Vision Clinic | Glendale Ave. has been very accommodating to me. I've had to take an eye exam, my current eyeglass lenses replaced, and had to buy contact lenses. Every step of the way was perfect. I had to call for an eye exam appointment which I got the following week, the lenses on my glasses were replaced by the next week and first batch (30 days out of 90 days) were received the week after. They were very patient with my busy schedule and worked with me all the way. The store was clean and professional. I was greeted with a warm welcome every time. All my questions in person and on the phone were answered professionally and with great customer service. Special thanks to Grace who was very quick and always there to respond to my inquiries. And I wish I got the rest of the staff name as well but everyone was amazing. I 100% recommend this place to anyone for everything visual-wise and would come back!

This place is hands down the best place to go to for your optical needs in the Niagara region, especially this location! I live in Mississauga but I always make the trip down to purchase my glasses from them. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and the customer service is superb. Carmelia has always been very helpful. She always advises me on frames suit me the best, and always makes sure that the sizing is correct. They have the best brands that there is to offer in the highest quality. Purchases are always seamless and smooth. Wow! Just wow! Amazing customer service. Everyone that worked there was unbelievably friendly and very helpful. The doctor was very nice and they practiced amazing sanitation during this Covid Pandemic. They let me know, without me even asking, that I had insurance to cover a new pair of glasses and as a student I was very happy to hear that! They helped me pick out new frames and assisted me the entire time. Very impressed and will return again! 👍

There are some services where great customer service and reliability matter more than others, and eye care is certainly one of them. We have been customers here for 10 years or so. They have always found cost effective solutions for us, and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our glasses. Any issues at all, I have been able to go back for assistance, when we have broken a frame or lost a temple. The amazing team at Vision Clinic (Camelia and Allan in particular) have consistently provided exceptional customer service, they truly make customers feel important and like family as they support eye care needs over a lifetime. I’ll always come back to them, never mind these online services which might seem cheap upfront. It’s the aftercare that people forget about, and Vision Clinic goes above and beyond for the customers.

I used to go to a vision place over at the pen center and there was always problems with my contact lens order. Every time. I would give my insurance details over the phone and then again in person and then I'd have to end up submitting myself. Anyways I switched to vision clinic and the level of service is a million times better! They told me about a rebate available (I was never ever told about rebates before). My contacts were ready in about a week and came with tons of trial dailies that I didnt ask for and some solution too. Also the eye dr on site has the newer technology available which makes eye tests a breeze. I wish I switched sooner!

The service wasn't excellent; the receptionist barely held the irritation from my questions. I was on the eye exam with the doctor and asked him about my options to see better and not use glasses or lenses every day. He said just a laser surgery, which is not the case. He didn't even mention the possibility of an Intraocular lens, which is a good solution if you don't want to get a laser. Overall rushed service and bad impression.

:)Amazing customer service they were very welcoming and sociable answered all questions I had and helped do some of the math so I could find the best option for me, very close to Pen Centre so that’s very convenient and they had so many options, if there’s a colour you don’t like but you like the shape/style of the frames then they can check online for other options that are similar so that’s what they did for me, prices were decent and they have a discount for college/Uni students, definitely would recommend this place to a friend! Very clean, organized, and spacious place too..

My boyfriend and I are both students and got our glasses chewed up by our husky today. Nancy made it very easy for us to replace them. She made room for both of us to get our eye exams as we walked in without appointments, and put our glasses on a rush so we can have them for class tomorrow! Their doctor who did our exams was also very friendly and made us feel as comfortable as possible the entire time! Not to mention they take amazing care of students with their awesome deals, we paid around $30 each for both exam and brand name glasses. 10/10 would recommend !

