    Worst service I have ever seen. The guy on the counter understand what I ordered therefore he charged me extra. And then when the manager returned my money she said it will be returned on my account. But when I saw my account today. The money was not returned to my account. Infact now I have paid twice. So I am charged extra. It is so bad. I have paid extra. I don’t know what they did but they haven’t returned my money yet. And charged me extra. Worst place in St. Catharines. The food was also not worth it.

    Rude customer service..RAJVEER. VERY RUDE GIRL. Complained about the food instead off being apologetic she showed her rude behavior. Should not work in customer service at all. Touching mask and food at the same time. Gross employee

    I am not visiting this restaurant again. They charge me $3 for two Ounces of gravy, $3 for salad that they missed and the meat was cut in half. Even more, they overcharged me and i presume the meat are not supplied by the company.

    Stop overcharging customers and trying so hard to upsell, it's fast food not a car dealer. This is the 3rd time this location has tried to scam us in the same week. I work at the mall and come by the food court everyday to get a snack and this location never fails to disappoint.

    Don’t bother going here if you actually want anything!! Nothing in stock, not even sauces for the Tacos. Avoid this restaurant at all costs, go to one of the other KFC’s in St. Catharines

    Absolutely terrible. Ordered pick up yesterday while at work. I got a notification saying my order was ready. I show up to the store and it hadn’t even been started. Missed out on at least 10 minutes of my 30 hr lunch break for that. Somehow the fries were ice cold. I saw the cook in the back texting for about two minutes straight before reaching beside him to hand the already packed order through to the front lol. DoorDash refunded my order. Today I tried to give them another shot because I had credits now and my first choices to eat don’t use DoorDash so KFC it was. I scheduled a pick up order for 1:15pm when I would be starting my lunch. It said the store accepted the order and then the pick up time was 1:25-1:30. Whatever. Then it changed and said 1:40. Not impressed again but whatever, I could probably work around that with my coworkers because I had some notice. A few minutes later at 12:44,(an hour before it said it was going to be ready and 30 minutes before my original pick up time) it was ready. So I had to scramble with my coworkers to cover me to be able to take my lunch suddenly a half hour early. When I got to the store and informed them, the guy at the counter went into the back and came back out front and said it was the lady in the backs fault and didn’t even apologize. I said you should make sure what the times are because I booked it for that for my lunch break and it made things difficult. He wasn’t even looking at me, still didn’t apologize and started taking the next customers order. It was incredibly rude and seeing as I was being polite, a simple apology would have been great but couldn’t even get that. Terrible customer service. I will not be back just for this reason. Edit to add: looking at your reviews and recent reviews, it’s apparent that some staffing changes need to be made. You have awful reviews, a lot pertaining to customer service. As a business, I’d try and rectify that.

    I have been to many kfc/taco bell and never have I gotten anything like this My tacos were cold and runny went to show them and they did nothing …so disgusting i will NEVER come back here.

    Rude no customer service, i think she is the manager in that store. Took my order wrong and then when i complained how the popcorn was burn and old she raised her voice at me. Pure rudeness.

    Good atmosphere, but this is my second visit to KFC and I was very disappointed with the chicken. It was dripping with oil. Its like there is more oil than chicken.

    This is not an actual KFC/TACOBELL This location is run by someone who gets their meat and supplies from a discount retailer, not the corporate supplier. You get chicken strips, possibly from a box, instead of big crunchy chicken breast strips when you order them. I've been going to KFC for 2 decades, I know the real meat from the fake. The good: - they accept the coupons from the mail - they offer both KFC and tacobell Needs improvement: - get the actual meat supply from KFC corporate, not value village. - you will spend your whole lunch break for something as small as a supreme fries. - they will charge you extra then as advertised, this has happened about 20 times now, I've kept my receipts for proof. You can order a $5 item, and it'll come up to $11 somehow. - the staff barely speaks English and straight up ignores you when you try to get your order fixed - my coworkers always come back and say they were missing something - they have children working who don't know how to punch in orders, and will just resort to ignoring you and getting the next customer 💀 - if you order with the app, be prepared to get your food at the end of your shift. It's life, I guess. - they'll wait until you give up instead of fixing the issue Overall 1.5/5 I can't give a 2 because half the time your order is incorrect, cold, missing, overpriced. Not even Gordon Ramsey can save this location. You need to 86 the staff and hire some proficient, English speaking, experienced staff.

    Food was to be expected. Only got one sauce which was not enough to finish my popcorn chicken. The cashier I swear wasn't speaking louder than a whisper. This is a busy mall, it was impossible to hear them. And 86 cents for a refill!? Who charges for refills? Your pop comes in a giant bag of syrup that you mix with carbonated water. It costs you like a penny to produce it. You're already overcharging me for the food, at least let me get a refill for free. Super disappointed.
