I just left the hotel and thought I should write a review. Then I saw all the reviews and nearly 5 stars. I laughed and thought to myself, wow so many people got the same outstanding service as I did. These brothers that own the hotel have a well oiled business. Customer service is beyond great, employees are friendly and amazing. Would I stay there again, YES! Would I go to there soon to be open new hotel, YES. The brothers who own the hotel have earned all there success, BRAVO to them.

This will be my go-to hotel when I am in Istanbul from now on. The staff are so kind and accommodating, the location is perfect, and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. The rooms themselves are clean and quiet, and the breakfast is great. On top of all that, the hotel’s cat manager, Mr. Osman, is always available for cuddles. Couldn’t ask for more.

Family owned joint. Very friendly. We had one of the top rooms with a balcony and great view. Loved our stay here. Just be aware it’s on a bit of a back street in an industrial area, so may not be suitable for solo female travelers. Close to everything in galata area

Mr Osmond and his Chief of Staff, Ahmed, could not have been better! Seriously, we’re so happy we found this place! The hotel was great; clean, nice decor, great coffee, and walking distance to some of the most lively attractions in Istanbul but just off the beaten path for a quiet retreat. Above all, the hospitality and great recommendations throughout our stay guarantee Mr Osmond (and Ahmed) will be our first call the next time we come back to Istanbul! This is an amazing place to stay. We were there for five days and the service was excellent. They have a good breakfast spread with a good selection of local dishes. The cat manager, Mr. Osman, is a showstopper :) . A special thanks to Mr. Ahmat and his entire staff for making us feel at home. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping our room neat, clean, and in a thoughtful manner. The hotel is close to many attractions, and a lot of restaurants are nearby. Using local transportation is best to visit nearby places, and the metro is hardly five minutes away from the hotel.

If you are looking for amazing view, modern look and great service, Doruk Palace Hotel is your spot. The hospitality of the staff is above and beyond. The homey feeling and the comfort is a perfect reason to come back. The fact that we could park our car right in front of the hotel was a benefit not many hotels offer in this area. You are walking distance from the most famous tourist attractions and our car was mostly parked for the duration of our stay. Rooms are very convenient with a modern look, looking over the historical Istanbul. I recommend this hotel for all that appreciate the details. We will be back! Thank you!

Friendly staff and good location, near to Galata Tower and metro station. Near to many restaurants and cafes. Staff are super helpful and breakfast was delicious with many varieties. I will never forget the amazing security manager 😅 Mr. Osman for spreading positive vibes in the hotel (he is a cute cat by the way).

Great hotel. Clean, tasteful interior. Superb location and the staff is just amazing. Breakfast is a joy. The room was spacious and decorated in a modern and smart way. Free water bottles and other little details showed us that they really care to be much better then your average Istanbul hotel. Loved our stay in this hotel and highly recommend it.

Highly recommend, superb, friendly staff and devoted owner who really work by himself on all details. The hotel is in a quiet area a way from tourist noises or crowds. At same time, by Uber you can easily go to visit many different places. They have lovely breakfast. Last thing to add, they have an awesome cat called Osman, we really love him.

I stayed 2 nights at Doruk and people are amazing and they care for their guest. Breakfast is little but I was okay with that. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Only pillows need to be upgraded. Bathroom and shower are small but was okay for me. Overall the hotel is of course good and highly recommended. I wish to stay back again.

We were here about a week ago. Right away from the start, we were greeted by lovely staff. They welcomed us as if we were family. Throughout our entire stay, we felt very comfortable and at home due to the staff. Not only that, but they have the best lemonade in the world! (Trust me, I'm serious!) We were treated as if we were close friends, and my family and I will never forget their kindness. We recommend this hotel for everyone, and promise you will never forget their hospitality!

Beautiful family run hotel with a perfect view and ideal location. We changed for the terrace room and it was even more beautiful. The staff is exceptional and makes you feel at home easily. I highly recommend to stay here when in Istanbul. I once again want to thank Mohammed for spending 3hrs of his free time figuring out an issue with a lost phone. And also Ahmed for making several calls for us and introducing us to the cute security manager Osman. Thank you!

A magical family owned hotel! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The breakfast is very well served and prepared, with delicious home-made jams. The lobby is more like a living room when you can sit comfortably to read a book. There are several cats that frequent the area, but the most notorious one is Mr Osman, who is the director of security.

My experience with this hotel was amazing. I cant begin to explain how friendly the staff were. The rooms were clean and exactly like the photos. I highly recommend and will be staying at this hotel every-time I visit Istanbul.

Superb hospitality! Everyone is friendly and nice here. The room is clean and it’s just a few minutes walk to Galata tower but it’s away from crowds and noise. Will definitely recommend it to all of you.

The best place to stay in Istanbul! They have the most hospitable staff, they really make you feel welcome there. I was late to check out and they didn't charge me anything extra, they also have two other sister hotels that I have to try next.

