Very bad flavour the chicken was hard and rubbery the staff was very unprofessional more involved with chating with oke another then taking orders or preparing the food there was no one there when i came in still they took forever to even start their stove never coming back to this pathetic

Normally this is my go to spot for quick delicious food, but today I'm met with disappointment as the location near me decided to close almost 30 minutes before they're listed time. I tried to call and no answer, I understand that not all menu items may be available at this time, but I still think a restaurant should stay open for the hours they are listed too.

Great food, reasonable prices. If you get the specials you are paying the same money as you'd pay for a meal at McDonalds or Wendys and the food not only tastes way better it's better for you. Good portion sizes. A favorite of my family.

Osmow's is such a great place for shawarma because of their variety. We ordered two chicken shawarmas and had fun with the toppings. I added fries to mine to see how it would be - amazing. The only drawback to Osmow's is that there are a lot of toppings which you have to pay extra for. They're completely worth it, but just makes it a tad bit more expensive. We also tried out their falafel which was very flavourful. The Half & Half falafel combo comes with lettuce, rice, and those great falafels. For a bit of a treat we ordered the coco twists. These super soft coconut cookie looking things were incredibly addictive. For myself who doesn't even like coconut, I adored them.

The service at this shawarma restaurant was outstanding, with waiters who were exceptionally attentive and genuinely warm, making the dining experience truly memorable. Their knowledgeable and efficient service greatly enhanced the overall enjoyment of the delicious meal.

Very bad food, and the way the food is prepared is incorrect and old. You feel that the food is a day or two old. I could not eat even though I was hungry. They put a lot of sauce on the food so that you do not feel the taste of the food. I eat without sauce, and that is why I felt the taste of everything.

Food tasted fine, but they don't put any meat on their dishes. The one I normally go to literally has 3 times the meat on the dish. Disappointed

We tried Chicken on the stix and Half & half lamb. Food was really good. The staff were Friendly. If you are visiting Niagara Falls, it's worth giving a try on your way to this place. We will come again on our next Niagara trip.

Just visited this place , very nice people and amazing staff. Food is great, i love their falafel on rock. Worth every penny, highly recommended.

Clean place and amazing food! The owner Malik S. is a very nice and hospitable guy. He gave us great food recommendations and made the whole experience very nice for us. Would 100% go again!

Have had a few shawarma poutines from this location now, and I have to say; after eating at many osmows, this one is absolutely the best i’ve had. Perfectly cooked chicken, and they are not shy with the sauces!

I come here all the time during lunch and the food is great, it's made relatively quick and the quality of it isn't changed because of the speed

I’m a big lover of Schwarma & customer service & this place has it all. My schwarma here is always super delicious, generously portioned & the staff always greet me with a smile & a wave when I walk in the door. 10/10 I would recommend this shop for some satisfying eats.

I went in today the young person that served me was very nice but got my order completely wrong 🙃 They put olives pickles and hot peppers in my shawarma unfortunately I' never asked for theses ingredients and I'm very allergic to pickles which I wound up being really sick 😫 I'm hot very happy and I'm hungry ill never go back .This was today Thursday at about 230 may 4th 2023 .

This location was far nicer than we anticipated! We went there after a sporting event and were blown away by the atmosphere and calm ambiance. I ordered a wide range of foods. All of them were wonderful and "clean" in flavour (not too saucy or greasy). The service was quite quick, and the entire team was extremely helpful. Strongly suggested!

Food was great. Only issue was they gave me my shawarma and fries on the table. No tray no napkins and not even ketchup foe the fries. Mostly my buffet issue is they just put the food on the counter with no tray. I had to grab the fries in one hand and the shawarma in the other hand... please add a trays especially if you are getting a combo

Went for the first time today. Absolutely delicious and filling. Got the Chicken Shawarma on pita and Chicken Shawarma on the rocks (rice). There was a ton of meat. Will definitely be going back. Their Scorchin' hot sauce is good along with their Garlic Sauce And Tahini.

Hi there! I just picked up a shawarma sandwich from this location a few minutes ago. Although the food is good but I can't help to notice that the cashier/server did not change her gloves in between taking cash from a customer and making the wrap. Just a friendly reminder please educate your staff on proper food handling.

I had a salad and chicken shwarma on Saturday at scott street takeout..the salad was full of water..do you not have a spinner..nothing worse than watered down lettuce..threw in garbage..the shwarma was edible is all I can say..the whole experience of spending 50.00 for 3 meals we did not like is just not right..

Lamb Shawarma is awesome. It wasn't available today so I got the Oz box daily special. Chicken with rice and salad . . . Better than I hoped. Give it a try!

Had a great experience today at this St. Catherine’s Osmow’s. The guys working where really helpful and hospitality was amazing! Ordered the chicken on the rocks, beef on the rocks and chicken poutine. These quantity was amazing, the taste of the meals where off the walls- amazing!! The place was clean and tidy, friendly staff! A must stop and chow down when in this neck of the woods!!

This is the best Osmows I have been too. Top quality food, as usual! The staff is the friendliest in all of the GTA, Hamilton and Niagara Region. I highly recommend this location! Thank you Jeeku and Manisha!!

The food is as OLD as my grandma. Also, I think they either use the same cooking utensils for everything or unclean utensils because I keep finding random bits of random toppings I never ordered. Go to Fourth Ave Osmows they are 10x better.

My brother from pakistan is true soul. Never ever feel better before. Great service,good food,clean and awesome atmosphere,welcoming faces and much more have lost words to appreciate you more. Believe me not lying go at least once and you will definitely be their permanent customer. Thanks for great service my bro and thanks for extra half and half.
