AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The staff is so kind, and they always put my pickles to the side like I ask. My go-to lunch spot, always fresh ingredients! 10/10 place :)

My company needed to cater a lunch, we contacted Pita Pit on Geneva St. St. Catharines. Amazing customer service and great quality! Every pita was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone! The variety and freshness of ingredients can’t be beat. But most of all was how great the Manager was at accommodating an early pick up time! Will definitely order from this location again!

I usually come here and the service is great, but the next time I came I had a guy make me and my girlfriend a pita and he seemed to be high. He was laughing to himself, messing up both our orders multiple times and checking his pulse multiple times. We felt extremely uncomfortable with him serving us. He was also talking to himself. I recommend doing a check on your one male employee.

The staff are very welcoming when you walk inside, the veggie station is always clean and freshly stocked, my pitas are always amazing!

The staff here are amazing, they are always friendly, ask how my day is going, and are always happy to see me. I've started coming several times a week not just because of their delicious food but I stayed for the amazing service! I wish I could give more stars!

Absolutely amazing!! Went in for lunch today with my family, the two girls working were amazing! Everything was so fresh and their teamwork together was impressive for how busy it was. I didn’t know what to get in my rice bowl and the blonde girl was suggesting things left and right to help me out. Maybe Pita Pit will be a weekly visit for us!!

Drink hack for Pita Pit: Don't ever buy drinks at pita pit. It should be illegal the price they put on their drinks including the smoothies which is $6 for a shot glass size. Their pop and juice is almost $4. Save yourself some cash and get ur drinks b4 hand at the dollar store. For $2.80 I grabbed two drinks at the dollar store, less than one of Pita Stinky Pits. You should be ashamed on your price gouging.....

Possibly the worst pita pit experience I’ve had. As someone who frequents the stores around the Niagara Region I expected better. The custom service was minimal at best , employees didn’t seem like they cared to be there. There were 5 customers in store so not overly busy for 3 staff members. The store is also lacking proper cleaning which makes you wonder what the back room looks like. The young woman that served us struggled to open our pitas and ripped my girlfriends to shreds but still continued making the pita, I even made a comment to her that there is no way that is going to roll. Sure enough when she finished packing the pita and attempted to roll , it broke at every seem. She then transferred the petita into a regular sized pita and did not remove the extra bread, so my girlfriend then was biting into a 4 layered bread pita when it was time to eat. You could see the look on other customers faces about their experiences as well. The quiet atmosphere also made it an uncomfortable visit when your used to much more of a welcoming environment.

Absolutely amazing service! The restaurant was clean and the front where they keep their veggies was all fresh and stalked it was very appealing. The workers who were on shift were very friendly! They greeted me as I walked in the door and were very helpful and kind with any questions I had in the process of ordering. Overall, this was a very amazing service that satisfied my lazy night last minute dinner craving.

I found a gift card from the Pita Pit given to me from my wife as a stocking stuffer this past Christmas 2022. I decided to use it today. Unfortunately, when the clerk scanned the card it showed up as empty. The supervisor at the time, her name is 'Amythest' said to me that she would honour the gift card. That was very nice of her to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. I've only recently discovered the Pita Pit and I enjoy their food. Thank you Amythest for your great customer service. The two young ladies that took our order and prepared are food were the best! This was our first time at a Pita Pit and we didn't know anything about the menu or the restaurant. The staff was patient, helpful, and extremely kind with us providing us suggestions and the food was awesome!

The girl who served us was fantastic. I felt bad for her as the place was crowded and her co worker did absolutely nothing resulting in a line up with a long wait time.

Ordered today perhaps 40 minutes ago, not attended with friendliness or care to my order, which is surprising because I usually have good experiences at Pita pit locations. My daughter said the chicken was cold inside pita and tasted different so I ofcourse got concerned and yes it was true when I tried it. It was still semi cold and too chewy to be cooked properly. I'm sorry but thats not ok. Chicken needs to be properly cooked before placing in pita - could cause salmonella . And if you are not happy at your job, please don't work in food industry. People don't need to get sick because workers are lazy to do their job or aren't feeling it. I also realized at home that I hadn't been given the cookie either included in the kids meal. I'd like a recompensation for my poor daughter getting half cooked chicken and not what I paid for .

Ordered for the first time from this location my portions where so small im still upset over 14 hours later. The rice bowl had the smallest amout of rice in it, just enough to cover the bottom and was filled with mostly lettuce. The beef brisket said it had mushrooms and onions it had none of this just all sauce . Over 30 dollars to still be hungry. Not impressed . 😕

I still feel these guys overall are getting too expensive. But the employees made the experience. Pitas we’re delicious. Great staff here.

I've been a big fan of this Pita Pit and the owners' other store on Fourth Ave for years. The food is fresh and healthy and the service is always friendly. I especially appreciate the vegetarian options. During COVID I have been buying several rice bowls at a time. They taste great and will keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 or 4 days.