This was the best decision ever. The Host is the most friendly person that you will meet in a hotel. Clean Rooms, top location, amazing breakfast, so friendly staff, helping you with any problem you have and even you don't have. They made our stay in Istambul so confortable! Though it's 5 minutes walk to Galata tower, it is a rather quiet street ideal for staying (away from the constant honking of the car) There's lift in their hotel so you do not have to worry about carrying your luggage up and down the stairs. The room is exactly like the picture that is shown. So I'm not going to upload any of them. It is very clean and I like it alot. The owner and staff of the hotel is extremely hospitable and is ready to help. They have a cat call "Osman the security" which you can find in Instagram

Top-notch hotel with an amazing staff! makes us feel at home. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Galata tower area. the commute is very easy and their breakfast is amazing. Would love to visit again.

The management has the best attitude you can expect, they are very friendly and supportive. The hotel is clean more than most of the hotels in Istanbul. The room is small and has no voice isolation. Not comfortable pillows. The area is a little bit noisy. I would stay there alone but not with my family.

A very nice hotel! we stayed 3 nights. very clean rooms with daily room cleaning. prefer rooms with view. the rooms were relatively small but well laid out. the mattress of the bed was really lovely. the hotel staff was impeccable. always willing to help with 24hours reception, for whatever you need. on the day of departure, they helped us book a taxi to the airport. The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Galata Tower and a 15-minute walk from the end of Istiklal and a metro station. The only downside is that the hotel is in an alley that can make you feel scared especially at night, when people are not around.

Great location near the Galatea Tower, short distance for many restorant’s and cafes. The rooms are clean and spacious, nice bathroom and a spectacular view of the channel, the three bridges and the St. Sofia Masque. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different food variations. We will be definitely visit the place again. Also the host was very nice and gave us good recommendations for dinner and walk.

This place is amazing. Cozy, friendly and comfortable. The staff are really helpful and polite. Once I arrived in hotel, I was welcomed by staff and was offered a drink while they processed my document. Then you moved my stufff to my room and explained more details about my stay at the hotel. They also have a special guest (a cat!) which makes this place really special, you can play with him and enjoy your free time in the lobby. Totally recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, extremely caring staff, always very aware to accommodate and help out. We had our room on the third floor, with a nice view looking over the mosque. Breakfast was great, and perfect to start your day. They also helped out with arranging a shuttle to and from the airport. It's also quiet at night for you to enjoy an uninterrupted sleep. Not to mention the beautiful cats they got usman and princess, makes a homey experience. We're definitely staying here next time when we are in town. 10/10

This hotel is wonderful. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but we really enjoyed. The staff are professional, attentive, very approachable and make you feel right at home. The manager is a friendly and helpful person at all times. The room is very nice, equipped with everything you need, clean and simple for a perfect accommodation. Breakfast has everything you need + some little extras you can ask directly in the morning. Last mention to Mr. Osman, the lovely cat who makes you company in the hall.

Great all rounder for exploring Istanbul. Awesome views of the river from rooms. Quiet side street location. Attractions and metro stations are within walking distance. Breakfast has a good selection and is replenished regularly with eggs can be ordered at the table. Staff speak very good English and are helpful at all hours. Airport transfers arranged by the hotel were also punctual and good value. Beds are comfortable and the shower is powerful. Couldn't ask for a better hotel to recharge before hitting the sights. Mosque closeby can be noisy in the morning but we slept through it after the first morning.

I was very impressed by the owner of this hotel. He’s hospitality and honesty is much appreciated. Besides, the rooms are great and the view is spectacular. Highly recommend if you like to stay in Galata tower area.

The location of the hotel is very nice as it is close to public transport and to the ferries. The staff of the hotel was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was only acceptable as the staff mostly had no information about whether the food was vegan or not. The vegetables and fruits that were offered didn't really seem "fresh" and often had the taste as if it was washed with chlorid. We also would recommend more sorts of bread as they only had small pieces of "Simit" and white bread. Another little advice for the kitchen staff would be, that the hummus was the worst hummus we ever ate :)

A wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel and its staff offer exemplary accomodation and service. Everything is taken care of from onlinebooking, airport pick-up, arranging domestic air and hotel bookings throughout Turkey. Comfortable rooms with amazing views of the Golden Horn, the Mosques and beyond. Superb staff, delicious breakfast, perfect location and more. We stayed there for 5 nights, then a further 3 nights after touring Turkey. This hotel is a MUST. Thanks to everybody for making it such a memorable experience.

In short, great Hotel! We only stayed just one night as we were passing through. And I can't emphasize enough how great, clean and customer oriented this hotel is, the view from the terras rooms is also awesome. I wish we had a different schedule so we could have stayed longer :) Will definitely use this hotel in the near future.

Once we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome hot tea and a lemonade. Turkish hospitality is real with the hotel staff especially receptionist guy (didnt get the name). He was so enthusiastic and had a sense humor introducing us to Usman (their famous cat 🐱). To top it up, we were lucky to have our room upgraded two levels up. It was so spacious, luxurious and clean. I would surely recommend this to my friends, visiting Istanbul!
