I
went
here
to
try
a
yoga
class
&
loved
it!
Great
challenging
workout.
Not
the
most
meditative
or
flow
to
it,
but
more
of
a
focus
on
improvement
in
yoga
postures,
feel
good
movements,
and
sense
of
group
workout
rather
than
a
mindfulness
practice.
I
guess
it
depends
on
how
you
decide
to
view
it
for
that
aspect.
I
have
been
to
a
few
different
yoga
studios
in
Tampa,
and
I
do
think
this
one
has
space
to
improve
the
flow
of
the
class.
There
needs
to
be
a
balance
between
providing
a
challenge
but
also
not
losing
mindfulness/peace
to
it.
If
you
are
looking
to
focus
on
improving
movement
&
strength
yoga
wise,
this
was
a
great
class.
I
felt
the
way
that
the
instructor
taught
the
class
was
difficult
to
hear,
and
you
could
notice
that
everyone
had
to
rely
on
looking
at
others
in
order
to
figure
out
what
to
do
next.
I
have
had
better
instructors
where
this
issue
does
not
occur.
It
was
an
issue
that
seemed
prevalent
throughout
the
class.
As
someone
who
does
yoga
often,
I
was
able
to
figure
out
the
postures
the
instructor
was
saying,
but
it
might
not
have
been
very
beginner
friendly
(although
I
think
the
info
on
the
class
said
beginners
welcome)
It
might
help
to
practice
how
to
say
the
instructions
in
a
way
that
doesn't
break
the
focus
of
the
class.
When
everyone
is
stopping
to
look
around
or
waiting
to
move
once
they
see
what
others
are
doing,
it
makes
the
overall
movements
too
quick
and
doesn't
allow
the
participant
to
fully
sink
into
their
mindful
peaceful
or
focused
state
that
you
would
want
to
achieve
in
a
yoga
class.
It
could
have
been
due
to
the
class
being
so
large,
and
if
that
is
the
case
maybe
they
can
value
quality
over
quantity
in
the
future.
Other
than
that
-
I
do
think
it
was
an
average
to
great
class.
The
check
in
process
was
super
simple,
we
did
arrive
pretty
much
right
on
the
dot
&
were
able
to
still
attend
because
of
how
quickly
they
checked
us
in
-
thank
you!
