Had a wonderful visit here today, would highly recommend if you're a fan of the paranormal, horror, ghost stories or anything spooky. We had a guided tour by really lovely staff round a beautiful , creepy, dark museum. They told us all the stories behind the haunted artifacts, it was fascinating !

Can't recommend this gem enough 😊 Only been for a tour and already can't wait to go back for a hunt and everything else these guys have to offer (and there's plenty!) Do not be fooled by the exterior, take a step in and see for yourself how big and exciting this place is. And if you're after a show - don't bother. The owners are serious about what they do, having years of experience in the field and their passion is the heart of the shop. "Things" did happen throughout the tour but I won't get into detail, go explore yourself 😊😊😊

Where do I start and how long have I got to describe our experience tonight? Absolutely astounding!! From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, constant activity. Running across floorboards, pounding up the stairs, setting lights off, flickering our torches and dimming them or brightening them according to what we asked. Footsteps galore, growling in the darkened corners.. disembodied voices whispering and a spirit wanting to make itself known in the mirrors and on the stairs. Never in my life, and I’ve had many experiences over the years, have a felt such a range of emotions from fear to smiling to wanting to scream and cry. We were physically touched, pushed, grabbed. The table rocking wildly beneath our fingers and talk of fire and burning and being trapped in a box. Whatever graces the museum with its presence is something new, something full of energy, something that wants to communicate and respond to our questions. It was a totally different feeling tonight compared to before. The atmosphere was heavy in places and whatever it is that walks those rooms anew … isn’t backwards in coming forwards. As much as I’ve typed here, I have no words to describe the experience myself and the group have just had. And despite how fearful I became at times…. I WILL be going back. Thank you to Craig William Longson and Gemma Louise for an out of this world experience, such a special place, and too end this very long speech I have a few words left to say… Never mind being ranked #6 in the most haunted places in the uk…. After tonight …. The Haunted Museum & Spirit Shop Stoke should be ranked number #1. See you soon guys 😊😁🙏👍💖😱😱😱😱

Love this place. The whole building is awesome, and the way they have decorated the rooms with all of the artifacts and items is amazing. We did a ghost hunt last night and Craig was absolutely excellent. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable but also very friendly and made you feel comfortable in the environment. We had lots of activity on our hunt and we will definitely be returning. Thanks for a fab night👻

I was lucky enough to be taken here today by my wonderful friend, for my birthday and like the previous review has said, don't be fooled by the outside. When you get inside you forget where you are and will be just blown away by the sheer amount of haunted items. We will definitely be coming back for a ghost night and/or possibly a regression.

I visited today with a friend for an investigation and my gosh did it deliver!! Craig was amazing, showing us around and talking us through some of the artifacts in the place. We had some amazing results/interactions which were very relevant to the place. Couldn't of had a better 1st experience and we already cannot wait to return for another spectacular visit! Thank you 😊

Absolutely amazing tour. Booked in advance. Very thorough and informative. They know their stuff. Some of the artefacts are ridiculous! Real human bones, mortuary tables! Used coffins! Brilliant place. Highly recommended!

Had the most amazing ghost investigation night with the use of high tech. Had some great activity come through and Craig is just the best guide, helping us feel at ease. He was also spot on with family members coming through during the seance and ouija board. This place is a must if you are into all things spooky, spirit and weird and wonderful 👻

Went here on Tuesday 16th May 23, not really knowing what to expect as been to another one in the UK which was a real let down. Met by Gemma and Craig upon arrival, who own it. Gemma gave the guided tour of the museum which lasted just short of 3hrs taking in 7 rooms containing some amazing artifacts. I have to say, this was probably the best museum that I have ever visited across the globe and was blown away by what they have housed within. Every room was mesmerising and so well put together. Gemma's knowledge was astounding and both of them are so passionate about what they do and what they have. You can clearly see how much time and effort has been put into the museum. Craig informed me that they are in the process of opening a horror museum just around the corner which I can't wait to see. Thank you so much to the both of you for sharing your collection and can't wait to again.

Honestly and truly, whether you are a complete skeptic or a believer in the paranormal, this really is a 'must visit' place. We have had the best time here today, not only is it full of strange and extremely interesting objects with various attachments and all with documentation and histories, but the layout of the rooms, decor and theming is absolutely fabulous and all in keeping with each display of pieces. We were made to feel so very welcome and could have spent hours chatting with and learning so much from Gemma and Craig, who are absolutely lovely people. The guided tour Gemma gave us was so informative and engaging she had our attention from the word go and kept it all the way through, we didn't want the tour to end tbh and loved every minute. We cannot wait for the new horror museum to open later this year and will definitely be back for both that and an investigation too. If I could have chosen just one item to take away it would have to have been the Warren's artifacts, I felt super drawn to them and could hardly tear myself away from them. Finally we did have the sounds of three footsteps above our heads as if coming from someone walking around the attic space..except there isn't an attic in this building... Absolutely 100% worth visiting, you won't forget it I can guarantee that. Well done to Gemma, Craig and their team for a fabulous and well thought out museum that treats all it's exhibits with the utmost respect. Thank you for an absolutely brilliant time

My friends and I spent a fascinating morning at this intriguing museum yesterday. Craig is insanely knowledgeable about his craft, I could listen to his stories all day. We picked up on a lot of activity, especially during a ouija board session, where 2 deceased family members of one of our group reached out and made contact. I will definitely be back again.

Amazing location, one for Paranormal fans across the globe to visit. Craig & Gemma are very welcoming & have every item in the museum documented (including the history of the building & the land it's on). Highly recommend you book in advance for a tour, investigation or even just a sleep over & see for yourself how haunted the place is 👻

When I went here I didn't really believe in the paranormal I've heard alot of story's and seen it on TV so I went here open minded and with respect and what I saw and heard was nothing but amazing. The owners and team are really friendly and the information on the place and artifacts are really interesting so if you haven't been here you need to give it a try I've been twice now and hopefully will be back there again this year. And now yes I believe 👍

Have been wanting to visit for some time. Messaged to book in and acknowledged that it was last minute (prior to being told you need to book to attend a tour but not how far in advance you need to book) and was met with a sarcastic reply.

Wanted to leave another review, to basically cancel out one left by someone who came onto the museum's page , on a live feed and persistently harassed to make her opinion to be the only right one, she really needs to get a life sad little lady , this place is only about paranormal things not for " the money" shame on your nasty words grow up and move along sadsak
