😐 The food is absolutely delicious and extremely affordable for the portions given. The waitresses are always so pleasant and welcoming. The only issue I have is being treated rudely when we order for take out or get told to leave when we walk in when it’s busy. While I appreciate that it can get busy... The food is absolutely delicious and extremely affordable for the portions given. The waitresses are always so pleasant and welcoming. The only issue I have is being treated rudely when we order for take out or get told to leave when we walk in when it’s busy. While I appreciate that it can get busy and totally understand not being able to welcome in any more guests, the approach to this should be delivered in a respectful manner, which oftentimes is not. Often when we call for take out or come in to eat we are told to get out or that we should not be calling for take out as it’s busy. Listen, I totally understand being busy. I would just appreciate being told that in a nicer way rather than just being told to β€œget out” or laughed at when we call for take out. Again, very delicious food and great servers, I’m just disappointed with the constant rudeness we are met with while the restaurant is busy.

March 14 2022 @ 1030 am. The food was horrible I'm not sure who leaves the reviews but come on people relying on them. 6 breakfasts only five came out. Bacon grossly over cooked sausage had funny taste, and no butter on toast. But I will say the owner worked with us after admitting the bacon was overcooked and was for something else

It's a nice family friendly location for breakfast. The food was very good and portion size was generous considering the prices. I especially I enjoyed the brisket which was fantastic. The only complaint was it took almost 40 minutes to get our order which is definite not acceptable

Had a wonderful banana & whipped cream topped waffle with a side of fries. My dad had a pancake with home fries and egg. We were both very satisfied. πŸ₯° Sorry, we started eating before the pics were taken.πŸ˜†

Was a little disappointed, the French toast was soggy and under cooked. Also had an omelet that was cold with uncooked mushrooms. All the other reviews say it's a great place, was probably just an off day. These small diners are usually fantastic, I would say still give it a try.

I’d go back to this place. We had breakfast here on our way and this place exceeded our expectations (which was not much tbh when we saw the place) It’s an American diner style place with standard breakfast. What they lack in quality, they make up in acceptable dishes, with generous portion and absolutely good value for the buck. I give them 4/5 because of the carafe of good coffee which they left at our table and the reasonable pricing and good sausage and bacon. Thanks guys.

Went there with a bunch of friends for some good breakfast after my late birthday party the night before and did we have a good filling breakfast indeed. I loved my good eats club sandwich, a few of us ordered that one. Also they didn’t let me pay for my order since it was my birthday which was really sweet of them Would recommend and return again πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸΎ

This place is great. Our party picked this place by chance while on the road and it beat out all our usual breakfast spots back home. Friendly, affordable, and delicious. My friends said the eggs benedict was perfect.

It was a wonderful dining experience for the first time at this cozy restaurant, my husband and I liked here very much and will recommend my friends to come. We ordered lobster roll with home fires and lobster grilled cheese, they were amazing!!! We were surprised that how generous the portion of lobster meat, tasted good without unnecessary seasoning. Fries are good as well, not oily at all.

If you like the feel of the local diner this is the place for you. The sounds of the locals laughter while meeting there sometimes override the songs from yesteryear playing over the speakers. Breakfast all day😊The prices are great. The food was good, the portions were good. If your a fan of diners don’t pass this place by if your in the area.

I'd recommend this place to anyone that wants an amazing breakfast at an unbelievable price! The food was spot on, waitresses were great and the owner runs a tight ship and is also extremely personable! We ended up googling "great breakfast restsurants" and this cane up on our way back from Niagara Falls headed back to Chatham Ont. I can't say enough great things about the food, the staff, just everything, this place is AWESOME! Not sure when we will be back but we absolutely will be stopping here if we are ever near the area again!!

Went here twice in one week--thats how good it is! The first time I went with my husband because Paolo posted on Facebook about the Lobster Benedict so I had to try it and it did not disappoint! Then went back with my kids and honestly the food portions were so huge that it was a struggle to finish all the pancakes we ordered. Price was very affordable as well! Well worth it! We will definitely go back to this hidden gem!

This place is a real gem. It was so refreshing to experience good customer service and a great meal. Good quality products. The house made home fries are delicious. I was so disappointed that I didn't have enough room to eat my delicious omelet, and the owner went completely above and beyond to pack it up in a special way so it would make it back to Kitchener. Truly, a beautiful way to start the day.

