It is a very excellent hotel, you can go to Taksim Istiklal Street in 10 minutes, the staff is extraordinary, very attentive, friendly, helpful, we stayed for 6 days with 4 friends, we were very pleased, I really recommend it.

Me and my friend we stayed there for like 5 nights. It was an amazing hotel and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The owners are very kind,3min walk to Taksim Square,metro station 5 min walk that you can go every part of the city very easy and fast.They have also their market for everything you need.Also its safe place and they gave me their number in case of any problems during vacation.I dont make reviews often but i have my own hotel and this guys know to do their job very well!

We stayed here for 3 days and we have nice service. The room is so clean, the location is very good, walking distance from bus station, metro, and tram. And also the staffs are very helpful. Thank you.

Located very close to taksim square and well maintained hotel , try to ask for the room in third floor which has a beautiful terrace view . All necessary amenities available in the room and comfortable to stay . Hotel was clean and tidy Overall a very good stay in taksim , Istanbul 💯💯🤩

Unacceptable treatment, dirty and smells of mold and moisture in general. The room is smaller than it looks and the bathroom has salt everywhere and dirty towels. The bed bad and the sheets with hairs and stains!! The "manager" unacceptable and rude.... I do not recommend it anywhere! Of course we left and lost our money!! As an answer! No refund was made to us, it was not even offered as we politely requested, and you as a manager blatantly ignored us during your threatening entry into the accommodation and refused to take care of us even after a phone call from booking which served us immediately and as long as he could do better. Honestly the least that would be from you, would be an apology for inconveniencing us with your unacceptable behavior and having the audacity to want to deny us!

I stayed in this hotel from November 19 -22. Very nice place and very close to Taksim Square. Room is very nice and clean. The staff is what made my stay more comfortable . They were extremely accommodating. Very friendly at the reception desk, always available and helpful in any situation. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back to them!

A really good and clean hotel the service was perfect especially thanks to Mehmet a really nice guy and all the staff, I'm surely coming back to this hotel next time in Istanbul.

The hotel is very clean and renovated. The size of the double room is suitable, but the penthouse for 5 people did not have a suitable space and was small, and it was located on the last floor, which did not have an elevator. The neighborhood of the hotel has many uphills, but it is 5 minutes away from Taksim. Friendly Iranian reception. There is no breakfast, but full cooking equipment is at your disposal, and a supermarket and a bakery are 3 minutes away from the hotel.
