Absolutely
terrible.
Ordered
pick
up
yesterday
while
at
work.
I
got
a
notification
saying
my
order
was
ready.
I
show
up
to
the
store
and
it
hadn’t
even
been
started.
Missed
out
on
at
least
10
minutes
of
my
30
hr
lunch
break
for
that.
Somehow
the
fries
were
ice
cold.
I
saw
the
cook
in
the
back
texting
for
about
two
minutes
straight
before
reaching
beside
him
to
hand
the
already
packed
order
through
to
the
front
lol.
DoorDash
refunded
my
order.
Today
I
tried
to
give
them
another
shot
because
I
had
credits
now
and
my
first
choices
to
eat
don’t
use
DoorDash
so
KFC
it
was.
I
scheduled
a
pick
up
order
for
1:15pm
when
I
would
be
starting
my
lunch.
It
said
the
store
accepted
the
order
and
then
the
pick
up
time
was
1:25-1:30.
Whatever.
Then
it
changed
and
said
1:40.
Not
impressed
again
but
whatever,
I
could
probably
work
around
that
with
my
coworkers
because
I
had
some
notice.
A
few
minutes
later
at
12:44,(an
hour
before
it
said
it
was
going
to
be
ready
and
30
minutes
before
my
original
pick
up
time)
it
was
ready.
So
I
had
to
scramble
with
my
coworkers
to
cover
me
to
be
able
to
take
my
lunch
suddenly
a
half
hour
early.
When
I
got
to
the
store
and
informed
them,
the
guy
at
the
counter
went
into
the
back
and
came
back
out
front
and
said
it
was
the
lady
in
the
backs
fault
and
didn’t
even
apologize.
I
said
you
should
make
sure
what
the
times
are
because
I
booked
it
for
that
for
my
lunch
break
and
it
made
things
difficult.
He
wasn’t
even
looking
at
me,
still
didn’t
apologize
and
started
taking
the
next
customers
order.
It
was
incredibly
rude
and
seeing
as
I
was
being
polite,
a
simple
apology
would
have
been
great
but
couldn’t
even
get
that.
Terrible
customer
service.
I
will
not
be
back
just
for
this
reason.
Edit
to
add:
looking
at
your
reviews
and
recent
reviews,
it’s
apparent
that
some
staffing
changes
need
to
be
made.
You
have
awful
reviews,
a
lot
pertaining
to
customer
service.
As
a
business,
I’d
try
and
rectify
that.