I decided to try this place out as I was working in the area. So happy I stopped here. I ordered the beef brisket poutine which tasted amazing and the plate was huge. The service here is great and the owners are very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast or lunch ( they close at 2pm)

Visiting from the US and I must say I was VERY impressed with the amount of the food, good service and great prices. . We ate at "Good Eats Diner" after visiting Niagara Falls. If I lived near by, I would visit this place weekly. Must take cash.

The restaurant is conveniently located on Queenstown st next to the Homer Bridge and Welland canal. Parking while sufficient it is tight. Expect a short wait if you come at a popular time. I went there for breakfast with friends so there were 4 of us. We were sent to a table that was not cleaned ...still had plates etc on it . While we were standing there another person came to take our drink order...not even seated yet! Had eggs, bacon and home fries...coffee was actually quite good rest was ok. I gave it 3 stars as we felt rushed from the time we walked in to the time we left. Service and food was average. While it is a popular place in my opinion there are better places locally for breakfast.

The special on the day I went last week was the Turkey Club with fries. Holy cow it was so good. Like, I want to mostly rave about the sandwich, but where most diners fall short on the side, Good Eats could easily take awards for just their french fries. Fresh roast turkey, bacon and real cheese sandwich on some majestic whole grain sourdough....Come on! I wish I could have finished it, but I ate half my meal and brought the rest home. A little gem near the Homer Bridge in St. Catharines.

I’ve never been more grateful to stumble across a little diner! This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but that, combined with the glowing reviews, is how you know it’s got to be good! Step inside to the homiest, most comfortable dining experience with delicious breakfast and friendly, efficient wait staff! Make the short drive from the falls, you won’t regret visiting this place rather than a chain restaurant closer to the falls. The menu is so big it’s hard to choose, and they bring out the coffee with a thermos of more so you’ll never run out.

This place was a nice surprise with its retro and family diner nostalgia. The food was freshly made and water bottles were provided at no extra cost. Had breakfast and they brought out a coffee thermos so I could refill when I needed. Little extras like this go a long way and see why it's highly reviewed. I will definitely return here.

Grabbed a quick takeout breakfast today with my daughter. I had the breakfast wrap with home fries and she had the French toast. Delicious food. Service was fabulous. Thank you

absolutely terrific. The Good Eats Diner is a real pleasure. The food is quite tasty it is however diner food. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere very warm and friendly. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good diner breakfast in the general area of Niagara on the Lake. Even if you have to travel a bit outside of the general it is still worth it.

Absolutely lovely place to eat! Highly recommend. Food was so good. They accommodated the fact I didn’t eat meat or eggs so easily. My fiancΓ© loved the pulled pork breakfast Sammy. Every single person working was kind and attentive. 10/10 experience.

As i was standing out side as there was a line up . As there was no sign to make a line out side . As i was waiting out side people coming to eat would jst walk in and not wait there turn . Then when it was my turn the owner came out and asked me how many as i said 1 he got in a puff and had a table of 4 only as the 4 behind me went in . Aftet a bit i did get in made my order . Waited 45 mins for my cold eggs and rock hard tost . The coffee was goo as they gave me a pot. As that was it ,i use to go there all the time as it will be a long time till i return. Very sad as the owner needs more staff. As he is going to him self a headache as yes the owner knows me .

Very cute restaurant inside. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. I got the lobster egg benny and it was the best one I’ve ever had. 25$ for 3 eggs with an english muffin and a generous serving of lobster and home fries. Would recommend to friends and family and would go back for more :)

My friends and I had breakfast here yesterday and I’m still thinking about it. It was super affordable and by far the best breakfast we have ever had. Best part is everyone is so kind, and the wait time to get your food is 10-15mins. The coffee was good too!!! Definitely recommend and I can’t wait to find myself there again

I'd been looking for a place to get snow crab legs since I moved to St Catharines a year ago. Saw mention of this place on Facebook, and immediately placed an order. In all we got lobster tails, claws, the crab and some bacon. Everything was fantastic, including the owner, who was super helpful in placing and picking up the order. Looking forward to ordering some of the other items he carries.

Went here on Monday and was very impressed. You can tell the bacon wasn't overcooked an hour ago & reheated. I like that they bring a coffee carafe to your table, so you don't have to keep asking. And the hash browns aren't seasoned, but they have seasoning salt in the table. Owner was genuinely friendly & came out to serve the meals- nice touch.

Was lucky enough to find this place through Google during the long weekend! Stopped in for brunch on Sunday, on the drive back to Toronto after a weekend in Niagara Falls. The staff is so friendly and attentive, the food was simply delicious and the coffee much needed! Will be sure to visit again whenever I’m in the region. One thing to note: they accept cash and debit only (no credit cards) which is not an issue but good to know.
