for a sublime and filling dinner. I had the best experience at this location. The food was so fresh and the service that is very rare to get nowadays. I dealt with Priyanka, manager of the store. She was super friendly and welcoming. I loved the service and would highly recommend to everyone.

Always had great experience with food and the staff as well. Very friendly staff who work very hard to ensure quick service despite the long line up at times. Saw some negative reviews regarding the staff but I personally have not had any negative experience so far.

Had a great visit. Amazing deal on Thursdays for the 3 piece with fries and drink. It was like $9 bux including taxes I think. A bit slow with the service but it was busy and lunch hour. The best fried chicken in town! Always a crowd pleaser.

My favourite POPEYES!! The staff are friendly, efficient, and quick! They always add a little extra to our order 😊. The food is fresh and the music is great! Love that they have the TVs, too to catch a game. I cannot say enough how much I like the staff here! 10++++++

Chicken was pink on the inside. We were told a 5 min wait and ended up waiting 15 minutes. The employees at the front were playing around and flirting while the food was ready to be packaged. After getting tired of waiting we had to ask them to actually give us our food. After all that waiting the chicken was still raw. If you want to get good Popeyes go to the inner cities

Yea don’t try calling just remove your number from google if you guys aren’t going to answer!! I just want to place an order, and for 30 mins I keep calling and still no answer! If you’re near Welland call them and they will answer much better service as well and there chicken tastes better

Sunday, Only 3 people, they always look exhausted, worried and under high stress, with good reason, this place over exploits its workers. this chain does not take care of the mental health of its workers. 👎🏻 Orders are ALWAYS delivered late. there are ALWAYS delays.

The system for service here is awful. It's hard to decide who is in line and who has ordered. Seems to be a complete chaotic mess. Stood there for over 10mins. With everyone confused as to who is up to order and who ordered. The popeyes chicken sandwich everyone has been raving over. Is honestly nothing that special. It's good but not great... I dont understand the hype. Anyways this place is always good with service. Fountain drink could use ice though. Nothing worse than hot pop. Chicken nuggets are a great deal. Cheaper than the strips and seem to be the exact same thing except cut up already

I have been eating in and ordering from here regularly over the last few years. No issues, pleasant interactions, and LOVE the food! The poutine is my favourite by far, along with the spicy chicken!

My 3 pcs chicken were so dark like they have never changed the oil for long time and got all dark meats not like on the receipt 1/2 dark 1/2 white. I assume would be 1 big white and 2 small dark (drumsticks) or 1 big dark and 2 small white(wings). Also I was waiting more than 20 min to get the foods. The chicken tenders were very small compare with other popeyes.

The food here was great! Except for the popcorn shrimp. Maybe a bad batch or something. The chicken was perfect, crunchy batter. So delicious! Strawberry and blackberry cheesecake are made with jam.

For fried chicken in the area, it's a nice shop. I aim for a fresh batch of chicken, it has not failed me. I also only ordered pick-up. Also tried the new chicken sandwich when it came out here. Overall, my experiences have been good.

Loved chicken sandwich. Fries and ghost pepper wings are fantastic. Customer service is also friendly and quick. It was neat and clean.

Spent $46 ( would’ve been more if I didn’t use a 10% discount ) for no chicken sandwich that I ordered and raw or barely cooked tenders. When I called the place - they told me I had to make a new order for the chicken sandwich and they would give me a free side. So you want me to pay $7 delivery fee, plus the cost of the sandwich just for a free side ? What’s a free side gunna do for me when that’s all I can eat from what I ordered. I didn’t even know the tenders were uncooked til after the phone call since I only saw the sandwich was missing. Should’ve checked everything at once. I spent $46 on fries , what a joke. This place is horrible. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten raw chicken from here too, but I understand it happens. But it’s a repetitive thing, that’s unacceptable. Been there many times in person too, and the employees are always rude.

Food I got tasted like other Popeyes I've had however, I paid for a 5 piece platter with fries and onion rings, I didn't get the onion rings. The first 2 tenders they put on top were fine, but these 3 were measly at best, 2 look like nuggets and the 3rd is like a string of chicken. We tried to call the store but got no answer. This isn't the first time our order from this location has been wrong.

Nothing like spending 15 minutes standing in line while they slowlyyyy serve other customers, then allow someone to jump the line in front of you, only to find out the debit machine isn't working. Maybe we could have mentioned that instead of making people wait for no reason?

I been customer since day one and always recommended your location in pass years.. Today I order a chicken breast like always but lately I notice their chicken breast almost the size of a bird breast?? I thought was mistaken so I drove back but I found out was Breast 😳 The taste not the same “Burn oil” is the only issue with fried chicken!! They offered me a another breast but I refused to have it since taste so bad! WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY $4 SIZE OF WING!! “Burn Oil” I felt my chest burning inside Customer service lately went down!! Not coming back again for sure!! Sorry

I ordered from here on skip and i ordered buttermilk ranch for my chicken. They were out of the sauce which is fine but dont send tartar sauce as replacement thats for fish man
