Tempura was genuinely good as well. Personal favs are the tofu and fish tempura. Made good use of local produce such as ayu fish. Menu is in Japanese tho... And I couldn't spot which item was their bestselling uni tempura. The chef was super kind as to add it into the course complimentary too. So nice of him. Not easy to spot but if you happens to be in Hida Takayama and a fan of tempura, this is a place you must visit. Chef Toshi is very welcoming and he most definitely made our day a better one!