Nancy and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in the door. She sat with me looking up all the available colours for frames I had picked out so I could find exactly what I was looking for. She even ordered me a pair to try on in a different colour with no obligation to purchase. I ended up bringing my partner to get a pair as well as the service was so excellent. Everyone was helpful in making sure we were getting the frames and lenses that were right for us, and Nancy seemed as excited for our new glasses as we were! My vision in my left eye started to go downhill on me. I've developed a stigmatism in both eyes amd started finding driving at night difficult as well as transitioning from looking at one thing to another. I booked an appointment and they helped me figure out exactly what was going on and also helped me pick out new glasses. I love my new frames!! and the fact that everything is clear and crisp again. I am no longer having issues driving at night which is fantastic! I was also able to get buy one get one free on the frames. So my husband and son also got new glasses! They were ready in less then a week! Fast, professional, friendly service! I highly recommend the Vision Clinic to anyone!

I came in for an eye exam and they were very welcome, I then ordered some glasses online from somewhere else and they did not work out. When I went back to vision clinic to get my prescription checked they were very helpful and gave me as much information as possible to make sure when I ordered my new pair that they would work out, and they did!

Makes me feel valued. Grace helped me choose my frame for my glasses, as I had specific needs because of my strong prescription. She was very helpful and friendly.

Purchased expensive safety glasses here. Their options were less than limited and they failed to mention I couldn't get the frames shaded (as they were meant to be sunglasses). So now there is no point in wearing them. A complete waist of my money along with the month late they took to make.

I have been going to this Vision Clinic for several years now and am very happy with their products and service. Everyone I have dealt with there has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. They aren't just out to sell something, Grace advised me to wait until new frames came in when they didn't have the exact look I wanted. When the stock arrived, she set some frames aside for me and texted me to tell me they were there. One was precisely what I wanted and I was really happy for her help. The other two permanent people there (whose names I don't know) are also very professional and helpful, and I've had several really good sets of glasses from them. They aren't the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for and when you have difficult eyes like me, it's worth it to pay a bit more and have them get it right - not to have to go back time after time for corrections. I definitely recommend them.

The atmosphere was so welcoming. The eye doctor actually cared and listened. I needed help to choose my glasses and they took their time to help me find the perfect one. This will definitely be my eye clinic from now on.

The wait time was about 15 minutes so that is why I gave a four star but the service was incredible especially from Alex the receptionist on Fridays and the doctor was pretty knowledgable and did what he needed to do. I would recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience with this place, using trusty google I found a high rated optometrist in my area to do my much overdue eye exam. The exam was thorough and Doctor Oliva was halarious. We laughed and I felt very comfortable through the whole process. The place was steadily busy and the staff were pleasant. One particular employee that stood out for me was Desta the receptionist. I joked with her when I heard her name and said she was Desta at the Deska and thats how I would remember her. She was very helpful with helping me pick a frame for my new glasses within my budget and was very compassionate and sensitive to my restrictions. She took care of everything for me. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend to anyone!

My husband recently purchased a pair of glasses at Vision Clinic on Glendale where Grace assisted us in selecting a great pair of glasses for him. Grace was friendly and knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Grace is also Spanish and generously offered to help us translate a short verse to Spanish which helped us immensely. Grace was very approachable and made finding a new look with a pair of glasses fun!!!

Got my first glasses here and Grace did a wonderful job making sure that I get the lenses that I wanted and the best frames that made sure looked good one me LOL (which was Essilor Eyezen and Ralph Lauren Frames). Dr. Edgar was hilarious and I enjoyed the eye examination more than I actually should have! Would definitely go back here again because of how amazing Grace and Edgar accompanied me and how seriously fast the service was! My glasses were ready within 48 hours!

Just went in to get my glasses fixed...which I did not even get there. The screw was stripped so he had to painstkingly fasten a little bolt and nut to fix them. He also adjusted and cleaned them. He asked nothing for the service (I gave him $5 for coffee at least) Amazing place will transfer my business here.

I enjoyed the experience of having the eye test and buying the lenses for my frames. The staff and doctor are very friendly and patient! Glasses are perfect and fast-made. Fixing glasses seems free if there is nothing much to be repaired about the lenses and frame, which saves me a lot. I still need to come back to pick up a pair of glasses I want to replace a part of the frame but I think I will return if I need an eye test or buy glasses again.
