Vision Clinic are a very exceptional eye specialists who are very friendly and courteous. The optometrist is very professional when examining my eyes. I am very happy with my examination and my new glasses. I would recommend these professionals to all my family, friends and to anyone else, who are looking for an eye clinic.

Very poor service. The optometrist wore his mask under his nose and asked tons of questions but interrupted me every time I tried to answer. The staff in the shop did nothing to help me pick out frames. No guidance, no advice. Now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of cheap plastic frame glasses that are constantly too loose! Not impressed and will never go back!

I bought safety glasses there a year and a half ago. I changed jobs and didn't need them. I pulled them out last month and both plastic lenses had a split down the center. I took them in and was told that it was no longer under warranty. I have worn glasses my whole life. 50 years. This is a manufacturing defect. Not impressed with the glasses or Vision Clinic response

The hinge on my glasses snapped. I brought them into Vision Care and they said that they would take care of it. I received their call within the week. They were good as new.

Me and mom called in super last minute a few saturdays back and they were able to squeeze us in!! Went in to get my mom's glasses fixed and look at sunglasses! Mich was amazing and was the one who found the perfect sunglass frames for my mom!! Super super sweet and helpful!! We will not be going anywhere else for any form of glasses!!

I will Never go back to Vision Clinic Ontario St again !! I felt the lady at the front desk was very arrogant ! My sunglasses were very dirty and fingerprints on them , both nose pcs were bent in opposite directions .. I wasn't told about the 2 for 1 deal ! Or any other deals !!! I spent $ 514.00 and left very disappointed 😞 !! I will Never Return ....

10/10 highly recommend, best service i’ve had in a long time, was a longer wait than i anticipated but then again was also only 1 optometrist so that wasn’t a huge deal. will definitely be coming back to this location and will recommend to all friends and family as Glendale was terrible service and co workers are very rude, Ontario st everyone is super friendly and helps you with anything you need.

St Catherine’s store was great in the past but now for some reason things have changed. Lady that answered the phone is hard to deal with I won’t ever deal with them again. Not cool that one person can totally screw up a business. Also It’s taken them months now to get me decent pair of glasses that work decent. Find another place to spend your money.

My daughter got new sunglasses glasses and they also accommodated her request to keep her existing frames with new lenses. Good selection of sunglasses 😎

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to get new sunglasses and lenses ordered and on my face within a few days of my eye exam! They also gave me contact lens samples when I didn't have time to order new ones before vacation. I've been going here for a few years and they always have a great variety of frames to choose from.

They have different types of glasses. The Staff were very helpful in finding perfect match for my face. My glasses were made promptly, with a call to pick up.

Used to enjoy coming here to see the optometrist since I was a kid, but from last few visits rude comments were made (happened just after I started buying glasses at other locations), and also had my vision appointment cancelled twice consecutively. Easy fix: just started taking my money elsewhere

Very bad experience !! The woman at the store is very rude, and the person in the back couldn't even tighten up a screw on my eyeglass frame ! They kept telling me that they were broken ! I took the glasses down the street to Speer Opticians, who gladly fixed them in 2 minutes ! I would never recommend The Vision Clinic to anyone !! Speer Opticians is highly recommended !!!
