This restaurant is absolutely exceptional. I hadn't been in a few months and the staff looked at me, thought for a moment and said "Haley right?". The service is second to none. The food is second to none. I had the Korean BBQ sandwich and a side of fries (pictured). Give them a call.

The service and atmosphere was amazing, and the food was incredibly flavorful. It's a great place to get a small bite to eat and enjoy some delicious cocktails. Will definitely be back!

Service was absolutely perfect. Very friendly and gave us recommendations on things to do since we were visiting the area. Menu was different and exciting. I enjoyed all of the food we ordered but even if you end up not loving the food it is worth it to just try something different than your normal restaurant. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant tucked away in St. Catherine’s. Prior to the pandemic we had a wonderful experience dining at the chefs table where Chef Adam and his crew would chat about the passion of the meals and where the inspiration comes from. Let’s just say that every dish was out of this world! When indoor dining opens up, I highly recommend going in and dining! In terms of the outdoor patio, the menu has been elevated. We had the following dishes: 1. Korean BBQ fried chicken Sando in Bao with seaweed salad and dynamite sauce. 2. Hamsi (Fried anchovies) po' boy , onion salad, pickled radish. On a toasted baguette. 3. Eggplant dolma with burnt yoghurt. Everything was delicious! They’ve really created a neat patio and space where I felt so comfortable. With the unfortunate part of the people in need, just greeting them and continue your evening, didn’t disrupt us at all. Everyone was respectful.

My wife and I came here on our visit to St. Catherine's during the winter holidays; located in downtown St. Catherine's, this restaurant is located in the first suite on the main floor. Their sign is hard to read at night in the photos, but is well designed with a nice logo. Being in downtown, parking may be hard to find; there is paid metered parking, but parking is free on the weekends and free after 6pm on weekdays. We were greeted by a staff member who was not wearing any uniform but in casual clothing. None of the staff had uniforms but looked very relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere was very welcoming with little lighting but definitely enough to light up the place and to provide great ambiance. The staff were very friendly and even sparks conversations with customers. One thing our waiter pointed out was that they do not take tips/gratuities which was a bit different than what most North Americans are used to. My wife and I got fried olives, Thai popcorn, smoked salmon cones (comes in three), one duck bao, and one lamb slider. Out of what we ordered, I recommend the smoked salmon cones, duck bao, and lamb slider. The smoked salmon cones came in a bowl of black beans (not edible but decorative); the shells were delicate and broke easily when bites but tasted pretty good. The duck bao was a bit bigger than the lamb slider but both were fairly small. Even though they were small, they were very flavourful. Even though we didn't get a "main" dish, I find this place more fitting for casual get-togethers than a full meal. The digital menu is rather small, with the drink portion bigger than the food portion. Since the menu is so small, I think a well-designed physical menu might be more practical or appealing. Having said that, their prices are fair and the food is not too bad. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try. With the exceptional service and heart-warming atmosphere, this will definitely be a highlight to any trip made to St. Catherine's, whether if you are a local or from out of town.

Popped in for a late afternoon Sunday brunch - place was empty but service was great. The food - we had the Fries, Calamari, and Baked Brie - was unreal. Very easily sharable or edible on your own. The seaweed Fries was one of the most unique things I have had in ages. Lots of very small unique craft brews as well - not your run of the mill 'major craft' beers - lots of different stuff here. All in all, great and highly recommended.

I have always had an amazing experience here from service and food. Your dishes are served at an efficient rate, in addition to your first bite are always filled with an explosion of flavour. You cannot go wrong. The cook and bar manager were very personable. We had short but sweet conversation but are always filled with immense love for what they do. 😊 it's such a gem in Ontario. I would always make the trip here and of course visit the wineries. Make a day out of it, it will never disappoint.

Great food and amazing service! The butter candle and the duck baos were the standouts. Highly recommend this place if you are around St.Catherines. Looking forward to their brunch menu next time around!

The food is absolutely top notch (up there with some of the VERY best I have ever had… period). I was raving about it after dinner, on the drive back and now on the couch. The web based order system is fantastic (and I certainly think here to stay). Staff is friendly and extremely attentive. I would honestly order everything on the menu. Bonus: tip is priced in and Chief Adam is forward thinking and humble. Happy to support such a great business.

First time eating at Dispatch. We had a slow start never having used Tock before but the friendly waiters and even chef came to very patiently assist us multiple times. The food was fantastic - beautiful presentation and bold delicious blend of flavours topped with fresh herb accents. Can't stop gushing about it. Highly recommended.

What a darling place!! Went there for Drag Brunch. Was seated in a delightful, grassy patio… felt like I was on an intimate Summers garden front lawn. The wait staff were kind and worked their arses off in the heat! The food was delicious… how did vegan taste SO naughty! What was the flavour on those fries?! YUM. Talking of delicious and naughty. Macy Manolo and Empress Claudia Silva performed an incredible Drag Show! So entertaining, quick witted and STUNNING. What a fabulous experience. Highly recommend!

Came across Disbatch in St. Catharines over the weekend and ended up having dinner here. I must say, it was a fantastic find. The food and drinks were outstanding. They have a limited menu, but everything is geared towards a tapas-style dining experience. The standouts for us were the Caesar salad, hummus, and the chicken satay skewers. The Caesar salad was so incredible that my boyfriend and I joked about making the hour-and-a-half drive to St. Kitts just for it. The drinks were a great too! I tried the seasonal spritz, which was good but definitely packed a punch. My boyfriend had the wabi sabi and swears it's the best cocktail he's ever had. The bartenders really put time and attention into every drink, and you could tell they were true mixologists. The service was awesome, and the place wasn't too crowded. Really recommend for an elevated night out.

