So glad I gave this place a try! For years I purchased my glasses through my eye doctor, but wasn’t satisfied with the selection they had. Emily helped me find 2 pairs of frames at a super reasonable price, and was fantastic to deal with. Very professional and honest about what frames suited me. Highly recommend!

Transaction was very straightforward. Store representatives were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered an Oakley glasses which I saw from the Oakley website, and they brought it in for me with discount. Highly recommended!

It was recommended to me by a coworker that I stop by the spectacle clinic for a new pair of glasses that I have been needing. I'm so glad that I went! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I was assisted in picking out a pair since I was so indecisive- the lady did a wonderful job picking out frames that suited my face shape. And the selection of frames in the store is great! Everything is so nice, I had a hard time choosing. The optometrist who did my eye exam was also extremely pleasant to work with. Overall a wonderful experience - will definitely be coming back here in the future. 10/10!

Spectacle Clinic was a great experience. Simple to book an appointment online, and I loved that they clearly list their price for a basic vs. comprehensive eye exam on their website. Dr. Sasani was friendly and informative, and gave me great advice with regards to taking care of my eyes. I loved that they give you a copy of your receipt and prescription and took the time to go over what lenses I should consider, with no pressure to purchase from them. Chanelle made me feel really comfortable to look and try their glasses from the large variety of frames available. Honestly, everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful. Of course I had to be drawn to more expensive frames, but I did see frames for both lower and higher budgets. Even going back in to pick up my glasses was a great experience, Ashley made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely return to Spectacle for future eye exams and glasses.

This is the worst place. We drive all the way from Niagara and pre booked appointment a week and half ahead! We called two separate time and cannot find the place. ! The lady cannot guide us as the optical store is on a really corner area on the strip mall and we end up late on our appointment. The lady cancelled our appointment when she could have told me on the phone! She literally ask me to go store after spending 20 mins with her on phone then tell me cancel my appointment. Don’t ever go this place!!!!!!

Amazing staff and team - they were thorough during the exam and had such a great selection of frames. I had Norma giving me a head and she really knows her stuff. Highly recommend this location and would definitely go back

This is my 4th pair of glasses from Spectacle Clinic. That includes my Maui Jim perscription ones. They have a great selection. More importantly the entire staff is great and very helpful. I have had a couple of eye tests and the attention to detail is amazing. Emily has taken care of me with all my purchases. She goes above and beyond. Emily knows what she is doing and makes sure everything is perfect! I have referred my family and friends. I've been wearing glasses for 50 years and bought from many different places. By far the best !

I've had glasses for the better part of my life. I've gone to a few different eye doctors and places to get glasses but my favorite so far has been spectacle clinic. From the optometrist to the staff working there, they are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly fairly priced. Glasses can be expensive. They make sure your comfortable with what you have before you walk out of the door. Great place to go!

Came here in February for an eye exam, the doctor was great, super friendly and I never felt any pressure to buy glasses from them. Today, I went back for a contact lense fitting and had a great time. The doctor was so helpful and personable, we had a great time talking and it was a good experience. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently got my eyes retested and bought eyeglasses here and my experience is below : Clinic is beautiful and clean. They offer coffee and drinks to make you comfortable while you wait. The selection of glasses are all high end and stylish. Staff were amazing. They were friendly and welcoming. The lady that helped me was so funny and personable, we got along great. Felt like I was shopping with a friend. The Optometrist, was professional.... I just feel like she might have had a bad day. Overall I would shop here again forsure

In short, this was the most painless, friendly and professional experience I've had (with regards to getting my eyes examined and buying glasses) in a long time. One of the best places in St.Catharines to get your glasses. The staff is amazing especially Janet. She makes sure to listen to all your questions and concerns and is very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place if someone is looking to get a new pair of glasses.

Chanel at Spectacle clinic was so helpful! She brought me frames to try on and helped me pick from hundreds of beautiful frames. I had to bring my 2yo with me, but everyone was so nice and they didn't mind a little chaos. I even got my new glasses earlier than expected!

Fabulous interaction with the optometrist, I had my 9 month old who sat on my lap during the exam and she was so accommodating, as I'm sure that was a strange request!! I've had my glasses for about a year and while I still remember a positive experience with the associate who assisted me in picking out my frames, I am appalled at the quality of their lenses. The associate called a couple stores, and researched online the best lenses for me, so I'm confident that the associate went above and beyond to find me the right product. But a year later and these lenses are terrible! And not just mine, but my partner's lenses are horrible too! Excellent services, but utterly terrible quality for lenses. They are NEVER clean, always streaky even when using proper cleaner and cloths, just horrible. When we voiced concern over the lense quality, they were almost annoyed that they had to warranty the lenses and by the third time we came back to get them fixed, I felt they were 'done' with us, and we were them. I would not recommend their lenses, despite the initial good service, hence the 2 star rating.

I took my son here to have his eyes checked. After taking him back to the room he was brought out with the explanation of having “dry eyes”. I trusted this “doctor” and left it. His issues continued so I took him to my husband’s eye doctor (Dr. Robinson). His eyesight was found to be so severe it was nearly beyond saving. Just a word of warning. Get a second opinion.
