Typically I would’ve given a great review as I have gotten pizza from here for years… but after tonight’s experience I am shocked!!! We called about a concern for our one pizza, it looks like it was dropped as all the toppings are flopped onto one side, totally soggy and soupy to the point we cannot eat it. When mentioned, the gal on the phone immediately gave attitude and blamed it on us. She was totally rude and short and offered no solution or level of customer service. Just awful… won’t be ever taking my business here again. So shocked by the attitude that was given to us. Always liked the pizza but your lack of customer service and care will have you losing more customers especially as I am now hearing more and more stories and reading reviews about others also having awful experiences, the way the staff handles issues is awful. blaming or ignoring your customers concerns when there is something wrong, is absolutely awful, own up to your mistakes and be a stand up respectful business. Shady scummy awful attitude can ruin good pizza you know.

Extremely poor costumer service. Although the pizza was fine, mine and my father's experience with the manager was upsetting. My immigrant father, who picked up the order, explained that he didn't speak English very well and even so, they ended up overcharging. When I called the next day for clarification I was cut short in my sentences and was told that there was nothing they could do about the overcharge, so they stated they'd give me a credit instead. When I went to redeem the credit I was told it didn't exist. Very disappointing, I don't think I will be supporting this business. RESPONSE: Since I can't respond to your reply below, I assure you it's the right establishment and my complaint wasn't with the general staff, it was with the manager only, who was the person my father and I spoke with. SECOND REPLY: As I mentioned above, I can assure you that it is the right establishment. I can see from your response here and from most of the reviews you receive that your default is to discredit costumers, this speaks to your poor costumer service.

I saw their Facebook ad for $6 for 1 lb of wings and was super excited to try it out! Unfortunately, their phone etiquette was not great. I called to place my order and the woman very rudely let me know that the minimum order for wings was 2 lbs. Not included in the ad, but whatever, sure, we’ll take two lbs. I asked about their sauce flavours since I’ve never ordered here before and she seemed annoyed. She listed them quickly and I only understood 2 of the flavours. I just went with those 2 since she seems so irritated already. The phone wasn’t clear so I answered some of her questions incorrectly and this seemed to further annoy her. I finally finished ordering and she goes “20 minutes” and hangs up! I didn’t want to pick up for another hour! Anyway, the order was placed so we go to pick it up. The man at the front was much nicer to my fiancé. We were very excited and hoping the food would make up for the woman’s rudeness. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The wings were packed sideways, so by the time we got home sauce had gotten everywhere! The taste of them were fine, for the price it was reasonable. However, the pizza was not good. The toppings were sliding off and the crust was tough and lacked flavour. The value of the wing deal was pretty good, but it wasn’t enough to justify the bad customer service and sub-par pizza. Overall, not a great experience and would definitely recommend working on phone etiquette. Good deal if you just want wings and don’t mind some rudeness though!

Worst customer service ever experienced! When an order isn’t delivered as ordered, they are downright nasty… not the customers fault if staff can’t write it down correctly or make it as ordered! Recommend trying Big Brothers Gourmet Pizza, better pizza and WAY better customer service!

Since you have removed the reply option, to your response. Here it is- Someone leaves a review, that you dont like. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, you put blame on them. As per many, many other reviews on your company. You don't care to fix a situation, but super fast to blame. On top of it, you then question my intelligence. That, I am unaware of where I am. This is beyond ridiculous, that instead of accepting your company did something and got caught. You take shots, at ones intelligence. This doesn't make you look superior, it makes you look guilty. Pat Original Review...... I would love to give ZERO stars!! Walked in, ordered my pizza. While I was inside waiting for my food. I watched sn older gentleman with a pony tail, putting wings in the oven. Two wings fell off the tray, onto the floor. The older gentleman proceeded to pick up the both wings off the floor, with tongs. Then, tossed the wings onto the tray going for cooking. Then used the same tongs, to touch all new wings. I know my face said it all, because he looked at me, shrugged and kinda smilled. Then yelled at another employee, to go do something. The lady answering the phones, noticed that I saw this "incident " and told me to wait outside, Due to covid reasons. I know the door does ask that only 2 people inside at a time, but I was the only one there. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, this is when I discovered the lady answering the phones is the supervisor, Charlotte. She saw the whole thing, and did nothing. I asked for my money back, as I was no longer going to eat something I didn't see get made. Because, clearly they have no problem using food off the floor, when a customer is standing right there. I can only imagine what happens behind the corner, where we can't see. Very disappointed, as I was in the end treated badly. Because I wanted money back, because they drop their food on the floor. Found out after, it's family owned. Which is probably why nothing was said.

We used to get pizza or panzarotti on a weekly basis. Called at 745pm on a Friday ordered a Panzarotti. Told it will be ready in 15 minutes. Asked for delivery until they told me it would be a $10 charge. Panzarotti is $13.95. Picked it up. Mentioned it wasn't busy. Blonde lady behind the counter says well we are closing soon. It's 8pm they now close at 9pm. Get home and it is almost burnt. I could barely cut it with a steak knife. It was saturated in oil. Ate less than 1/2. Sorry but you have a lost a long time customer.

Wow! Fabulous Pizza at a great price! We had never ordered from this place before as they are not really close to where we live but decided to give their 'Tuesday Special' (24 pc tray) a try. Added a couple of additional toppings and it was still a great value. The taste was superb and they sure don't skimp on toppings. Not only will we be coming back but will be also recommending to other pizza lovers we know. Keep up the great work!