Wow - what an experience! The food was so incredible. We travel all around the world eating great food, so we were happy to discover a local place. We've been here before, but this time was exceptional. The chef is even better than before. The service is also excellent - not snobby or neglectful. We don't drink alcohol, but the cocktail list looked super creative. Mike made our family two special non-alcoholic drinks that were amazing! Our two kids are 6 & 9 and they loved the food. They aren't your usual kids...they are picky, but only because they have a great pallet for high-quality and international foods. We loved EVERY SINGLE DISH - butter candle, fried olives, salmon cones, lamb sliders, duck bao, seaweed fries, ribeye steak, lasagna, and caesar salad This is our family's go-to choice for dinner from now on! It's hard to find food that has such variety. Their tapas menu made it easy for us to eat family-style. This restaurant is for foodies, travelers, and people who appreciate good food from all around the world!

What a great find on a weekend out in wine country! Jake was our server and was so so kind, and had some great local recommendations for us to check out. The food from the kitchen and the drinks from the bar were so lovely - fun and engaging food that was interesting and filling! Cool takes on really nicely technically-executed dishes that were fun to share. Super cool that they’re a living wage employer, too. The value was shocking when we got the bill. Great job, Dispatch!

Enjoyed a Mazagran Iced Coffee on the patio. The drink was incredible, the service was excellent, and I was impressed with their unique variety of non-alcoholic beverage options. I will definitely be back!

We loved our dinner here tonight at Dispatch. The staff, food and atmosphere was excellent. Staff went out of their way to assist us with the online menu and billing. Enjoyed sharing our dishes. Like the whole philosophy of the place. Hope you guys do well. We will be back.

I was long overdue for my first visit to this highly-touted addition to the dining scene of not only St. Catharines, but the entire Niagara region. ~ All I can say is that somehow my already sky-high expectations were well exceeded. My kids just loved the multi-layered flavours too, trying and raving about each dish (below). ~ Carnivore, vegetarian, vegan, no matter. There will be something mind-blowing for you here, accompanied by a varied and creative beverage selection (their wine list hits all of the notes I remember loving) both non-alcoholic and fully-leaded. ~ An innovative online ordering platform updates as you continue to order, making it easy to avoid surprises and eliminating the need to wait for l'addition when you're reluctantly ready to call it a night. ~ And, gratuity-inclusive pricing is always a welcome indicator of a properly compensated staff. ~ In case you couldn't tell, I *strongly* recommend Dispatch, including as being deceptively good value for money. ~ Emerging from COVID (for the time being, at least), this is a place to support, not only for being a progressive, socially conscious and community-focused business, but also selfishly wanting to return again, and again. ~ •Fried Dumplings - Beef & Celery (5 PC) Aromatic Coconut Curry Sauce, Peanut-Shiitake XO, Sauce, Cabbage, Green Onion & Sesame. •Chermoula Pork - Chermoula spiced pork, yoghurt, eggplant & chickpea, pickled green beans in tomato. •Burrata - Fresh burrata, herbs, roquette & pine nut pesto, BUZZ hot honey, sour dough toast •Chicken Parm - Smoked paprika leeks, smoked mozzarella, Zing Hot Honey, fresh herbs & pickled onions. •Olives, Chorizo & Mussel Bruschetta - Anchovy Stuffed Olives, Mussels, Chorizo, Honey Butter Sourdough Toast, Potato Chips, Harissa Dressing & Herbs. •Salted Caramel Cheesecake - Liquid dulce de leche cheesecake, salted caramel cookie crumb, salted caramel sauce

Some of the best food I've ever had. Every dish was a flavour bomb to say the least. 11/10 🙌

Inventive, exquisite food, artfully served. Lots of vegetarian/vegan options, but the meat lovers were also happy. Fair wages are paid to workers, so tipping is not required. I wish nore restaurants would follow this trend!

The food and service are amazing and unique. I only subtracted one star as I do not enjoy having to sign up for a new app to order. I choose to go into a restaurant to enjoy a meal with someone but the minute I sit down I'm forced to just be right back on my phone instead. Personal preference I guess.

This is a great restaurant in the heart of downtown St Catharines. Great atmosphere, great cocktails (tried The Dutch Cup), great service, great shareables (tried Fusion Fries). A restaurant that could so easily be moved to downtown TO but oh, so glad that it's close to home. Love not having to worry about leaving a tip since it's a living wage restaurant. Definitely a must try!

A really amazing place. The cocktails are some of the best you'll find this side of Toronto.

Outstanding food and cocktails. The wine and beer selection is curated and eclectic. The staff are very knowledgeable. We ate the Cali fries and Korean fried chicken sandwich. Delish. They have a bottle shop and some other fine goods for sale. There is no tipping and the staff are all paid a living wage. This is the type of restaurant we need to see more of in this world.

Such a great place with AMAZING food! After eating a ton of pizzas in the st. Catherine and Niagara area, the food at Dispatch was such a pleasant change. Everything on their menu is packed with flavour and the cocktails were so good that we had to take some home. We might make a trip from Toronto just to eat here. The service is impeccable too! Adam and the crew are great.

Awesome food, amazing service and great atmosphere! Just want to thank Mike for making my friend birthday celebration such a wonderful success. Gen and Tim were very attentive providing us wonderful table-side service. And I don’t want to forget Adam and his team for creating such delicious food. Some of the best North African and Middle Eastern food I’ve had in North America. We left with full and very happy tummy’s. Totally understand why this is one of the Top 10 New Restaurants in Canada...

We've been for cocktails, dinner, and brunch. Everything is amazing and some of the food is truly mind-blowing. The eggs benedict is phenomenal, highly recommend. We also got the croque madame and were stuffed - in a good way! The staff are so kind and energetic. The cocktails are unique and delicious. Honestly, no complaints!
