We ordered via Skip the Dishes. Apparently the staff member that made my wife's sub didn't feel it necessary to contain the toppings in the bun nor cutting all the the way through the sub. She called and complained and was basically told they didn't care and there was nothing they could do, even went so far as to blame the Skip delivery person. Very unimpressed

I have been a long time customer of this location and the quality of service has gone down hill over the past while. It is true, the staff has been very skimpy with the toppings. The staff always seem like they are in such a hurry. Recently I was in the store and there were two people ahead of me. One wasn't wearing any mask and the other had theirs pulled down under their chin. It clearly states on the door that masks are required. It bothered me. The girl working said nothing. There have been some new staff hired in the past months that are not as good as the ones that used to be there. The service and standards seem poor now and nothing seems to be changing

I initially left this location 5 stars . As I kept ordering it got worse . I have been ordering via app and uber and they effed it up 95% of the time. We always ask for no sauces on all subs as we take it for work the next morning . Each time we order via uber or app they don't read that and put ALL sauces on which results in soggy subs we can't eat . Last time I specifically wrote NO SAUCES in big letters and "all sauces on side " and I get my order..and guess what. All subs are smothered with 3 Sauces each. It always goes in the garbage as we can't eat them the next day. This is the 4th and last time it happened. I will rather go out of my way and get my subs at a different location .learn how to read . It's basic school skills or hire someone that understands English

Best mr sub ever visited Food was fresh and tasty

The bread is too skinny and the sandwich lacked flavour. Not being picky, it's the 3rd time having it and the last. Nice atmosphere, nice look on the inside. Staff are friendly to your face, found it in poor taste to laugh at the homeless guy who came in, briefly.

I ordered a vegetarian sub tonight It was supposed to come with two pieces of cheese...got one...the bread was soaked with sauce to the point of disintegration and the vegetables were sliced so thin you could read a newspaper through them. They used to be very good, but clearly have new ownership. I called to let them know how disappointing the sub was, but it was absolutely no concern to them.

food is good. they used canned mushrooms unfortunately. staff is friendly. looks clean but it feels too closed in

I ordered a meatball sub toasted with extra sauce in the side, pretty simple? Nope. Got a cold azz meatball sub and no sauce. Its not rocket science just a little paying attention tiin will work fine. Do better.

Stay away from this location. I went to order a traditional assorted sub and all I could see was small baby flys crawling all over the buns. I even mentioned this to one of the staff members and they didn't do anything about the situation. Come on Mr. Sub you guys are better than this. Clean your restaurant before someone really gets sick. 0 out of 10 Place should be closed

This place is great. The employees are all super nice and always helpful and always smiling. I will always recommend this place. I eat here almost everyday its a Million times better than Subway. The girls here are the best ❤️

By far the best Mr Sub in Ontario. Great customer service, they are generous with toppings, everything’s fresh and they are open super late.

The ladies that work here are always very sweet and always properly & evenly spread out the toppings (instead of a big clump of pickles in the middle lol)

Thy are afraid of placing toppings on subs. I pay at least $20.00 everytime. I also notice ALLLL they give Jobs to ONLY TO THEIR OWN KIND. Never do you see one white person working there. This goes for the Niagara Falls location as well. BS!

Always friendly service when ordering in store and food has always tasted great. Have also ordered from here multiple times through delivery services and the orders have been accurate each time.

For a fast food sub chain this was pretty good. It tasted a bit better and fresher than Subway.

My personal preference for a quick sub in this part of town. As with nearly anything that could be called "fast food", the overall quality could be better for the price.

I enjoy a good sub once in awhile and tonight I decided to go to Mr.Sub on Welland Ave. Instead of Subway. It's getting pretty bad that the topping here are cut so thin and the server sparingly puts toppings on your sub where you have to ask for more for each topping you choice. You look at the subs in the pictures they display and in commercials which are meant to look great and really you in but when they make you one it's a true disappointment. #62490

This is my first time at Mr Sub and it will be my last. Stick with subway, I go to try something new and they are out of stock of the 2 subs I was interested in at 12 o’clock. The women who runs it talks to you very disgustingly. They barely put any toppings unless you beg and the sub looks cheap. The buffalo chicken is normal chicken with a shot of buffalo sauce, looks very cheap and lazy. The sub falls apart before you even touch it and the display of any sauce or bread they have is terrible. The only decent thing was the bread was pretty fresh and the way they toasted it. Then again, they toast it after you make your sub. This isn’t a shawarma. Go to firehouse sub or subway and save your money. I’d give a 0 star if I could.

What an incredible store owner. A young boys payment was declined- and the owner told him to take it and get them back another time. What an example of generosity and kindness ❤️

Yesterday will be the last time we use this Mr. Sub location. I don't know about the other locations but we feel we have to beg the sandwich makers for more toppings. We spent over $24 on two sub sandwiches and my wife and I had to ask the girl 3 times to put on more toppings. That isn't right! The girl that prepared my double roast beef sub had a very uncaring attitude with me which I didn't care for at all. I've met the owner/manager, in the past and she seems like a nice woman, she even let me leave without paying one time when her debit machine wasn't working. I shouldn't have to beg for extra toppings. Just put a decent amount on and I would be satisfied. I don't like writing bad reviews but this one is deserved.

Fast friendly polite accurate order I also watched as they are making it so I have never had any order problems. Always the best place to get a great sub I'm never changing!!!