One steak sub was fantastic the other not sure if it was sitting around no lettuce and hardly any tomatoes on it so .. not sure if I would get it again Wings are great though I think sir that I was very kind in this review. If you notice I don't run to social media plus I also live in another city. I am recognized as a local guide . Be thankful I didn't post a picture or go on my social media site. Remember 1 bad review can get you 100 customers lost. Word of mouth.

Absolutely the BEST customer service. I accidentally ordered from the less good copy cat company "St Catharines Pizza Company" but showed up here for my pizza as I live super close by. Not only are they rush making me a pizza, they were understanding and didn't make me feel like an idiot! Haha! Good pizza, good people. Their party tray Tuesday deal is amazing! Highly recommended!

We ALWAYS grab a tray on Tuesday’s and it is so good every time we order! So thinking the pizza is so good, we decided to get panzerotti’s tonight! They were not enjoyable. The toppings we chose were not spread out, my pepperoni and olives were so clumped together, when I tell you there was a stack of atleast 15 pepperonis in one spot on both of our panzerottis I am not kidding. The green olives were also piled in one spot. Will definitely order a tray pizza again but not the panzerotti.

Fast and friendly service. I got 4 pounds of wings mild and saucy and a 24 slice. The wings were so crispy and fully coated in sauce and the pizza was fresh and delicious with an airy crust. Definitely recommend

I am very hard-of-hearing and called to order a pizza. The disrespectful girl on the phone spoke so quickly that I could not understand what she was saying. I had to ask her to repeat herself, she did but, I still couldn't understand what the size was. I had to ask again and she said tray and then put me on hold instead of taking my order. Rude, so rude. I will not be treated like that nor, will I be ordering from the Pizza Company again.

Simply the BEST pizza around, for the BEST price. Always consistently made "well-done" (the secret to any good pizza) and the order, no matter how busy they are, is always right. Great wings too. Don't listen to negative trash reviews where they flipped their own pizza then tried to get a freebie....you can read those people a mile away. Stick with the facts. I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Pizza Company and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their pizza. From start to finish, the experience was great. The ordering process was easy, and the delivery was timely. The pizza itself was fantastic. The crust was crispy and had just the right amount of chewiness, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the pepperoni, which had a nice kick to it. Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Company to anyone looking for a delicious pizza. The quality of their ingredients and the care put into their preparation truly sets them apart from other pizza places. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Looking for a fantastic panzerotti? Your search is over! Stuffed full of fresh ingredients with the option of having it baked or fried. You only live once, so I suggest getting it fried! The only negative is you’re gonna be addicted! Charlotte and Pops not only serve up some fantastic food but they make you feel like family when you go in. They never disappoint!

Been our family pizza place since my kids were younger. Even as adults they come over on Tuesdays for their tray special. Customer service has always been fantastic 👌

We came from Fort Erie cause we heard the pizza was good. It was worth the drive, the pizza was excellent, fresh toppings and lots on the pizza, i didn't have to look hard to see all the fresh ingredients. I was totally satisfied and will be back soon. The service was fast, pleasant, and very friendly. I wish we had a pizza company in Fort Erie. Keep up the great job. We will be back again soon.

recently came across their Tuesday deal for cheap 24. I found the pizza completely fine, and was satisfied. The three people I shared with felt much different...😬

We tried this place on a whim and we live no where near here. Let me tell ya...DELICIOUS pizza! We were regulars at a local pizza place in Welland and we put up with the rude attitudes bc the pizza use to be good, but not anymore, the pizza has become thin and sloppy and the sauce has also changed. We will now be regulars at the Pizza Company and drive from Welland to get it! Soooo good and such great service! Also fast! Our usual place was always 45 to an hour no matter what time or day. 20 mins at the Pizza Company for a crispy, light and delicious crust with stringy hot cheese and tons of whatever topping you order. Totally recommend the Pizza Company!!!!

Sadly after all these years we have a complaint..i cannot eat hot spicy food but our order of honey garlic wings was so hot we couldnt eat them..always had good pizza and wings here before butsombody put hot sauce in our honey garlic order..did not find it funny at all. We are seniors and cannot eat hot stuff....very disappointed.

Very understanding owners. Just hired me. I have memory issues. They work kindly with me. First employer in town thats done this tbh. The respect that Im shown is tremendous. This alone deserves customers. Not just another chain looking to drain the city of as much money as possible. Family owned by local people. The Tuesday 24 special is great but not as good as the rest of the week, but you get your money's worth. They don't neglect your "extra saucy" order which I like, i wish you had a breaded option. The 3rd degree wings are delicious, but not true to their name in my exp..

My pizza was a 3.5/5 a bit soggy but not as bad as I was expecting. Service I would say was a 4/5, efficient and welcoming. prices were low. Would recommend!

This is my local pizza joint, maybe a kilometer down the road from me. The service, attitude and pie from Pelham Pizza Company have always been great in my books. These guys kept me fed and moving when home renos took over my life for a while, and they still scratch the itch for a hot fresh pie on those days I get home and just can't bring myself to make dinner. Is this dine-in, wood fired oven pizza with exotic toppings, no. That's not the point. It's fresh hot pizza on a nice chewy thin crust with a generous amount of toppings, made fast to order and sold at a small business owned in my community. Keep up the good work guys. I'll keep on coming back and telling other to do so as well!

First time ordering from here, I went in for the Tuesday deal and was hesitant because of the negative reviews. So the customer service was great and the girl in the front was polite and checked to see how long it would be and the wait time was 35 minutes exactly what they said which is pretty good considering they were super busy. Now, I cook my own pizza at home and I have to say for the price it was amazing, even my girlfriend enjoyed it too. Nothing negative to report. I've been looking for a new pizza place since I don't always like cooking and you've just earned yourself a new customer, keep up the great work! :)
