Miserable employee who was rude and not wearing a mask. Huge attitude.

I was refused service here around 9:20PM on Sunday April 30, 2023. I was looking to purchase a sub for takeout and was told this location is "closed", even though the open sign was lit on the window. When I asked what time they closed, the young man said "9:30". So there was still ten minutes for him to make me a sub but I suppose he was too lazy. Upon checking google it appears this location is open for takeout until 10PM. I've had issues here before as this location has very poor customer service.

Not great got it on my lunch break I usually don't get subs as they are not my favourite. This did not do anything to change my mind on that

My avocado is literally grey absolutely disgusting

I got steak and avocado and there was no more than 2 tablespoons of meat and less tha 1 teaspoon of avocado. I couldn't even taste the avocado. Then price??? 2 subs and 2 drinks... $35 !!!! That is so over priced and little ingredients. Last time I will go. I could have gotten 3 pitas and 3 drinks for less... why would I ever go back???? Not happy and will tell all my friends

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Extremely stale break and cookies.

No bell to ring to get service. Staff aren't paying attention to the bell on the door. They didn't acknowledge they had a new customer until I told another customer that I didn't think they cared about customers and I would go elsewhere. I will be avoiding this location of subway and go to other locations even if this one is convenient when I am out. Never going back to this location.

Sub-standard is more like it - worst location in the city. Stay away. They never allow coupons and they screw up the orders. Customer service is rude and incompetent.

I work close by and it’s a go to place for my mid shift cravings. The service is good and food is always delicious. Friendly staff and definitely want to give a shout out to the girl who was working when I got there an hour n half ago this evening. She was alone and I believe was packed up with orders but still was great at assisting me.

Price and food was good no complaints

Got a salad. 99% lettuce. Not much room for actual veggies. Not enough dressing for the size. But everything seemed fresh.

Haven't been to subway in a while. 6" sub and small pop is $10.30. Only went cuz next door BK was a zoo for whopper Wednesday and I was a bit pressed for time. I was the only one at Subway and now I know why. Hard pass from now on.

Staff are friendly and efficient. I love the fresh options too. The cookies are so yummy:!

Pizza sub was great and place was spotless.

Always been a great place to go to. Staff is friendly. didnt like that the 2 girls making the sandwhiches had masks on but the manager didn't and he was on the line with them cashing people out and handling the wrapping of sandwhiches. And had a tiny plexiglass at the register. Didnt make sense. Won't go back to this location again.

I always go to this subway for sub. Everyone is so nice there

They are always out of something I want. Like they ever have eggs when I go, one time they were out of all brewad other than flat bread. There hours are wrong on the website so I've ordered and they were closed so I had to go back to get a refund. And any time I have had to cancel an order I have to deal with managers for refunds.

Love subway, could eat them everyday 😍.... And if you like hot/spicy sauces then id recommend the Chipotle south west sauce 😍😍😍 love it!

I was in St Catherines for rowing and needed subway so I could fuel up in between my races, we though it was a good option because it said it opened at 8. However we had been waiting and the lady said they would be open at 8:30, after we would be leaving. We then had to find a whole new place to get food from. This subway is false advertising that they open at 8. Very irresponsible.

I have been going here almost every week since the last year. I personally knew the manager/owner who has always been nice to me. Shame is almost twice i had to deal with one of the ladies (week of Sept 18th 2022...5:30pm shift) who was rather very condesating in her behavior. I was coming from work and naturally tired and made a simple mistake of understanding the value of a coupon - and wanted to address the issue. But the way she spoke to me (on top very poor english, seemed like new immogrant) was very rude and disgusting. These employees should be very happy to have a job even in this market and especially with such a nice owner. Regret to say but I wont be cominh back here, as this has happened over 4 times now. :(
