The location was perfect. Access to visit the old and new Istanbul; good transport links, restaurants, cocktail bars, shops, restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff were extra caring during our stay, from carrying our luggage, tourist advice, taxi bookings and local directions, which is very helpful when you don't speak Turkish. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, with all facilities we needed (a good hairdryer and an iron on request). Having the rooftop restaurant and bar was convenient for lunch, snacks and cocktails, with excellent Turkish wines, a chef's menu and an exceptional view of Istanbul over the sea. In particular, Ali and Tolga on reception were kind, helpful and fun to have as our hosts; and the restaurant & bar staff were lovely. Recommend and will definitely book this hotel again.

We arrived after midnight and the staff were super helpful and even offered to order food for us. The room was exceptionally spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is not free but the mini bar is open for guests to use! Very fast WiFi but TV is a bit useless as we were unable to watch any content on there. They have a good gym and a tiny narrow pool. Overall we had a great stay and they offered good prices for the room.

Amazing location , close to the underground, many restaurants and bar, shops , touristic attractions. I loved the style of the hotel and the room. The bathroom is spacious , the team is really helpful. There is a little gym if you like .The restaurant and bar on the 6th floor has a beautiful view , the food is amazing and the service is great. I would definitely recommend it it you are visiting Istanbul.

Ruz is such an amazing place to stay! From their 5-star service, to their restaurant and multiple bar areas, our stay was impeccable. We would definitely stay here again. We were here for a friend’s wedding, and they were very accommodating with organizing transportation and had great local recommendations. The place is clean, the rooms are quiet, and in a great area of the city (very walkable to food, shopping, and sight-seeing).

This hotel was absolutely excellent. I will definitely be staying here again when I am next in Istanbul. I highly recommend it- beautiful hotel and bathroom facilities and a great location. Rooftop Restaurant food was also delicious!
